We have had a terrible experience with this company. Hold times 40 minutes or longer. I cancelled our service two months ago due to poor service and broken coolers. I have been told five times they will pick up the broken cooler, empty bottles and two full bottles. They keep racking up charges in a bill and I will sue them if this affects my credit. There is something seriously wrong with this company. I’m ready to put this broken cooler and bottles on the curb. They lie and lie to us. We will pick up tomorrow. It’s been two months. No excuse for this!!

If you call for customer service, you will NOT speak to a human in less than 40 minutes. If you email their customer service, the odds of you winning the lottery are better than getting a response. I have mailed 4 letters asking for help with billing, filled out the online form for help and have called numerous times and still no help.

Been a loyal customer for over 10 years. We were told our awesome Delivery guy is being involuntarily moved. I called customer service 3 times and asked for someone to call. I emailed customer service 2 times and asked for local rep manager... still no response. Emailed regional manager Adams... also 2 times... zero response. Wow! Canceling my service. F- management grade!!!

I have never in my 20 years of life experienced such a pathetic company. The entire company is a scam and you will NOT get the stuff you ordered. Look at all the reviews, they’re all identical because this company does not properly do it’s job in the slightest. The customer service people are also dirty liars and make stuff up just to get rid of you. After a MONTH of waiting for our water and 10+ customer service calls (on hold for 2 hours sometimes) later, we finally canceled our order. I don’t know why we didn’t do it earlier but we created an order with a new company and received our water in a few days.

Currently been on hold with this company for two hours. They have currently missed two deliverys and when I call and use their automated service and set up a water delivery they never show up. They will text or call and say they will be there the next day and still dont show up. The phone system is set up to leave you on hold unless you order new water service. That guy answers in less than 2 minutes and as soon as he realizes youre an existing customer he throws you back into the black hole of the automated system. Avoid this company!!!! Over the last few months it has gone to hell!!! Ive never been so upset with customer service in my life! Wooooooow!

Our last delivery was scheduled for 6-28-21. It is now 7-13-21 and we still haven’t received our water delivery. I even called on 7-1-21 and the agent said she was going to have someone deliver our water on 7-2-21. Well that never came either. There has been no communication from the company telling me why we haven’t had a delivery. This is unacceptable and horrible service. I keep getting calls and emails that I’m getting my water but still no water. I am waiting to speak to someone as I write and have been on hold for over an hour and now answer. I will be looking at other water delivery service providers here in Santa Barbara. We do a lot of volume. That’s unfortunate for them.

This has to be without a doubt the WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. The customer service in the field is horrendous. They over charge and under deliver. I have had two units that did not work and one even caught on FIRE!! I still have not received a call from the regional manager for Oxnard!! I asked them to pick up everything!!! and they picked one up one unit. I have repeatedly asked them to call me to confirm and STILL NOTHING they keep showing up unannounced and not doing what is in their work order!!! They delivered my daughters unit to the wrong apartment AND STILL CHARGED ME FOR IT. Rescheduled her delivery and still did not deliver at all. On top of everything the driver lied and said they picked up both units today 5/20/21 and you can see the unit and extra water STILL HERE!!! AVOID this company at all cost!!!

Well be canceling our business service in Camarillo tomorrow. Its a joke how poor this service has become, and we do a fair amount of volume ($200/month).This month, our delivery on June 8 was skipped without warning. We called and were rescheduled for Friday, June 11. No big deal, things happen. No-show on Friday, so we called again and were told it would be delivered Monday (June 14) and wed receive a call as it had been escalated. Monday rolls around, again, no-show, called, assured it would be delivered Tuesday (June 15) and it had been escalated further.Sensing a pattern, I called and asked the branch manager to call our office and get this problem sorted out. Its embarrassing when you have clients come into your office and your water cooler is bone dry with multiple promises being made and not delivered on. Well, lo and behold, no phone call and no delivery today.If I go on the website, it shows as tomorrow!!! Well, if by some miracle our delivery person arrives tomorrow, hell be instructed to pick up our equipment and cancel any future orders.Ill find another water delivery company who values our business. I understand things happen from time to time, but when things happen, communication is key, and we have had nothing. Very disappointed.

I used to use their service at my old address so when I moved to a new place I thought why not just continue using it. Set up first delivery right after Independence Day, but they never showed up and its been more than 2 weeks now. Called customer service, was put on hold for 1 hour and they just told me shortage of man power and promised to deliver the next day. Guess what? Still nothing. Now because of some website error I cant even view my account and cancel the service. Called their support and they told me they couldnt connect to my local manager, and had no idea what is going on.

I have been a client of Sparkletts for over 30 years. About 5 years ago I switched from being a regular Sparkletts client to becoming a sparletts client though Costco - same great service for less money. Yahoo for the Costco/Sparkletts option!!!!

DO NOT order water from this company. They have terrible service. On more than 3 occasions we have had our water delivered over a week late and my last delivery never came which forced me to cancel. Check out the Water Store instead. John Sandoval your management of the situation is awful. Shame on Sparkletts, its almost been a month and all you do is lie about picking your equipment up. You owe me $$ just for the lost time and things I have had to skip or reschedule only for a no show. I will be sure to let people know not to sign up with this company. If you signed up at Costco and are having the same issue call Costco and complain so we can get a better provider in our area

We have not received delivery since the week prior to Memorial day weekend. Costumer service states that all they can do is make a note and have us wait until our next service day, now July 26, 2021. This is after literally seeing the truck drive by without stopping. What is going on? Calling customer service is horrible. The wait is super long (30plus minutes) to then be disconnected.

Literally the worst company, do not use!! We have been waiting a month for our water machine and have called 15+ times and each time they promise the water will come the next day and it still has yet to come?? They blame it on a shortage of manpower but we’ve been told 15+ times that we’d get a call from the regional manager with an update and never have. If you have any issues too you need to wait 1-2 hours for help from someone in Florida who doesn’t understand the issues either. Try Culligan water instead, just switched and already 1000x better.

Just a all-around terrible service. Theyre great at showing up to the business and throwing our water bottles in the hot sun To be baked in the parking lot until we open several hours later. Fortunately other than baking it in the plastic in the sun we havent had any stolen yet. However theyre not actually great at picking up empties, Because they insist on showing up before our hours even though theyve been given our hours on several occasions. Its been around nine months since theyve picked up the empties. Ive even called them several times about this issue and nothing ever gets done. Ive gotten to the point that I refuse to pay for the deposits on the empties that dont get picked up so now theyve put my account past due and are charging late fees, I am currently paying two dollars a foot to store about 5 feet worth of empty bottles for 9 months, so maybe I will be sending them a bill for that as well. I am canceling my account. If no one comes to get the stuff I will show up and throw it in the parking lot on Irving Street. Just a all around terrible service and experience.

Always on time! Love my water delivery service. My service representative is Luis. He has been delivering my water for 2 years to my business. He is very helpful. He always carries those heavy bottles to the back and is nice enough to change them out also. I started getting the small bottles as well to take home! He recommended them.. Very pleased. I used other water services and they were horrible!!!! Happy I found this one..

Sparkletts has poor customer service, lies to their customers and offers little in the way of solutions when there is a problem. After missing our delivery several times, we decided to cancel our service. That was a nightmare in and of itself! Cancel now...I can assure you that Sparkletts wont care.

I never leave reviews, but if I could leave 0 stars, I would. Id recommend doing anything you can to AVOID using this service.First of all, the water dispenser they gave us for rent was broken. We had to wait two weeks to get another one. They LEFT the old one with us, and gave us another broken one. Now we have two broken water dispensers in our apartment.Second, they have completely forgotten shipments, but continue to charge us the full price.Last but not least, when I went to cancel, I had to wait an hour and half on hold (no joke). Only to find out that I can cancel, but only for another fee. Even though Ive already been charged for water I never received and 2 broken water dispensers. The customer service representative said there was nothing she could do.Horrible, horrible company. Please find somebody else. We are switching to Culligan Water in Ventura that has comparable rates.

As a long standing customer with two accounts. I cant say if the merger with Primo water and Florida has anything to do with it but it has gone down since then. After numerous calls you get that theyre understaffed da a region manager or supervisor will be calling back. please dont hold your breath

It pains me to write this review. I have been a loyal Sparkletts customer for over 7 years having water delivered to my apartment and work when I was based in Santa Monica. After moving to Oxnard, weve had nothing but problems with this regional location. The water is so good, and weve bared with all the delivery problems, but enough is enough. We have had multiple times the route is skipped (without notification) or the driver picking up our empties and not replenishing. Corporate CS is great, their team is very understanding, but the Oxnard Locations Manager and/or Drivers are awful. If we move away from the area we may try doing Sparkletts again, but for the moment its not worth it. Specially during Covid, and having to run to the store to try to meet the supply of my family with buying bottles, simply because of missed or screwed up deliveries.

LATEST UPDATE (November 2020): The problem occurred again. I actually watched the truck drive by my place this morning without stopping. The billing system is broken. I checked my account last week and everything appeared fine. I checked it just now and the account is locked again for being past due. I had received a phone call yesterday notifying me of the scheduled delivery. There is something seriously wrong with their billing system that they can lock an account without giving enough time to pay before a delivery. Im upset that I will have to wait probably another week for them to reschedule the delivery as they did last time. Im changing my review back to one star until this is fixed. Ive not encountered another company that doesnt give its customers time to pay. Very disappointed.ORIGINAL POST: The water is good, the service guys are friendly, the billing is bad. My balance was zero. I get a $35 invoice on 9/9/20 for a delivery made on 8/24/20. On 9/21/29 my delivery is missed. I go online and see that my account is locked for lack of payment, and the balance is now $41. There was no phone call or email telling me of an issue. This has happened several times before and I didnt make an issue of it, thinking they would work things out. I could understand if the account was past due by 30 or 60 days, but its current. I can see by the reviews, Im not the only one, so hopefully this will get their attention.UPDATE: Their social media manager contacted me immediate after I posted this review, however I never got a response from the support form I filled out on the website. They delivered the water a week later. They explained that when using auto-pay, your account is charged two days before the invoice is generated. If your credit card declines for any reason, your account is locked. I still think that is bad in comparison to other online payment processors. I think customers should at least receive an email notification before the account is locked, or a phone call before missing a delivery, especially since we do not know what day we will be charged. Peoples credit cards can decline for many reasons, such as expiration dates, change of mailing address or waiting for payments to be posted. I hoped they can update their billing system soon to match the online standards of other companies.

I have never had such poor service. They have missed several deliveries with no call or message. I had Arrowhead for 15 years and never had a problem. When I call I get lots of excuses. Now the reason is they are short staffed which is not my problem. Last week when they didnt deliver I was told I would get my delivery within 5 days. Im still waiting!

This company is shady AF. We used them for delivery for years and then one day they just ghosted us for 6 weeks, continued to charge us for water while refusing to answer the phone or respond in any way and the crazy thing was it was the second time it happened over the years. You can give a place one bad experience but whatever. They were also super rude when we went to cancel and insisted on charging us for another month. Save yourself the head ache and just go anywhere else.

Weve been getting water from Sparkletts for over thirty years and theyve consistently delivered quality water on schedule virtually all the time. Its a warm feeling to know that weve got (generally) 20 gallons of fresh, pure, water (that leaves no stain on cups when tea is made) nearby, as this area has suffered through quakes, floods, debris flows and highway closures over the years. Weve been without power, and water mains have been shut down in emergencies, but weve never been without Sparkletts. Wouldnt have it any other way. Plus, the water tastes great!

Im very happy I switched to Sparkletts. I used to by Bottled Fiji Water. Their water is obviously great but the expense was high. Plus, I was wasting a ton of plastic bottles. Switching to Sparkletts has saved me quite a bit of money. I bought my whole family there own Hydro Cells and now Im not throwing away 50 plastic bottles a month.

Just went to the web site to see how much it would cost. I went through the checkout process to see the all the taxes or fees/surcharges. Should have used a fake email address because I got spam from them in less than 24 hours and had to go to unsubscribe. Have to be more careful next tme. Like there arent other places to buy water.

This the worst delivery service ever. They pay no attention to my customer service requests to 1. reduce amount of bottles delivered 2. be placed on hold until I have space for more bottles. The result is that I have no more room or use for all the bottles which have been paid for. I cant get them to pick up empties without leaving the same amount of filled bottles. They are non-listeners and I am ready to stop service if they dont get their act together

Terrible! - Cancelling Service!Twice now they have charged us extra at our small business because they came when the office was not open. If you stop by and were not open, try later in the day or the next day. Drivers are in the area all the time. Do you think we want a bunch of empty bottles sitting around and to be charged extra!? Way to piss off the customer. Guess what Im going to say when someone asks me to recommend a water service.

I put my account on hold then aboyt 2 months later without warning they put my account into collections. The $2.30 per month fee went unpaid, and I was unaware that that was a standard fee. So for under $10 they put my account into collections. The only way to rectify the situation was to return the cooler and 6 water jugs (two 5 gl of which were still full). Then yesterday when they were meant to pick up the cooler there was no call to confirm they had picked it up. Thats not important unless it wasnt them that took possession of the items.

I sighned up with this water company about 4 months ago from Costco. We started our service with 2 5gallon containers which was enough water for us for 2 weeks. The cost was supposed to be about 6 dollars for a 5 gallon so it was going to be 24 dollars a month. This number made sense to me and my wife. After the first month the driver started leaving more water containers and leaving extra things like a 24 pack pf single waters. At first we thought it was free since we did not ask for any extra items. Then the driver started leaving more and more items with out our concent. Our 24 dollar bill then turned into a $90 bill. I spoke to a repesentaive and told me that it was my driver leaving items not the company. I lost complete trust in the company and cancelled immediately. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Horrible service. The recording says push 0 to speak with receptionist. You then are transferred to voice mail of Pat which is full and cannot receive a call. You are then directed to dial 0 to speak with the receptionist and again directed to Pats voice mail. After trying to reach a live person over 2 hours every 15-20 minutes I quit.
