Raphael took my car to service. Then I spoke with Sammy Ayala, the Service Manager. He was professional in explaining the malfunction with the horn. Maintenance was done, horn and loose handle inside passenger side was repaired. I am very happy with Lexus of Oxnard. I would recommend them to everyone. We own 3 Lexus cars and really enjoy the ride. 🙌😁 It feels good to be in a professional environment and experience people liking their work and respect each other. As a first time buyer and a fair credit, these guys did everything possible to help me out in order to get me approved for the car I wanted. I left from the dealer with not only a car that my credit score permitted but with a car that I really wanted! Thanks to everyone that worked all day trying to get the best deal that fitted my budget. I would highly recommend this dealership. ✅

They sent me a text asking for a review, but my feelings are mixed. They charged me $154 for an oil change on my LS 460 which is high and much higher than some other dealers current prices, but it was convenient and they did it fairly fast so I had it done.I spoke with Craig, a mechanical supervisor relating to their surprising $7,300 estimate for other repairs. He explained the issues with my control arms and bushings which are known to fail on this model around 90,000 miles. I only have 70,000 miles, but Craig clearly showed me that the lower control arms should be replaced and the uppers have some issues. Craig was very articulate and knowledgeable.Craig said he was giving me a deal on the bushings at around $5,250. I verified that what he said was true compared to another dealership.Some of the other items in the estimate prepared by one of the mechanics were very high and incomplete. For example, replacing rear brake pads and resurfacing was huge - $936. I am used to paying $400-$450 at other dealerships, but their quote included $330 for sensors that do not need to be replaced, but might need to be replaced if the work is not done soon. I did not like that.The recommendation that I replace the brake fluid was disturbing because I thought that was done in March of this year. A subsequent mechanic did not agree that the brake fluid needed replacement. Mechanic number 2 told me that when you shine a light through the plastic reservoir it looks green, but when you open it up and sample it, it is clean and the normal color.So if I go back to Oxnard Lexus, I would just want to deal with Craig.

I didnt make my final used car purchase here but its only because I wanted a 4Runner (none on the lot). The sales manager and the salesperson (Jennifer) who helped me were class acts. Wonderful team. Theyll work with you to make it happen if you know what you want and if theyve got it. Buy with confidence.

STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!!!!I would give zero star if I could.We looked at a Lexus SUV and the salesman asked us to go in the building so he could ask his manager about removing the cost of the added options ($2k for paint, fabric and undercarriage protection) which I believe is just another way of adding to their profits. After waiting for over 30 minutes, he came back with a price that she, the manager, was even higher than the original because they decided to add GPS tracking.What kind of business establishment and people are these folks? We left immediately and bought a similar SUV at Santa Barbara Lexus that same day where we were actually treated with respect!!!

Joel was excellent! Joel is very knowledgeable about all aspects of multiple cars I was interested in. He had a great attitude, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was very impressed with how he carries himself. Im not an easy cookie to deal with yet he kept his professionalism. I read a lot about the cars I was looking at, and he still had a ton of additional insights (features, use cases, buttons, etc.) that were helpful when I was making my decision on which car to purchase. He really helped make my experience at Lexus with him a 10/10.

My experience at Lexus of Oxnard is actually 10 stars! The place is very clean that I feel safe being inside with everything according to CDC guidelines. All employees are following CDC guidelines. I drove from city of Rosemead to Oxnard. It was a 78-miles drive each way plus traffic and we were willing to visit your dealer for a vehicle posted on your website l. We discussed the sale price but did not come to an agreement. I called the dealership back in two days and the sale representative agreed to lower the previously discussed price $500 less. So I asked him for the total which included taxes and fees, he told me the total but it was a lot higher. I asked him to break down the total cost then he mentioned 1999 plus tax for the auto theft option that installed on the car. This is fraud and dishonesty. We did not ask for the extra option and according to the sale representative, it came with the car. If it came with the car why was this charge to consumers? And after we agreed with the sale price?????

Great experience with Raymond who went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. I had a flat tire and in spite of the fact that I didn’t have an appointment they not only fixed my tire but also performed all the required maintenance and even a recall fix. And because I did not have a way to pick up my car they delivered it to my driveway when done. Thanks Raymond for your excellent service!

BUYER BEWARE! Dealer advertises used cars at good prices, but does not disclose that they have added aftermarket products at outrages prices, that you cannot opt out of…I saw a used Honda online at a great price, so went to take a look. I was met by a very nice and knowledgeable salesman, Ray. I drove the car and loved it, but several warnings displayed on the test drive. I still thought it was a great price, and Ray assured me the car would be completely checked out before I took delivery, so I went inside to make an offer. Ray provided an initial “offer” sheet that was more than $10,000 higher than the advertised price. This included $3,900 with of dealer installed options, and $2,900 for extended warranty. I made a counter offer excluding these “add-ons”, and Ray took my offer to his boss. His boss came over, sat down and started justifying the options. He never introduced himself, or asked my name. We went back and forth several times on the price, but he insisted on charging me for all the dealer add ons and a warranty. I gave him my final offer, he left and came back with a counter with two options which were $1500 and $2500 over my final. When I declined saying my last offer was my final offer, he simply stood up and walked away. No “sorry we can’t come come to an agreement” or “thanks for coming”….just walked away. I have purchased a dozen cars from dealers, and have never been treated with such disrespect. As I said he never bothered to introduce himself, but his name tag said Richard (couldn’t make out the last name).

I was having trouble with my ES 350. Not feeling confident whether I should take it to a family friend or the dealership I called Lexus dealership of Oxnard to ask questions to make me feel more comfortable. I was greeted by a lady named Cynthia if it wasn’t for her I would’ve went to the family friend she made me feel very comfortable and confident that her service team knows exactly what they are doing especially because it is a Lexus car that I would be bringing. Pricing and the cost for me to fix my car was not bad at all. She also help me out making sure that it was the best price in town my car runs very good and I’m very confident to refer to my other buddies that own Lexus as a car to take it to Cynthia and her Lexus dealership I hope I don’t have to go back to soon but if I need to I will take it back to Oxnard Lexus and I really hope Cynthia still works there I know I feel confident taking my car back.

Raymond was very helpful with my check in and as was the lady that that assisted me with my loaner car. My issue was with the actual service on the car. There was a check off list of which I received a copy. I had told Raymond that I recently had 3 new cracks on my windshield. On the list (3rd line) the visual inspection of the windshield for cracks or chips was marked green...no problem. Kind of makes me wonder if full inspection actually done???

Elias was super duper helpful! We got an amazing deal and great service. He was incredibly patient and stayed almost 4 hours past closing time to wait for us to finish up the deal with the financing agent. Wasn’t pushy at all and clearly only suggested what was best. Even when the deal was closed he stayed after to go through the car’s features with my daughter. Would 100% go to him again!

Sales person Angelo worked tirelessly with us to pick out a new es300h & getting us an excellent price on a lease. Financing person Carlos was pleasant & wrap-up timely although he was assertive with selling ad-ons, he did his job well. Thanks to the managers behind these 2 individuals to make this happen.

**Update, so now I get a TPMS flashing warning light, which means at least one of the sensors is malfunctioning. Could not get a simple yes or no answer if they would cover this, just to take it in to service. Not going to waste my time at a dealer if they wont cover it since I live an hour away.Elias and Ara (Tony) were very responsive and Carlos in Finance took care of everything to close the sale quickly. I paid all cash and everything was as agreed. No funny business. Got a nice, gently used Lexus RX 350.

I was in the area for the weekend and needed to have 3 recalls completed on my Lexus RX350 F Sport. I called at the beginning of the week and made an appointment for the following Saturday morning and their service department pre-ordered the parts.I originally told them I wouldn’t need transportation but my plans had changed a bit and I needed a loner vehicle. They handled my intake paperwork, brought me a loner car that was the same model as my car and had me out of there within 30 minutes.They called me later that day to notify me that my car was ready to pick up at my convenience.When I showed up, they remembered who I was, provided closing paperwork, and my car was waiting up front with a full tank of gas, all in about 15 minutes.I couldn’t be more pleased or impressed with their service.

The service manager, Sammy, did a fabulous job with the car, took care of everything, and got it done when it was estimated to be completed - fully washed and sparking clean!

Really much closer to 5 stars but there were a few glitches that got ironed out in the end. Overall it was a pleasant and professional experience. The pricing was fair, consequently the negotiations were minimal. In todays market if Lexus of Oxnard has the car youre looking for Id highly recommend checking them out.

I was so disappointed that I did not receive a call from Lexus that they were planning to pick up my car on Monday, July 19, 2021, which I normally receive the previous Fri or Sat, so I had to call to confirm I had an appt. They apparently had me on the books but no driver. My ServiceSpecialist was gone that day so it was turned over Phuong Pham, thankfully, and he kept in contact with me and kept me apprised of what was going on during the week. My driver Gloria was wonderful, both directions, and my car was returned on the day I asked. I have always been pleased with the service and attn my cars have received.

I have asked three times for a simple car manual and key jacket. I keep getting snubbed and pushed off by Tony and being told Jesus will take care of it. I find that to be problematic. Also, it was told me by Tony, confidently, during the buying process, that he would help us repair the scratches on the rims. In the back of my mind, I thought it was strange that after the sale Tony left the dealership and left me to wait two hours for finance.I was holding out to write this review, in hopes that the tiny problems would be solved, but it just seems that it isn’t important for this dealership to follow through.
