Theres this guy named Adrian (on his shirt) and he was very helpful in assisting us. He did all the checking and tracking their system for the service, he kept very professional and stayed calm. Walmart has to recognize their employee doing all the problem solving and attending to customers plus working the whole day at the shop. Would recommend and hes really a great help to us.Another guy attended us after Adrian, his name tag says Jesus and he was also very helpful to us like Adrian. Jesus remained professional while talking to us and did great job answering our queries. We realized that its on our end and hes been patient to us.I hope Walmart would atleast give them a raise or some recognition. Walmart has good employees and Im glad they keep them.

So far the worst customer service and management in the whole U.S. I i hope I don’t counter this again with any other place. Very surprised, how they are still operating Auto care, better if they closed it permanently. No offense, speaking based on experience and employee ignore customers at all cost and rude. Know nothing about auto care!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. If a woman named Elsa picks up the phone just hang up. She will talk over you and try to get you off the phone before you can ask a question.Get your tires from a company who actually wants your business.

I know thats Walmart and their products are cheap (tires), but thats not an excuse for horrible customer service. Was there for almost 30 minutes and nobody helped me. The lady at the front desk just ignored me and was talking to her coworker. The guys in the back just saw me and ignored me too. HORIBLE customer service. If you are that desperate to save some money on tires just be prepared to deal with bad service.

Its walmart. You cant have too high of expectations. However, dont waste your time trying to call the tire and lube department. They dont answer. And the person who does pick up in customer service is always going to be rude or tell you its busy, which is BS on a weekday. I tried to call 4 times in a day and kept getting kicked back to customer service. The lady goes Im sorry they are extremely busy so I just go down there and guess what - completely dead. Typical Walmart. Its sad that their customer service and their services in general have gotten so bad that we have relegated ourselves to saying We should be used to it. Its Walmart

Tire failed after 200 miles. Clearly a manufacturer problem. They refused to replace the defective product. Had to buy a new one. Clearly they dont care about quality service. If the auto center fails everyone here can move inside to stock shelves.

I had my vehicle serviced for an oil change here. The prices are quite reasonable -- compared to other vehicle service companies in the area. I recommend this place. From Wikipedia.Walmart Inc. (formerly branded as Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.) is an American multinational retail corporation that operates a chain of hypermarkets, discount department stores, and grocery stores.[8] Headquartered in Bentonville, Arkansas, the company was founded by Sam Walton in 1962 and incorporated on October 31, 1969. It also owns and operates Sams Club retail warehouses.[9][10] As of January 31, 2018, Walmart has 11,718 stores and clubs in 28 countries, operating under 59 different names.[1][2][11] The company operates under the name Walmart in the United States and Canada, as Walmart de México y Centroamérica in Mexico and Central America, as Asda in the United Kingdom, as the Seiyu Group in Japan, and as Best Price in India. It has wholly owned operations in Argentina, Chile, Brazil, and Canada.Walmart is the worlds largest company by revenue – approximately US$486 billion according to Fortune Global 500 list in 2017 – as well as the largest private employer in the world with 2.3 million employees. It is a publicly traded family-owned business, as the company is controlled by the Walton family. Sam Waltons heirs own over 50 percent of Walmart through their holding company, Walton Enterprises, and through their individual holdings.[12] Walmart was the largest U.S. grocery retailer in 2016, and 62.3 percent of Walmarts US$478.614 billion sales came from U.S. operations.[13]The company was listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 1972. By 1988, Walmart was the most profitable retailer in the U.S.,[14] and by October 1989, it had become the largest in terms of revenue.[15] Originally geographically limited to the South and lower Midwest, by the early 1990s, the company had stores from coast to coast: Sams Club opened in New Jersey in November 1989 and the first California outlet opened in Lancaster in July 1990. A Walmart in York, Pennsylvania opened in October 1990: the first main store in the Northeast.[16]Walmarts investments outside North America have seen mixed results: its operations in the United Kingdom, South America, and China are highly successful, whereas ventures in Germany and South Korea failed.

Expect to wait several hours.A technician told me the wait was about an hour and a half. An hour and a half later I came back and the car has still not moved and they said it would still be another hour and a half. Take your car somewhere else.
