I went to Maaco because I needed to change the color of my car and repair my bumper. They did an EXCELLENT job!!! Everyone asks me where I got the work done and I tell them to GO TO MAACO IN OXNARD BECAUSE THEY ARE THE BEST!!!! I’ve actually given out a lot of business cards. The price was very reasonable, since I was paying out of pocket. The staff there is very professional and friendly. My car was even finished earlier than promised and the inside was nice and clean! If I ever need paint or body work in the future, I will definitely use Maaco!

KUDOS to Malissa and staff at Maaco @Oxnard for amazing job on my CAMRY LE 2004 car, it had taken a beating in cold,snow,ice,storm and sun and has 265,000 miles and the engine is running like new, but needed some love and care as it has lot of family memories,so we took it to Maaco at Oxnard on a Monday and Malissa and staff promised us they will be ready on Friday, guess what she called me on Friday and said it is ready, along with putting some shine on the worn out headlamps, now they look bright and new, the car color exactly matches the original color when we bought it 17 years back, we went with the middle package which was reasonably priced for the amount of effort and workmanship they had to put in, it had some dents and scratches, @Maaco at Oxnard and Malissa staff took care of it pronto. I highly recommend anyone who wants their vehicle or any thing which needs painting and some shine and cosmetic surgery, take it and tell Malissa that we sent you.

Melissa at Maaco in Oxnard, CA was outstanding! She took the time to educate me on their different paint packages so I understood the timeframe and process. Shes very high energy but was also very patient. She gave me a great price. I could not believe the quality I received when I had my 2008 Red Honda Fit painted. People thought I bought a brand new car in 2021 ! After that, I took another car back to Melissa ( A Black Honda Accord) and I was ( once again) very impressed with the quality of paint for the price. Ill be going back again on my next car in the near future. Ive told family, friends and business associates that if they want to get a quality paint job at a great price, then they definitely need to see Melissa so she can take care of them like she took care of me.

My truck was hit by a hit and run driver. My rear end was damaged I took it in and spoke with the owner who said his quote was the high quality paint at the low quality rate so I had the rear end fixed and painted my whole truck that had very few scratches. I paid $2200 to ruin my truck. I could have paid the extra $500 and a professional job done. But now I am stuck with a horrible paint job. I wish I never had taken my truck there 😞

My cars paint was old and peeling, plus my front bumper was cracked. I went to Maacos and they did a fantastic job with replacing the bumper as well as re-painting the entire outside of the vehicle! I turned it in on a Monday and they said it would be done by Friday, but instead I got it back a day early! I was so happy with the outcome of the vehicle and would highly recommend everyone to bring their vehicle here.The staff are very professional and respectful. They show their understanding that it can be hard to trust a company to work on your vehicle (especially if its your first time) and do very well with ensuring that your vehicle is in good hands.Overall, I give this place 5 stars and would give it more if I could!

The paint job is way over priced for the terrible job they did. Poorly sanded and masked prior to paint, dull in some places and shiny else where. Did not repair all areas on the estimate. I can tell they did a lazy rush job. Not Happy and felt ripped off.

Someone hit my car and I decided to check maaco out. Their prices are reasonable and they did a nice and quick paint job on a bumper and other parts I needed painted. I’ll start by saying I was not working with Maaco as a result of an accident/insurance claim. I had some severe chipping on my roof that I had been putting off for a while.I arrived early for my appointment with Vanessa and didnt have to wait around - which is unexpected but awesome! I have never dealt with a body shop outside of an insurance claim, so I was super nervous about the process, but Vanessa really listened to my needs and what I wanted in the long term as well as the options that we have. (2009 RAV4 and I have every intention of driving it until it dies)I primarily wanted my roof and hood repainted for chipping and rust but because I have a pearl-y color its harder to match the luster of it (As an artist in my spare time I totally understand that paint matching is SUPER hard except with basic, basic colors) so we explored options to repaint the entire thing.The process of picking the paint color was simple and with a whole re-paint there are options within that were thoroughly explained. I also had a bent bumper that they were able to fix – not perfectly but so much more than it was.I dropped my car off on a Saturday afternoon so I’m assuming they didn’t start on it until Monday morning, but they finished it by that Friday, and it is AMAZING. Yes, there are imperfections, slight overspray and dust but it is a million times better than what it was and what I could have hoped for. All these things were disclosed to me and I knew about them going into it but they truly exceeded my expectations in so many ways! Not just with the body work, headlight buffing, and repaint of my car but with the customer service, price, and timeframe.

Melissa Olson assisted and kept me apprised of all progress or not. Back handle broke and she researched and provided me what I needed to order the parts. Melissa has an genuine smile and can too attitude what an asset to your companys customer service.

The Oxnard Maaco was great. Ulysses the General Manager took us through the paintperceture step by step. The paint came out over the top, it was as good or better than the original factory paint. The whole experience was simply, fast, and quite reasonable considering all the work they had to do. The bottom line, we were extremely happy withthe results.

We had to take my moms car in 3 times. Now the third time the paint is okay so far but our battery is dead and her car was perfectly fine before going in. The first time we took it there, they got paint on the windshield, inside the car and under the hood. Not a very good job. Making an appointment then having them tell us they over booked. We will be reporting them to the BBB. This is not cool.

Vanessa was great to work with. The main panels of the car look great. However, overspray was a massive problem if you’re looking with a decent eye. Overspray everywhere, including inside the engine bay and everywhere underneath the car. This place would be unbeatable if they took more time to properly tape up vehicles.

Went in to have motorcycle parts repair and painting well they didnt repair the crack on the side in the paperwork clearly shows repair crack on the side but they didnt do it then they messed sanding part in lift a ridge on one side and the other side was smooth. So they had to repaint it. I was going to have them to do the truck for $2,500, we have two other cars that need to be painted I dont know how much they would have charged for that. But I will take my business elsewhere since they change management it sucks there because they dont care about the customer they only care about their bottom line and making their quota.

I wish there was a zero star rating because thats exactly how Id rate Maaco. I took my car in for what I thought would be a simple paint job on a Monday morning and was told with certainty it would be ready that week Friday. Friday came and went and repeated calls were answered with empty promises or not answered at all, even when contacting the corporate office. Once I did receive my car four days after it was promised, I was told that any blemishes I had noticed (which were obvious signs of poor workmanship) would have to be buffed out by someone ELSE we would have to hire to do the job. Maaco would not be making any corrections! I couldnt believe as I read their company motto of timeliness and exceptional work quality, that they have the audacity to make such claims. I will NEVER return to Maaco nor would I ever recommend it to anyone who cares about good quality service.

I took 06 corolla for a full paint job. Talk about overpray all over the car even my rims. I took it back so they could fix the overpray and some runs of paint. The next day i pick it up and the over soary was half off. And still rund of paint. I must of tooking about 3 times. At the end I gave up and clean the over spray myself all 4 rims were paunted. Really bad. I gried talking to Pedro but he was rude and pretty much told me you pay already thats I can Do. I was really upset but i really didnt want to deal with people like that. I honestly think they need to pay more stention of what they are doing. I was planing on taking a Jeep I have, that was plan. Well if you can avoid this place it would be best.

We Went and saw vanessa at Maaco oxnard. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. My wife wanted to change the color of our vehicle from silver to the same gray as our other vehicle so vanessa got the info from the car and said it would match exactly. In seven days including the weekend we picked up our vehicle and it looked awesome and newer. We are happy with the work done for the price paid. Also mid week I dropped off two new emblems and they were able to replace one of them because the paint was already done. The other one was actually fine. My insurance company wanted to total the vehicle because the cost was 85% to repair the very minor cosmetic damage which maaco repaired two minor dents on rear tailgate plus I had done some other repairs and now the wife is happy with our vehicle so all is good. Thanks to the crew at maaco oxnard for a quick and professional paint job. Btw the only minor problem was that bot vanessa and I forget to give/get my key when we picked up on last Friday. I did get my key Monday at lunch time and since vanessa was not present the person called her to make sure i was in fact the rightful owner of key.

3 to 4 drips on the truck. Couple of air bubbles around the truck. Mirror covers werent painted.. Back of the truck wasnt painted and door handles were dirty and painted.

I was not happy. Took my car in Monday, was told that I would get it Friday, did not get it till following Thursday. I was told to be there by 8:00 a.m., still did not get car until 8:45 a.m. Found a spot that I did not like on the drivers side door, I was told that it was just the way it was. Did not get call backs when I was told that I would get them. Poor service. Overall, work was for but I will not go back or recommend.

Poor work. There are holes all over my trunk lid where there should be filler. They damaged a fender and told me it was there when I dropped it of. Also I now have about a 3/4in gap between my fender and the hood.

Brought my 21 RV for silver paint color. They painted it white. Pedro the manager in my opinion is a fast talking crook. Where is Maaco corporate in this. After the repaint I had a lot of damage. Windshield and side widows scratched from sanding...sure hell fix it. NOT. Air cond. cowling broken he fixed half way. Permanent black foot prints and dents on the roof . Blew me off! Painted over the interior side door. Hell fix it...NOT. Dash broken and overspray...Sure hell fix it...NOT. Messed painted areas. Do I have time to take them to court? well see. A friend recently had his car painted there and found kids toys in the back seat...he has no kids so we figured the car was used by someone there, oh .. damage to the motor when he picked up the car.NOT HAPPY

My husband first met Pedro Barrera & and his staff, like on 17th of Oct at the Maaco on 1100 Commercial Ave, Oxnard CA 93030.He was so friendly, so kindhearted and amazingly walked him through the steps of what he was going to do for us.He promised to take care of him and gave him the estimate & said That he could drop vehicle off on Sat May 21st and the Van Would be ready on the 25th or 26th!Of course, he had to come home and share with me the estimate! And, I agreed, let’s do the job. And, I’m the one said, Call or go to “Maaco”, They are a reputable Company “!So, we brought our Van in on Sat the 21st! And Pedro met us, with his awesome smile and warm handshake & hug, and said, “ we will take care of everything, don’t worry, see you on Wed or Thurs.And, Yes, we got the call on the 25th!Again, Pedro, Greeted both my husband & I, being handicapped, with the most Kindness & gentleness of a handshake and & hug ! Just as if, we were family.And, that’s how they made you feel there. “Like Family”!We were very impressed and astonished on the workmanship of Our Vehicle! It looks brand new!You don’t find many Corporate businesses that treat you like family.So, this experience has enlightened our visit and that Pedro, treated us like family! I went in for a quote, in a hurry to get my vehicle fixed. They looked at my vehicle and asked me for my email address. They said they would send me my estimate through email a day later....well I never got my quote. I gladly took my business elsewhere my truck is now fixed and not by maaco. They didnt care for my business. I wasted my time......

If I can put a 0 I would put it 1 * is too much for them my name is Ruben Terrazas I went to get my truck painted they did a lousy job and to top it off they busted my antenna and my hubcaps of my tires and also the paint job they screwed it up is still its white around the edges it did not get color black they say they have a policy that says theyre not responsible for any damage of the vehicles when their own employees screwed up my truck and theyre denying it so the girl that painted my truck she told me that caps of my tires were in the back seat and then the atena wed like some kind of gloomy stuff to try to hide and the owner refuse to pay the damage of the employee they make you pay before you leave their shop so they can hide the damages they did so my cost came out even higher to get everything else replace because this cheap company didnt want to pay for their employees mistakes dont dont go dont go to the shop dont go to the shop you you will get you will get screwedThe owner of this company needs to respond to this post, I will report to BBB

Beware maaco Oxnard they do poor work they painted my truck 3 time and every time wrong color I just finaly gave up .theres runs in the paint some of the paint feels like sand paper . they also broke the tailgate plastic rail cover, the emblems fell off the cab the other embles look like they were forced off by twisting them off they painted everything in sight wheel wells wipers headlights so beware because you dont get what you paid for. spend the extra money and get it done right dont waste your money at Oxnard Maaco beware !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
