DO NOT GO HERE! The customer service is awful! I feel bad for the workers because it’s not their fault this place is run so badly and the manager’s terrible attitude. I have a car that is a little higher and he up charged me for a SUV but more than anything his awful attitude. They keep reusing the same old dirty rags on all cars for washing. The was was extremely mediocre. The manager even lied to me and said that he was the owner, then a worker told me that it was not true that he was a worker. See the pictures for how they left the car. WORST CAR WASH I HAVE EVER HAD!

The work wasnt done properly. Didnt completely wipe down truck. I paid $30 for my truck to get washed and still guy a tip but honestly go somewhere else.

This is my favorite place to get my car cleaned! It always looks like its fresh off the car lot! But this time I noticed they didnt even touch the inside of my rear window. I wont hold it against them because they usually do a phenomenal job!

There are several price ranges below and above $20 to fit almost any budget. You choose.You can walk around the whole facility and see whats going on at each stage of the detailing process.Well worth the cost.

This is my go to spot for car washes. The prices are very affordable and they do a great job! I love that they still offer punch cards for every visit, which makes you eligible for a free car wash. The interior is left clean and clean feeling. I always leave feeling like I have a brand new car.

Been bringing in my Tesla for 3 years now always have generous tips. Today they wanted to charge me $45 for a $30 handwash. Be careful if you have a nicer vehicle they will upcharge you. My Tesla is just a vehicle with 4 wheels and a motor...just found out the place is under new management that explains it

Typically car wash spot. Depending on the level of car wash service you select you can be waiting for your car for as little as 20 mins or close to an hour. The waiting area could be improved. They do have both indoor and outdoor seating. Pricing isnt bad either. There is typically an up charge for SUVs and Trucks. Id give this place more stars if the waiting experience was improved since you can be stuck there for quite some time and the surrounding area isnt the best to go walking through. However the actual service performed has always been as expected or better.

This is unquestionably the best full-service car wash in Oxnard. I have had every vehicle I own washed hair and always had exemplary and courteous service. The owner and the staff always seem to make time for questions and ways to make their service better.Only had two small problems, one they misplaced my windshield reflector after a detail and number two the rear window on the inside was poorly cleaned. Both problems were immediately solved by either the owner manager or Car Wash employee themselves.I highly recommend California Car Wash for any of your car cleaning needs including detailing.

Ive been taking our cars here for the past couple of years and have never had a complaint. The only place Ill take them, and they offer military discount which is also a plus. Great service and our cars always look amazing afterwards. They definitely pay attention to detail :)

The prices are great. $12.99 for a wash, vaccum, and window cleaning (inside and out). The gentleman that cleaned my car did a “okay” job. I had to point out some spot that were not touched, and found more spots once I got home.

They did an outstanding job on the vehicle. They were courteous and explained what and why they were suggesting certain things. The car looks better than when we got it from the dealer! Will be taking our other vehicles there soon.

Under new management. Didnt clean the windshield. When I asked for attendant to wipe it again he said that was an extra charge!! Dont think Ill go back.

I went in today to get my grey 2015 Mustang gt washed and after they washed it I had really deep scratches on my rims from the track that they put it through. I told the manager about it and he said there is nothing he can do. He said that the scratches could have been there before I brought it in. I 100% did not have scratches on my rim before I let them wash it. He also said that they have a lot of these cases and they said they can’t prove anything so nothing happens. Who ever owns this car wash needs to contact me and see what they are going to do about this issue.

As soon as i came here as a 1st time customer .... The boss greeted me and explained to me that car wash is from 8.99 to 300.....i was only worried about if the autoline was going to scrape my cars rims and when it was done I was reliefed. The car wash and wax was so good that it made my car look like I got it yesterday from the dealership in top tier and prestine good looks. Very happy..... Nevertheless I do recommend to go here once every three weeks because it is very expensive if u come here every week.

THE BEST PLACE TO PIMP YOUR RIDE! GREAT CAR DETAILING PLACE

This is the second time Ive tried California Car Wash. First time it took over an hour and a half for them even to get my car through the washing station. They were kind enough to give me a rain check and told me to come back and try again as they were busy. About a month and a half later I figured I would try and give them a second chance, that was a big mistake! This time they seemed to have a little more help but it took just as long, an hour and a half just to get my car through the wash station. Thats before even wiping down or drying my car or cleaning it at all, and they missed a lot of dirt. I had to tell them to forget it and i left, before they wasted another hour and a half of my time. So, if you want your car washed and cleaned in 2 hours or less this is not the place to go.

Im a local business owner who understands the importance of quality work and good customer service. I never leave bad reviews and this is my first bad review on google. I took two cars to get washed while I was at my place of business. I sent my sisterm and girlfriend to go pick up the cars. My sister calls and says its a mess and they cant find the keys. So I called and spoke to the manager explained the situation and how the car is still dirty and if he could make it right. He said Ill see what I can do. Well my cars still dirty and they didnt throw away trash or vacum it at least decent. I gave them a chance to make it right and they didnt. My girlfriend car was also done horribly. A little better then mine but not great.wish they cared more about quality work and good service. Definitely will never come back. Horrible

This place is just a few blocks from my house, so its convenient for me to go there. Its 100% touchless for the wash, and they seem to be careful to swap out their drying towels to make sure junk from one car doesnt wind up scratching the next car. The prices are low, and Ive never had to wait for long. They dont do little things like pop the trunk and wipe down the seals or open the hood, so I do that after I get back home. Im a bit of a freak with my car (car cover every day at work, park in the garage at night, keep a spray bottle of quick detail and a pack of microfiber towels in the trunk), and I dont hesitate to take my car here. Its either here or, if Im up for the drive and the traffic and the lo-o-o-o-o-ng wait and the extra money charged, theres a hand wash in Thousand Oaks where theyre a little more thorough with the vacuuming and there are never random streaks from hidden water that was forgotten at the car wash.All in all its fair value for the money. Id pay more for better service, but there really isnt anywhere in Oxnard that does that. I guess most people wouldnt, or somebody would be doing it already.

Wait for my car over 1hour,they did a very bad job, they keep using same towls over and over with out wash them with all cars, the guy who dry my car did a big scratch on the hook, ask to talk to owner wich he did not apologize or offer to just wax the front to see if scratsh can be cover or removed he was very rude, then this guy later said he was not the owner, how ever very bad experience I did report to better bussines berue, and to the legal department of Joseph Oneal they will take care of this issue, to bad we have to go this way but they have to kearn in how to take responsability, I garantee you they will fix it, please if you can avoid to go there please do

My headphones were stolen from there i ask to speak to the supervisor elio is his name gave him all my details to call me back apperently nothing got resolved but elio didnt even have the decency to call me back and tell me anything regarding my situation. Bad customer service not even a good greet when you show up.. that didnt bother me at all only cause they do a great job at cleaning your car. Shame that i will never go there again and before you take your car there dont be like me and be trustworthy of this place. They take your things and when u put a claim they will never call you that it got resolved.

Car wash care does not meet damage to your vehicle Like they always say you always get what you pay for always check your car paint after they wash it because this guy use dirty buckets dirty waters and dirty towels to clean and wash your vehicles This guy does have no concern for the consumer all you want to do is make money I just had my car paint damage by their dirty Towels and brooms
