I was in an auto accident I thought my car looked totaled. I was happy my insurance company authorized Calibur collision to repair it. It sat at their shop for about a month because issues with the other parties insurance company. Mine stepped in authorization it to be repaired. Calibur Collision were so gracious keeping me informed. The body work and detail were exemplary. They ensured me they would monitor it as it was repaired in the event there was internal damage. After the repair they took it to Toyota for diagnostic and reprogramming the sensorsIt was ready a week early. I picked it up it lookLike a brand new car, even though it’s almost 5 years old. I’m so so happy and impressed with this auto body shop. I’m a lifelong customer if I ever need body work done on my vehicles.

Bumper cracked looks like a paint crack but the office manager is saying it’s actual bumper crack refused to repair saying up to dodge to give refund not buying new bumper when it’s clearly on them

Best experience ever had with body repair shop!

I took my SUV to Caliber after a metal tent outside a business blew over and only my car, causing a bunch of scratches on various locations. The GM was my POC and he was very professional and friendly. He took a look at the damage, gave me detailed what whats gonna need to be done to fix it. Then he took another look and suggested we first try buffing out the scratches and go from there. He took the SUV in back and returned with all scratches buffered out. He explained what repairs would need to be done, the time frame of repair and costs. However after the buffering removed all the scratches, honestly it was basically like nothing had happened damage wise. He saved me time, and money. I highly rank this shop

I’ve been to a few collisions shops in the past (not my fault), and I’ll say Caliber is by far the best. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Awesome customers service.

The only concern thru out my experience is/are the: updates werent occuring every other day during repairs in progress. However I did like that Mr. Rigo did called me on status updates via email or phone. I suggest that there should be an app implemented thru your smartphone or desktop PC to get streaming updates on your auto. Nevertheless superb job all the way thank you Mr. Rigo.
