I was assigned to Fix Auto Oxnard North shop by my insurance. First thing I did was I researched online for their reviews and reputation. To my surprise they are among the best reviews in Ventura County for body shops. I arrived to the shop without an appointment and the owner Gary was such an amazing man who put me at ease and told me it would get fixed without any issue. He went above and beyond to make this experience smoothly. He workout a great deal for Im glad I found this shop. They did an amazing job on my paint job. They even offered me a rental. The front desk representative Lili was also such a professional as she kept me updated on the entire process.
