Usually hit or miss.... but lately the night time staff has been amazing. Peanut butter shakes last night and they were great. Lately, above par service from this location. AND free treats for the fur babies.

I bought a large peach milk shake yesterday evening. The shake was mostly milk. I’ve never had a bad shake at UDF before, but yesterday’s experience makes me not want to return.

Defiantly some decent ice cream and shakes around. Granted its small parking lot. It is quite hard to get in and out of at times. If walking here is an opinion do it..the staff is a hit or miss if theyll be friendly or just be plain rude to you. Now that theres other opinions for ice cream around I can see their sales dropping. But then again if they had better staff it would of gotten 4.5 or 5 star easily.

Awesome ice cream and shakes for cheap when there are specials, sometimes there are really long lines especially during weekend nights.

Dude named James was decently rude to me when i was just trying to order a milk shake. He tried to make me feel dumb about the whole thing. It was our second time being treated bad by that guy. I am a huge fan of UDF but It’s not hard to be nice to people. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a while.

Friendly, courteous and hardworking people. Fresh milk and cream for your coffee that lasts forever in your fridge without being overdosed on preservatives (unlike the Krogers half and half, which seems to taste toxic now with their preservative doses). Yummy milk shakes and ice cream. Yes, in summer sudden crowds may lead to a bit of a wait for ice cream, but that is life, no fault of the staff. Gas is always good and prices tend to be good. UDF is an important part of our town. Thanks for always being open when I need you UDF!

Great ice cream but waited in line for 25 minutes.

Okay, so i went here with my mom and she was getting alcohol and the guy wouldnt sell it to us and was being stupid. Apparently, your kid and you have to have ids to get alchohol if your child comes in. The ice cream, is really good the gas prices are good, but id rather go to a way different gas station.

If i could give it no stars i would went there tonight to get a strawberry shake the dude that waited on me was rude his name was jason i do believe he looked as he just jumped strait out of bed and came in my shake was nothing but vanilla ice cream and milk i also watched him add water to it i went to pay for it and he pretty much tossed my change at me step it up udf you used to be one of the best in town

Gas prices are fair, store is clean and they have Cigars..... well it is as much of a Cigar as bitter hotel room coffee is as Starbucks.Nothing like going here late on a Friday or Saturday night to watch a bunch of drunk people try and scrape some money together to buy some more Natty or PBR for that one party that a friend of a friend invited them to - all while hearing a bunch of people yelling at each other around the gas pumps about who is going to fight who, with the faint sound of someone puking about 30oz of cheap beer into a distant trashcan.

They had a public bathroom when no one else uptown would allow use of theirs. Thank goodness for UDF. Good size store with typical convenience items.

Ice cream is great, service is horrible. At least the one guy that took my order. We are here from out of town and came 3 different days throughout the week. The lady working there was very pleasant but the man was onery as can be to customers as well as spent the whole time I waited arguing with the lady working with him. He was very rude to her and this last time, I told my husband just to get all the same thing because the guy was really onery last time when I ordered different things so my husband ordered 3 chocolate shakes, the guy just stared at him obviously annoyed, finally my husband said can you do that for me? And he replied, can I do it or do I want to do it?! Really! I wish we wouldve turned around and left right then. 👎🏻

The ice cream is good but service this morning took fifteen minutes for two milkshakes, and I was the only customer sitting waiting on the beverages.
