Good, but tiny, starbucks without a drive through. Never had anything that wasnt made properly here, and the staff is always friendly, even when being slammed with lines out the door. Youre never treated as an inconvenience.

My bad customer service experience:I ordered a Honey Citrus Mint Tea and received a Chai tea, so I called to pickup the correct order. Instead of applying this easy fix, the employee I spoke to, told me:“We had to give you a defense tea because we sold out, but we have it now.” (This made zero sense because how could they be sold out of something then have it 10 minutes later?)I reiterated saying that I was given a Chai tea and if I could pick up my correct order which she replied to by saying:“Well there are a lot of orders under your name this morning you picked up the wrong one.”I told the employee that the label had my exact order and she told me she could not hear me and hung up. (See images)While yes, I do like Starbucks coffee there are also many other competing coffee brands that are as good. Relationships with consumers matter and that is why Starbucks is loosing my business and another brand is gaining it.

Did not have a very good experience here. I mobile ordered ahead and had to wait an hour OUTSIDE for my entire order which was a total of 2 items. I went in the store a first time to ask where my order was and received nothing. I went back outside to wait for 30 more minutes. My mobile order still did not come out so I went back inside again. Because of COVID restrictions, I was not able to get my drink from the pickup counter. My drink was sitting on the counter but I could not grab it because it was up to the girl doing the mobile orders. All in all, my experience at this starbucks was not good at all, and I was about to walk out without my order because I did not want to wait any longer.

Love this location! I work at Miami University and frequent this Starbucks on my lunch break. Great service and they are very personal-able. Kate, Liz, Hannah and Shawna are the best!

Long lines during periods when students are in town, but very friendly and professional staff. They are warm and caring and stay cool even when rude customers expect instant service or are offended by having to wait in line. Consistent quality and warmth from kind staff, who learn the names of regulars and give their full attention to each order.

The staff is amazing and they are very good at making the signature drinks! Once a new employee messed up my friends order (strawberry frappuccino) and one of the staff gladly fixed it for us without any hassle. Sometimes the food is out of stock but that makes sense as its a college town. My friends and I always go here on weekends and after school to chill. My biggest complaint is that its always crowded and there is hardly any room to sit.

Great product nice staff but very pricey thus the low amount of stars. They should consider renaming this place to FiveBucks because you can get a gold medal if youre ever able to come out of there without spending at least $5. And if you learn that please share.

Honestly one of the best Starbucks Ive ever been to int terms of service and coffee. The space is very small and is always crowded. If you order ahead you wont have to wait in line, which can range anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes.

It has a very cozy atmosphere and is always busy. During certain times of the day, it is packed due to its small size. If you know what you want 8 minutes before you arrive, use the mobile ordering system to skip the line.

Horrible experience. Got all three items wrong. Took forever despite store not being busy.

What can I say its Starbucks fast service friendly people

They are always so kind. My coffee is always great.

Its hot outside, but they grossly overcompensate with their AC; way too cold. Space is also cramped with tiny tables. Its fine to go in and grab a coffee, but I dont recommend working there.

Gotta love Starbucks! Best coffee in Oxford! To be truthful, however, the coffee is just as great as the service is slow.. More so than other Starbucks...

Baristas are friendly and good at what they do. There is always a long line in the mornings but they get through it fairly quickly. Seating is also limited so get there early if you plan on staying.

Caramel macchiato with almond milk with extra caramel is the best

Nice breakfast stop and fast service

The service is really sub par. My drink wasnt made for quite a while for a simple park place coffee. They didnt ask me if I needed room and didnt have the sugar area stocked.
