Bad bad experience had someone came in do a repair a washer and a maintenance on a dryer this person completely left it not drying and making a noice seem very unprofessional. And tried to charge us for repairing it after I called customer service and let them know what was going on and they said they won’t be a charge because that’s something the messed up on . Very disappointing you’re paying for the service do it simple . They guy it’s called “ MJ “ very unprofessional

Spent over $5000.00 w sears on brand new washer and dryer that will not work i cant even get a phone call back!! I also bought 5 year warranty on all appliances!! I brought washer and dryer back and mr gary said refund would take 7 to 10 days well i still have no washer dryer and im out over 3000.00 and he wont even call me back!!! Im very sad and disappointed and guess i have to get lawyer involved i also purchased a brand new refrigerator and dish washer from them as well should i return it as well???
