I spent about 30 minutes trying out chairs to replace my current office chair. I finally settled on one that was $349. Seemed steep but then a guy told me Id have to pay an extra $15 for the assembly fee! On principle I walked away. Seems like a fine store but really dumb to lose a sale like this over something so foolish. And in this economy! Im betting Ill find a place that will sell me a chair and be happy to do so.

Why is the Owensboro store closed at 11 o’clock AM on a Tuesday??…Sign says they won’t reopen until 12:30?

The print copy center associates are always very helpful and very knowledgeable. They allow me and help me to decide what is the best way to print the items I need printed.

After dealing with the rudest experience I have ever had at Walmart, I went to Office Depot. I was blown away by how polite, helpful and courteous they were. It was really a night/day experience

I entered the store in the early evening looking for a specific item that I never did find but was not asked once if I needed help nor did I see anyone on the sales floor to ask. There were 3 employees at the copy counter involved in a conversation that must have been more important than helping a customer.

Copies, supplies, whatever I need. Open, clean layout. Always friendly staff. Prices are okay, but good selection and range of products from budget basic to higher end. Easily best selection of pens in town.

I want to congratulate the management at this store, for hiring a lady by the name of Cheyanne Fiel.She is a great asset for the company!I have had the experience of benefiting from her excellent customer service skills!She exhibits a genuine concern for the customers needs, and goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied with her service!I am disabled and have walking issues, this lady aided me with a cheerful attitude, a desire to make my experience as pleasant as possible.My hats off to Cheyanne, and I hope her superiors know how valuable she is for the first impression of this store.Sincerely, Regina Howard

Box store. Average pricing / good pricing not all deals are deals. However that being said unlike their competitors they seem earnest and want to help. And thats why I am a repeat shopper.

The manager at this location has the manners of a badger. Ive been in the store MANY times and am totally underwhelmed with her. I have a backpack that I keep papers, laptop, other things in. I sometimes use the bookstore next door to get things done and after go to office depot after to get things printed. On more than one occasion she has followed me through the store as though I were a thief. I finally asked her one day if shed like to look inside my bag. She acted as though she didnt hear me and walked away. Ive talked to several people whove experienced similar things from her. What an example she is for her employees.

They were so friendly, and helped me with all my school supply list.

Went in thinking notebooks and pencils were a penny as advertised but they only let you get 3per household and you have to buy something worth 5 or more dollars..... wasted trip

Had wrong price on a day planner. When I checked out it was $10 more than marked. No attempt was made to fix the problem. I probably wont go back.
