I love my rent one crew

If it wasnt for the mindful eye of the staff I wouldnt have half the stuff I have now. They know my style and the apt I am in so whenever something comes along I could use they shoot me a text to let me see the new items. They save me so much time by just remembering things Ive mentioned wanting. I trust there judgement and rely on them to keep me current with the styles. I wouldnt go anywhere else becuz they treat me special and thats so nice !!! They always treat me like I matter, they want to make sure Im happy and I certainly am . Try them out, Im sure you will be glad you did.

I purchased my Ashley Furniture reclining sofa and chair from Rent One. I thought I was receiving a quality product. Within days of paying it off. The recliner on one end of the sofa broke. Now by this time I had only had the product for 4 months. Since I had paid it off within the first 120 days. I was told it belongs to me now so there is nothing we can do for you. Now think about this. I had been a return customer having spent thousands of dollars in this store. The person I spoke with was rude and hateful. They refused to correct the issue. Now I have a busted sofa that worthless. I can Not use one end of it. I paid them 1500 dollars and it lasted 4 months. I believe this is an injustice. I am fighting back on social media. I have also contacted the BBB and I am waiting for a response from both companies. I am saddened that it has come to this. Rent One left me no recourse. I reached out to them multiple times and spoke to multiple people within the company. If you have read this far. Thank you. I appreciate your time. Rent one is awesome they have great quality stuff for low prices and they saved me from losing 200 dollars more worth of groceries that my slum lord landlord left us without a fridge for over a month go figure but Rent one came through for us.... Thanks Rent One you Rock!!!!!!

Rent One is the only rental store that I want to do business with. The staff has always been excellent and they will do anything in their power to help their customers. They show that they truly care, and for this I will always keep my business with Rent One

Great place to get from sometimes I fall on not enough work hours and Allie helps me out costs late fees of course but she works with us instead of saying pay or items get repossessed and that makes a giant difference to me THANK YOU Allie

This place is a joke. Never go through them

I have been renting from them since September! In the beginning it was well! Since then due to COVID-19 and me being out of work, I have had issue with my bank account so I asked them to take me off of Auto pay! They refused to do so and kept taking the money out of my account! I called and asked them nicely to stop! Ellie and Jody both lied and said that they did not take money out of my account, but it sent me an email saying they did! They then LIED and said I threatened them! They are not all the make out to be I can promise you that! I always made my payments, and it is sad as a single parent that I have almost paid it off, but I have to let it go back due to this experience! I will tell you and anyone! I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENT ONE!

I purchased a washer & dryer set & it was delivered today. My delivery man was Nathan. He was absolutely amazing! Very prompt, professional & helpful! I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you Nathan & Rent One Family, youre doing a great job!

Horrible costumer service and care

Horrible customer service! Horrible manager, they have no idea how to treat people, especially during this hard time. Allie the manager is rude and hateful and acts like she is better then everyone, she didn’t even make them fully aware of what they was picking up, also having one person come out and move furniture! That’s ridiculous, you could break the furniture or mess up someone’s house, or injure the employee!

The staff were very helpful and polite. They answered all my questions.

Rent one is one of the best places for renting furniture and electronics not only do they have a great selection but they have an amazing staff and manager who always go out if their way to be polite and welcoming to anyone who comes into the store and rents or just comes in to take a look around the prices/ payments are low and I wouldnt go anywhere else for my renting needs

Staff is friendly, and not overly pushy. Prices are sort of high after pay off, however lets face it, thats why you go there is because one does not have the money to purchase out right, so the end cost is expected. Quality of merchandise seems to be very good. Along with their selection of merchandise. Things from cellphones and computers, washer & dryer, deep freezer & fridges, to furniture and more

I love my furniture, prices were right. Didnt like it though when one of the guys walked around my house talking on his phone and just looking everywhere. Made me feel uncomfortable like youre here to deliver my stuff and not check out rooms in my house. Weird. But they were nice and everything looked great.

They never had my information correct, the several times I came in to pay or called. Asked multiple times to have insurance taken off and took them weeks to finally do it. But the last straw was when the recliner I was renting broke, and while it was in their possession they kept demanding money. I asked one associate if my payments could not be put on hold since they were still fixing the recliner. They said ok. Continued to harass me. Went as far as to threaten my friends and family that they would get Police involved. For what?? A recliner that you are in possession of? I think not. Took my business else where. Big Lots is cheaper and more professional!!

I have been a customer for years!I really loved the Owensboro store so that is where I focused buying from. I have always had a pleasant experience from this store until a few weekends ago! I felt like I was treated disrespectful and was actually hung up on! I had commented on here with a bad review! Since then a new manager named Bernie has done his absolute best to try to connect with me. Although, we missed each others calls we actually connected today! This gentleman apologized for the other employees attitude and truly did whatever he could to help the situation. I wanted to make sure my bad review was edited with a good review! People make errors and mistakes. It is how you handle it that makes a difference. I am certain Bernie did not know the whole incident with feeling but he sure made me feel like he totally understood! I am happy that everything has been worked out and my account is still in good standing. Bernie is very cordial, understanding, and listened with out excuses, interruption, or attitude! Again, I am a happy customer! Thank you, Bernie!

This place is awesome, I have been with American rent and rent one for over 12 years and I love the customer service they show. they have taken care of me and when I want something that they dont have they find it for me. they go above and beyond for their customers so Im proud to give them my business.

Over all service was very very bad I was charged for something last week and I still havent even been delivered to yet. I was in the store when an employee asked the manager or assistant manager a question and I couldnt the rude tone of voice that huzzy used I encourage to seek Aarons or rent a center for sure.

I got a washer and dryer. Now the dryer isnt working. I have been told 3 different times now and day and time someone will be here.

I rented a ps4 it kept restarting and turning off. I took it back got another one and it still doing the same thing now it’s stuck on the home screen and keeps resetting. I haven’t even got too use it.

So far i have rented a bed now a sectional these people are patient kind and very respectful I will keep doing business with rent one I see a future with rent one till my house is full of new furniture! Great products, bad service. Everytime I had something delivered or picked up they were always late or just simply didn’t show up so I had to call and reschedule. Nobody wants to wait around for people to come and deliver or pick up their furniture for them to not even show up. This has happened 4 times to me in the past three months. Just had them pick up my last peice of furniture and I will not be renting anything from them anymore.

My mom and I are new to Owensboro and needed furniture for our new place and they were very helpful and personable. This experience was good and recommend to family and friends.

I have bought most of my furniture from rent one and every time its close for me to get it paid off its more money owed then what my payout payment. They will tell you one thing then when u go to pay it off its more money.will never shop there again

I have always liked rent one. However lately they havent been the best at customer service had to go to their competition to get a washer and dryer . The one thing I wish all rental places would do is offer you new products instead of used .

My husband and I purchased a Samsung Washer through Rent One in Owensboro, KY. It was fast and friendly service. The two gentlemen that was working that day was very informative and helpful! This place is a damn joke. Let me start by saying i used to work here so i know personally how crappy it is. I was a delivery driver running more than 10-20 deliveries a day and still had time to run a few more. I went in friday about 5:30 to get a tv and asked for it to be delivered on saturday. I called today only to find out my tv aint being delivered til monday cause they have 7 deliveries today and dont have time. Like i said a damn joke.

Always have a great experience at Rent One thats why we keep returning to them. Greatest selection of merchandise and lowest prices plus the best service, thats hard to beat even on their worst day! The Owensboro Store has it on lock!

I LOVE my new laptop and tablet combination. I have always wanted to get one but couldnt afford it . My laptop and tablet combination was brand new and never used.

Well already left one review, I need the district manager to call me again please. Sent my washer for repair 3 months ago, I have called several times to be told they do not have any information and that they will call me back next day ( Mike) that was on the 15th. Account is under Mark Howard.

We have been with Rent One for 4 years now and only one time did we ever have a problem and that was with their delivery guys. They messed up our refrigerator and smashed my husbands hand in the process. However the manager at Rent One made everything right immediately. We have bought so much from them and will continue to use them for all of our needs in the future.
