They did a good job and the customer service man that drove my car in for service was very helpful and nice.

Got there over an hour before they closed and they refused to do an oil change. Rude employee that could care less about doing his job. I will never come here again! With that kind of attitude Im not sure I would trust them to do a simple oil change

Went in for wheel balance and took over an hr even though i was the only one there and for some reason they rolled my window down. Well it went off track and instead of letting me know they tried forcing it and manhandling it. They got it back up but my window was so screwed up i couldnt use it. Told management and they went to look at video then came back and said i rolled it down and when they rolled it up they had no problems. Straight lied to my face then said if i disnt like their answer i could file a police report. Well i fixed it myself today cuz unlike their employees im not brain dead. They had bent up my brand new window regulator so bad. All they had to do was tell me it wasnt working and i would have fixed it myself. They tried to cover it up and lie about it. So im a sue for a new regulator. Terrible customer service

Went today for a oil change. Was told it would take a hour and a half. There was only one other car so I decided I’ll stay. It took them 20Minutes. It actually took longer to check out because they over charged me and I questioned it. Took a bit of time for them to figure out how to fix it. Over all my experience wasn’t bad. Just wish they would be more realistic on time andMaybe pay attention when charging people.

They are very rude. Dont go there. Its awful and they dont care. I just wanted help getting my blinker replaced cause I didnt have any tools with me and I still left with nothing.

I guess their employees arent trained how to use a gift card manually, or even a return for that matter. I had to charge my visa during the holidays when I had a gift card to use instead because the cashier didnt know to peel off the sticker on the back for the rest of the card number and pin. Jesus, three trips later for a simple return re-ring and still no solution because the customer service desk and managers are nowhere to be found / cop out answers. Good luck doing business here!

I shop this walmart often and have gotten a few set of tires mounted here.Last set they didnt know how to properly install my bolt in valve stems so all 4 had a slow leak over a period of several days. Went back in for themto repair and only to find out they tried using some sort of silicone/sealant on the inside valve stem.The people who work at the tire and lube area all seem mad every time you go there, rude and very unprofessional. It seems management doesnt care either so Id definitely stay away from this place or any of your car needs.

Just a simple oil change. Figured I could do my shopping and it would be finished by the time I got done. It was but for some reason the one register that is needed was locked out and they needed a manager. Still waiting for that manager as I type this. 😒

The auto specialist said it would take about an hour for an oil change. I came back after I finished my shopping, and he said its gonna take a little longer. So my daughter and I had a bite to eat at the McDonalds in the store, I figured my cold and frozen food would be ok for a little longer. After my meal I came back, and they said they had to wait for a manager to do a quality control inspection. I waited patiently, but after waiting for 30 more minutes and no managers arrived, I asked them what was going on. They said there was nothing they could do. I wanted to leave, at this point its been over two hours and I have frozen food thawing. The manager finally came after about 45 minutes, unapologetic and rude. Terrible experience.

So I read the reviews and thought people are exaggerating but they really weren’t. Not all the employees are rude which is why this is a 2 star rating not a 1. But Walmart needs to have more people available as a tech instead they usually just have 1 or 2. And usually the one who is there (a youngish guy with a reddish/brown beard) is not very personable & he is definitely not happy to be working. Go to Admiral walmart or Claremore and avoid this one.

Took more than 5 hours to change a tire. They need more technicians. The staff was fine it was the length of the wait.

WOW!!! If your business is resulting in profit or costumer loss. Which it obviously is.Take the time to look at your employees and management or lack of management. You may be just as shocked as your former costumers were when they decided to take their business elsewhere.Worst service ever. The employees act or are uneducated and trained. I had a great time. I walked around the store while they changed my tire. I even went and had a hamburger lunch in the front of the store.

3 hours for 2 new tires. Don’t waste your time

Terrible service, I took my truck to have 4 new tires installed @9am, I was the first one in the tire bay. Seven hours later called to say my truck was ready, also wanted four new tpms sensors installed only to be told that they didnt have any in stock. What kind of tire service dosent have tire sensors in stock? Dont waist your time.

Waited over 2 hours for an oil change and to have the tires rotates. The elderly couple ahead of me waited 3.5 hours to have 2 tires put on. All the while 3 employees stood around while one worked and the shop manager, Brice, passed around doing nothing without a viable spec of grease on him. What a team!.... will not be returning. Id rather pay more elsewhere.

Terrible service.... Waste of time. I recommend going to discount tire!!! They know how to treat customers.

Took every bit of an hour to screw up my oil change on my Yukon Denali which calls for 8 quarts of oil, these incompetent fools put 5qts in it. I ended up taking it to dealership In owasso like I normally do, lesson learned.

Worst experiences ever! Woke up early to go get a simple oil change and when I got there I was the second car in line cause they just open. Took almost 2 hours to get my oil change than after that drove my car home only to find out the guy forgot to put the engine oil cap back on so I had engine oil splatter all over my engine and underneath my hood. Will never go to a walmart to change oil again!

Well, we knew better. My husband used to work in the Wal-Mart tire and lube years ago in another state. He cant tell you how many times they screwed up a simple oil change. I guess they still do and out here too. They didnt put the filter on right and it is leaking oil. Glad we caught it before it blew off and seized his engine. The cars less than two years old and we havent had a single leak till now.UPDATE:When I took my van back in of coarse they wouldnt admit that they messed up. They said it wasnt leaking (the proof was in my driveway) and then the guy had the audacity to look at me weird when he checked the oil level and found that it was still within the range that they put it, claiming well it hasnt lost a lot of oil. That is because I got my butt back there and wasnt going to wait till it ran out of oil or blew off the filter. So they did replace the filter and guess what it stopped leaking. Even if they didnt botch the job my oil filter had a problem and it was leaking. I wasnt trying to scam them using more of my time on a oil change that I just did a couple days before. I was not reimbursed in any form, which I wasnt expecting to be, I just wanted it done right and fixed. He did get me in relatively fast which I was grateful for and that I did expect.

Never use this Walmart auto services. They leave oil all over your vehicle. Inside and out. Steering wheel, interior door handles, hood, exterior door handles, doors and even windows. Even after specificly asking them not to, again. I will never be returning to this location.

I went the other day, they said it would be 2 hours, so I left. I went back this morning and they said that they did not have the tire in stock, understandable. So I went ahead and stayed for an oil change and they didnt even ask for my keys....not a great sign. I left

No one was at the check in booth when I arrived 25 minutes ago. I just got to talk to someone about the pressure in my tire being off twice this week. Just been told it will take them several hours to check my tire. SERIOUSLY wish i had bought my tires anywhere but here.

I work nights so any time I need a oil change or tire I go here, but every time they open they cant service me theres only one employee at open time and the rest arent scheduled for another hour. Then why open at that time

When asking the man at the counter why my ticket was more than I was told was going to be, he said nothing just shoved the ticket at me. He then started a coversation with the customer behind me, who was a man. Bob was very rude after that when ringing my ticket. When I got in my car there was trash from whoever worked on my car. This is short list from the visit.

I went to get an oil change waited 20 minutes past the opening time only to be told no oil changes the associate that does them called in. Only tires can be done. Very frustrating!! Should have more than one person scheduled on a Saturday morning.

I just waited 3Hrs for 2 new tires.There was 1 in the shop and 1 ahead of me.I knew it was going to be a bit.When I asked how long it was going to be before they got to my car,the mechanic talked over me and still didnt give a time frame.Finally,I asked him for a rough estimate and he said I dont know,maybe 45min,Im working as fast as I can.Its only me in the tire bay.I took my car and left.Not to mention how rude the guy on the phone was the day previous when I called.I didnt appreciate being cut off and hung up on.

Do not trust these people with your vehicles. They are a bunch of clueless morons. Horrible, horrible experience and waste of time.
