They do not adhere to appointment times. They are motivated by bad reviews. They were double the price as competitors we called and compared services with. $1,200 for the same service as another local mechanic at $540.They tried to make it right by offering a loaner. I appreciate that, but I’d rather have my car checked the day I make an appointment, a reasonably higher price (not double) and an assistant/manager that cares before I leave a bad review.

This service department is awesome. Staff are friendly, helpful, and they actually listen to customers. Work is done professionally and in a timely manner. They dont meet expectations. They exceed them!I have a Jeep store in my home townI pass plenty of them between home and this store.This one has more than earned my business.

Store and salesman were great! It was a cash deal so you would think the process would be faster and it was not. The truck was a demo with on 350 miles but was not listed as a demo it was listed as new inventory so you would think they would have the inside of the vehicle checked over and clean like all other “new” trucks on the lot. Instead the truck had water bottles chips between and under the seats and the worst part and thank god I did not have my 3 and 6 year old kids with me getting in and looking at the truck because sitting inside on the rear seats was a large hunting knife! I politely said I think one of your workers left this in here! Talk about a liability and lawsuit if someone’s child climbed in and got ahold of it!!! Bottle line was the truck wasn’t clean for it being a new vehicle! Plus I waited almost 1.5 to 2 hours waiting for them to clean and detail the truck after everything was finished up. You would think while we are starting paper work they’d be getting the truck started. Instead it sat out front and didn’t get taking back until I was finished. Then they push you to give all 10 star reviews all while they sit in front of you watching you give the review. This is my honest review of the truck and process because I am not being forced to give positive review I feel! Love the truck and the dealerships look and place.

One local dealership was interested for a couple days and then showed no further interest. Its just for an expensive purchase like this I wasnt going to make a quick decision. Was looking for a Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Was going to wait to purchase but another one popped up in inventory. Liked it but salesman couldn’t find Carfax or maintenance records?!Decided to buy but my salesman (very inexperienced) couldn’t negotiate with me and sales manager would not. Said someone else was looking at car! They didn’t even know it was in their inventory earlier! Anyhow, decided to purchase but paperwork took Forever!Then I had to unfreeze my credit on 2 credit companies so they could verify me. Finally got to take Jeep home and the salesman only gave me a 1/2 tank of gas instead of a full one like everywhere I else I have purchased in the last 10 -15 years. Then I had to schedule a backup camera install but no loaners for 6 weeks! I said I would wait and suddenly they had one, although it was a Chevy Spark and the base model at that! We will see how long the work takes before I get my Jeep back but not the type of customer service I am used to. I would expect better for a dealership who is always touting their customer service in their ads!

I worked with Dillon Roy and Hope who were both a joy to work with. They made the process of selling my car easy. They even helped me out knowing that I would be moving overseas which meant the world to me. I had a lot of interest in my vehicle, but I know I made the right choice in selling it to them as they were really there fore and understood that I am not just a customer, I am a person.

While this dealership may have a good inventory of Jeep’s, the financing and accounting is horrible. We did a lease and trade-in on 8/27. It’s now 2 months later and our trade-in hasn’t been paid off. The finance manager did not know how to do a lease. We had to redo the paperwork 4 times because of errors on his part. Multiple calls and assurances that issues would be taken care of have yet to be resolved. As of 10/22, this is still an open issue. Unless you are paying cash, do not buy a vehicle from Jim Glover.

I don’t normally post reviews but since we had such a great experience I figured I would. My husband and I recently bought a new vehicle from Jim Glover and our salesman, Montgomery, was extremely humble and listened to everything we had to say so that the process was as quick and painless as possible! He went above and beyond to find us exactly what we were looking for (I’m in love with my new Platinum Explorer, by the way!) and never once did we feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. The prices were extremely fair and they also gave us a great deal on our trade-in! The only thing negative I can say is that we asked for the car to be fully detailed and the back to be vacuumed very well as there was still dog hair from the previous owner, and all the detailer did was vacuum… didn’t run it through the car wash or wipe down the inside. But that’s my bad for not noticing until after we had already left. Other than that small thing, I definitely recommend giving Montgomery a visit or call if you are looking to buy a new vehicle. They also still have a huge selection to choose from unlike a few other dealerships we’ve visited recently. Check them out!

I purchased a used truck on 3 July. They made a big deal about the five day trade in guarantee. However, they didnt have the truck ready to pick up until the following Thursday, so the guarantee was useless.Additionally, we were told the battery, which was badly corroded, would be replaced. When we went to pick the truck up, we were told it had been cleaned. This visible terminal had been cleaned, and the one you couldnt see was still badly corroded. We were told that the salesman who told us the battery would be replaced didnt know what he was talking about. After we complained to the original salesman, the manager who was working that day said they would get us a new battery. As of today I still havent heard anything about that, although I did get it in writing.Ive purchased several vehicles from other dealerships in the last decade, and this was the most disappointing experience Ive had. I gave two stars because we like the truck, but if I had it to do again I would have gone elsewhere.

Dont buy from this dealership. I almost bought a Jeep here until they took the one I was buying back and switched the tires to a cheaper set. The tires were never discussed and I had assumed that when I picked a vehicle out, it would come as is. I was floored when I saw the tires being switched out. I do not recommend this dealership.

1st time here. Brought to Dodge for the best service available. Requested service on my Ram 2500, multi point inspection, Brakes and oil change plus paint calipers-ABS light was on. Dropped off 11am Friday. Craig called after multi point inspection said pinion seal was leaking and rotors need replaced had to keep till Sat. Picked it up next day was called told it was ready to go, ABS light still on, only front calipers were painted, grease all over my door handle. Paid over a grand for this service. Not happy at all. Why would you just paint 2 calipers? Why not reset the ABS light? Now I have to come back?! Rodney was here after hours on Sat and had the decency to clean up the grease and apologize. UPDATE: Didnt make it down the highway. Loud grinding noise coming from rear end during deceleration! Taking it right back!!UPDATE: Monday, 6pm Fellow Veteran Thoren picked me up at work w the Glover Shuttle, I picked up my truck, FINALLY no noise! Hooya! Still wish the back calipers were painted tho. I guess asking to have your calipers painted just means the front ones only...They had my truck for 3 days and didnt pay attention to detail. TJ the service manager is more concerned about my review than whats going on in his house. Want to be treated with respect? Want excellent service with attention to detail? Want to be treated like a Veteran should be treated? Well, dont come to Jim Glover Dodge. They will do the job half A$$ then blame you for the mix up. Then fix it after you bring it back. NO TJ, I will not change my post. HONOR COURAGE COMMITMENT!

We left with a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 2 door 4wd which was the exact Jeep we wanted but had not been able to find anywhere else. Took my dads 2012 MX5 in to sale it and they came back with an excellent offer and we accepted it .

I would not recommend taking your car to service. They could only fix my car 1 time (oil change) out of the 5 times that I took a car there to be fixed. I have took 4 different cars to them and twice the car came back to me dirty. The first one had the mechanics protein drink or something spilled in the back of the car. The second came back with oil all over my detailed motor. They cant fix anything and then dont even have the decency to call you and let you know. Very poor customer service.UPDATE: TJ reached out to try and make things right. They had my car for 2 more weeks and still couldnt fix it. The kicker is they charged me another 140 dollars to tell me the same thing. Im not sure if you should anything there unless you have money to throw away.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND JIM GLOVER! I personally do not like doing business with people that flat out lie. I caught the sales person in several lies stating certain items were included in the sale. Turns out they were not and management did not care. They over charged me by $3200. When I called them out they started adding for aftermarket items that were already included in the purchase. Best advise, look up the lawsuits alleging potential fraudulent business practices and the BBB reviews before buying from them. They will tell you anything to sell you the vehicle. I also thought it was funny that the salesman filled out several review forms and asked me to sign off on them. Of course it was all five stars.

I went in and was worried about being pressured into a deal that wouldn’t be best for me. Kyle was excellent, answered all questions we had and was always able to get any information as well!

Would definitely recommend stoping by, started looking for a new vechicle online, filled an online application and less than five minutes got a call from Jim Glover. Met Jacob Smith over the phone he helped out pick the vechicle i wanted and decided to buy it. Arrived at Jim Glover in Tulsa, and found out i was in the wrong location. Jacob took his time and picked me up was embarrassed, but really greatful at the same time. A soon as I arrived Jacob had all paperwork ready and everything went pretty fast. Love my new car and happy with my experience with Jacob and Jim Glover of Owasso.
