Had a small scratch and they were quick, professional!

Extremely disappointed in the professionalism of the shop. All of the people were super friendly and I had actually hoped to give them a great rating. Unfortunately, after receiving my vehicle back from a minor bumper and fender issue, I received a lot of broken parts that had to be taken back. Also, received an unusable vehicle as somehow my vehicle will not any longer hold fluid in the radiator, there was a small leak due to a crack in the water reservoir, however it would hold water. After receiving it, it loses more water than when I sent it in and will not cover their negligence of however it happened. While their body work was great, other than the loss of bolts when they put the fender back on, they have no more clue than a guy with a phone and youtube as far as anything mechanical...they looked in the doghouse of my van for a battery, did not fill up the radiator as they sent the vehicle out the door after replacing the water reservoir tank.
