Based on Selection, Quality of product and help from sales associates - I wont buy my paint from any other supplier.

I ordered my paint online and within an hour I received an email that it was ready. I drove up and a nice sales associate brought the order to my car. Totally easy!!

Every time I shop at the Oswego Sherwin Williams, I get all of my questions answered and get the help I need!

Great customer service and great paint. Oh sure its a few $ more than your box store paints but you get what you pay for! I last painted with Pittsburgh ultra and it took 3 coats to cover. Bought some SW paint for another room this time and covered in 1 coat!!! Did a 2nd coat just for the heck of it and it looks so much better!

Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. If you need help deciding on a painting job, this is the store for you!

Super solid service.

This store location is in good hands now that Kaitlyn is running the show over there. Shes extremely easy to deal with and has a proffesional attitude. Im glad she will be sticking around for a couple years. As we all know the managers tend to move up in ranking with the more experience they gain and then move on to other Sherwin-Williams locations.

Store is well maintained, clean, laid out very well. I have used this particular store for nine years; I will continue purchasing from this location even though two other S-W stores are closer.

I recommend against this location if you are in need of color consultation services. We tried for about a month to get an appointment with a color consultant and got the runaround from Michaela, who made an appointment with me on 8/14 for 9/7 and then after several follow-up attempts (to her cell phone and to the store), she texted me that she was no longer coming, just four days prior to our scheduled appointment. I found Michaela to be quite unprofessional, and the store staff were of no assistance during this process; they did not seem to have a handle on her schedule and did not provide contact information for an alternative consultant. We are disappointed in this poor customer service experience (which does seem to be unusual for this location based on the reviews), and are taking our business elsewhere.
