I bought the atlas 80 volt lawnmower self propelled.. after I got home from the store I fully charged the battery.. and I have a 20 min. Lawn cutting more or less.. when you check the battery level thoughs 4 dots you see.. each dot equals about 20min. for me I got 4 cuts to one battery charge.. and were it moves so easy I didnt have to engage the self propelled mode barely at all.. very happy with the mower. Best price for that size mower.

Great prices on tools! Most staff is not very friendly. Jacob was very helpful and nice. When I used the bathroom one employee told me not to make a mess he just cleaned it.

Inexpensive stuff. People say its junk,but I have Sawzall from there that I got in 2002. Works like brand new.

Had to upgrade to a 5 star. Harbor Freight is what it is. They have a ton of tools for a lot less than youll pay just about anywhere else. Same as anywhere, one has to decide whats worth your dollar or not.The 5 star is for the staff there, specifically Dianne who went completely out of her way to look up items for me. She answered all my questions, wrote down the item numbers and the phone number so Ill know when its available again. Outstanding job. Thank you.

I love this place. Everything is always in sale. The sales associate are very knowledgeable about their products. Even if you buy something thats dirt cheap and it breaks it malfunctions, you can always bring it back. If something is not on sale, their website always has good coupons!

Cheap tools, decent quality

Staff was beyond exceptional. Tool box was dented and got a great discount or offer for replacement without much rigamoroe.

Very poor customer service. Waited in line for for several minutes they finally called a second cashier who acknowledged me and called me over only to let someone round in the door and jump in front of me. I thought I would wait as I could not out sprint the guy. He ended up having a complicated order. I then set down my one item and left never to return.

Best place to get disposable tools. Especially those you may only use a few times. If I end using one enough then I know to get a quality one in the future. Always use the 20% coupon and check for others online.

I called to inquired about tarps and the various thickness (mil) that they had in stock. After a long sigh that indicated that I was bothering her, she started tell me what colors they had which did me no good, nor was what I asked. It was obvious I was not going to get an answer, nor was she going to do her job and look. So I drove 20 minutes to the store and in 20 seconds I saw the heaviest they had was 11 mil which was not heavy enough for my application. After I left the store and called to inform her on her tarp thickness and thanked her for being so lazy in which she abruptly hung up...never again.

If this or any Harbor Freight doesnt have what you looking for, I would be amazed.

Great store and customer service

Purchased a band saw a year ago and opened the case 4 days ago to find the top handle missing. When I went to the store Paula looked up my purchase & another employee said they didnt carry that brand anymore and when I bought it it was a discontinued sale item. The other employee said hold on and went to the back and came up with a handle from a returned saw that had the same handle set up. Gave it to me no charge. Both employees were awesome.

I was fairly disappointed when shopping at this store for a new tool box. Simply because they have all these nice shiny ones sitting on there display floor but nothing in stock. When I asked about a particular box that was still in the box on there display floor I was told by the manager that they could not sell it to me. Then rudely told that if I needed a tool box in such a hurry and couldnt wait a few weeks I should get one from Menards or Lowes. Pretty sad not only to have not such stock on hand but sending customers somewhere else to purchase product

Found all that I was looking for at a good price. Store personal were very helpful is assisting me during my purchases for I am handicapped and in a wheelchair. Merchandise such as power tools have improved in recent years. They offer a pretty good selection of power tools from home owner quality, to contractor quality. Good place to shop if you want to save money.

On the downside the tools are cheap...but on the upside...they are cheap! Honestly, if youre the type of person who needs certain tools once in while they sell stuff that will suffice at a very affordable price. Its hard to screw up a mallet or a hammer right? And they dont l. The staff at the location Ive been at in Oshkosh were helpful every time Ive been there.

Done shopping this retailer. Yes they have great prices but the quality is sub par. Every single item Ive purchased here is in need of repair, replacement of parts or purchasing replacement parts from other retailers to make product the way it should have been initially. Simple item of Emory Cloth which is anything but CLOTH. All it is is sand paper. Table grinders with sub par stones out of balance. Had to go to another retailer to get balanced stones. 14 inch free standing band saw that rubber on wheels that blade rides on cracked completely off. Oh theyll replace entire item for an extra warranty, but still requires 5 hours of your time to assemble. Customer service 800 # is useless, unless you have hours of your precious time to sit on hold all day. Done. Ill pay a little extra and get quality, NOT MADE IN CHINA JUNK!!!!

Great for cheaper tools. Some dont last but some are really great. Got a flooring nailer for $120 instead of renting from another store for $75/day. Have used it on 4 different projects and its still working.

It was a pleasure working there and still is a pleasure shopping there. Chicago electric welders are just fine. Pay no attention to the bad reviews, they are written by those who have no clue how to weld. I own 2 and I am a certified welder payed well to do it.

Was charged full price for transaction at checkout not the discounted price with my % off coupon, they re-ran my credit card for correct amount saying the first one would not be charged. Got my credit card statement and both were charged. Called store and was transferred to what may have been the manager (not that I was told who I was being transferred to) he told me to bring in both slips (only received one) otherwise there was nothing he could do. We live over an hour from the Oshkosh area and I told him this but said there was nothing he could do over the phone. I tried to have them correct their own error but going to dispute with my credit card company. Very poor customer service not to try to remedy this over the phone.

The Supervisor (named Cade?) was extremely rude when he was taking my cash and I told him I forgot the free item coupon from the Sunday paper. TOO BAD! NEED IT TO SCAN!!! I told him I also get Harbor Freight emails. Too bad. Next.I paid for my bungee cords, left, and wont be back!!!
