I have just returned home from a most exquisite experience with Menards associate Dustin. Not only was Dustin able to help us find everything we needed, he did so with kindness, chivalry and compassion. He measured and cut our lumber and carried it into the store for us. He greatly exceeded typical customer service. We will be back next time our senior dog needs further modifications made to the house!

Great products and lower cost than some competition. Each location is laid out differently so you tend to have to know the layout of each store. In addition, there is so much product to choose from that you could easily spend hours looking for what you want and find your shopping cart filled with things for other projects. There is always ample parking, the employees tend to know what theyre talking about and are usually very helpful.To truly save money, know what you are buying before you get in there and shop off of a list. Otherwise, you will find yourself spending a lot more money and on doing a lot more projects then you intended when you first go there for supplies.

No bad comments here. Great staff friendly cashiers. I did have a conversation with a cashier though about hove cute Matt Lafleur is,although Im not gay I must agree with her he is hot!

Extremely deceptive advertising. They advertise 11% OFF. But theres no 11% discount. Its merely a rebate meant to get you back in the store requiring you to buy more. Go to Lowes when they have their 12% savings, which is a true savings of 12%. So if something costs 100 bucks, you pay $88.00, hence an actual discount not a ploy to get you back in the store. I do, however, appreciate and thank them for requiring masks for morons who wont get vaccinated.

Like I said before I dont do my major shopping there any more more. But there sale paper had some thinks I could use..the first thing I went for was the frozen 8 once pack of Crab and Lobster chunks..WELL..guest what no lobster junks.asked for help was told that they didnt come in..was told that this was the first time they used that company..NO sign that the product didnt come in.???..listen guys you dont honor other store prices.. you dont price guarantee..and theres no sorry about the False advertising on products .maybe its time that Winnecone gets another Supermarket

Great store wish we had some in Tennessee all we have is rotten lowes or home depot. Neither 1 is close to the selection at Menard.

Because of their mask fascist ways, Ive decided this is now my last resort for any home improvements. I used to love this place. But own home branded stuff is absolute garbage (PJ works, patriot lighting, etc). They do have good prices on stuff, but I will frequent Fleet farm and lowes first. I now find myself with as little respect for this company as I do Walmart.

Went to MENARDS OSHKOSH WISCONSIN to buy a washer on May 7, 2021 at 4:00 PM. Was promptly attacked by the 20 something young man (whats up with that age/gender, hes the third one) named Ben at the service desk telling me to mask up or get out and if I wanted to shop without a mask then shop on line. Tried to talk to the manager and she said sorry, corporate.....okay, but the young man did not need to be that belligerent. Will be calling the head manager Monday morning. Promptly went over to LOWES and we walked in without masks, were helped by a nice 20 something young man in a wheelchair named Tom and his comment about the masks was America is supposed to be about freedom.........bought a washer.

Tony was wonderful in helping me out. Was charged wrong on flowers that were squashed by the check out staff who put, rug, hoses and fencing materials on top. Usually a great experience but today either staff shortage or not concerned about customer purchases. Disappointed.

Terrible, I avoid the store at all costs, they can keep their rebates and instore credit with returned items. Its the walmart of home improvement stores.

Love shopping here! I especially love that the almost always have their 11% rebate available! If you like combos, come here! They have a few flavors and I love their tortilla chips! Theyre super thin and crispy!

The store seems to always be out of everything except gun safes the employees will run you out of the store if your not wearing a mask even though the mandate had long since expiredIf you order something be careful if you have to return it they will not give you a refund over 90days even if it took the better part of that to get the itemUse caution when ordering on line as the website will automatically default to a different item or quantity if the one you order is not in stock and if your having home delivery expect the boom truck driver to show up at 6am even after telling him not to deliver until the afternoonAlso if menards says 4-6 weeks for delivery check Lowe’s they can get the same stuff in a week or two ? Figure that outLowe’s will also bring stuff to your car no driving around back and having to mask up like a scared puppy to get your stuff

Easily the most hostile shopping experience I have ever had. In spite of my medical mask exemption there was a mask waving employee in every aisle insisting I wear one in spite of the fact that I told the employee 5 feet away of my exemption. After finding the shower I wanted for over $1000.00 dollars I was told I could not check out without a mask! Will forever take my business elsewhere. Rude and obnoxious staff. Discriminatory business practices. Everything a free market society should be cautious of.

If I could give a ZERO I would, extremely rude cashier LISE needs to find a job NOT in customer service. She was rude to the customer ahead of us, appeared to them and us like they were bothering her, then when we got there she was just as rude to us!! We called her out on it and she said I dont have to take this Ill get my manager....WHAT???!!!??? We are the customer, you should try and be nice, friendly to customers!! shouldnt you?? Lise, if you dont like your job get out of Customer Service! Will go to Lowes .

Our family was loyal to manards since they have been in oshkosh before i was even born. With the pandemic they showed no care for those with disabilitiesShame and they will never have our families buisness again for the way they discriminated those in our community that already had struggles.

Recently remodeled. Bigger kitchen displays now. Really showcases the products better. Bigger warehouse for lumber. They always seem to have what we need.

Good selection and prices. Staff were helpful but not near as knowledgeable as Lowes.

Had everything I needed and a good price

Bought a window unit air conditioner. A clerk was restocking near by. He graciously helped us load it into our cart. When we went to put it in our car, a clerk (Ian) stood less then 6 feet away and watched us struggle to load it. So one great clerk and one not so much.

Looking for fridge, not much to see?

3 people I asked for help tried to send me to the flooring dept for a circular saw blade. The blades were in the dept that the 3 worked in. Ignorant.

Terrible experience at this store. Told me not wearing a mask was trespassing. Said I had to shop online. How do you pay with cash if you shop online? Could not even really hear what they were saying as I read lips. Terrible business. They definitely discriminate against people with medical conditions.

I can in looking for baseboard vents and return air covers for one of my rooms being repainted. Had already been to Fleet Farm and Lowes and did not find what I was looking for. Menards, on the other hand, had a larger selection than those two did. I got what I needed.The store itself is always clean, and the covid social distancing measures they are taking are adequate. I did not feel at risk any more than anywhere else.Generally Menards has decent prices, and always seems to have what I need.

One entrance two exist to much walking when lot is full. Enter here exit there park way at end now walk threw a bunch of vehicles? Alot of places have shuttle service maybe you should look into it? Or am I the only one with this problem 🤔

Forcing people to wear a mask when there are exceptions given in the governors mask mandate seems like something a store shouldnt have the power to do. And on top of it you have the great opportunity to buy one from them if you dont have one on hand. There are countries that dont allow basic freedoms. We choose to shop at Menards because of your new rule that everyone must wear a mask inside the store. We were in the store less than 10 minutes, shopped two departments. We counted 4 employees not wearing a mask and two others not wearing it correctly, because their nose wasn’t covered. As a immune compromised person, this greatly disturbed me.Not to mention the horrible customer service we received. We shopped our local store online to ensure the supplies we needed were in stock. Your website listed 17 items in stock. We only needed one. We asked several employees for help and we ended up at the building desk. The two employees at the building desk couldn’t be bothered to check the receiving department saying to us “ they had no idea where receiving puts anything.” They didn’t even to try to look for our items or to help us in anyway. Sadly disappointed!!

Shelves are up to date with plenty of new model appliances and fixtures. But if you want me to be a Karen, their stores need a remodel.

I love being a plumber and helping out people with my knowledge, but its shameful when today I help two of YOUR customers while the three employees huddle around the computer to talk. Ill work for you but you could get rid of three employees for what it would take to get me. But keep some on to straighten shelves because they are always a mess.

Our plans to rebuild our deck with composite decking started with checking out materials at Menards. A huge shout out to Chip for all his knowledge and patience with all our questions.

Special order was totally messed up due to clerk not explaining they did not carry item in store made out special order wrong order was short paid a special order fee now we are short and have to pay another special order fee due to very poor service clerks are always rude will never shop again at these stores due to very poor service.

AVOID MENARDS. Guy named Jay is a face mask cop. I had my mask on but my son didnt because of medical issue. I was in the store shopping for 15 minutes and passed numerous employees and noone said anything to us. He said we need to leave because my son didnt have a mask. So he followed us all around. Never once did he follow social distance rules. He said we need to order on line and pick up outside. He wouldnt even let us check out. No signs on the front door about having to mask up or ordering online if you dont have a mask.JAY needs to be fired.

Very difficult to find things in the store and in the yard. Been going there since the store was built. Had a couple experiences with the yard staff the last few days that were less than ideal. Probably going to shop at Lowes for the foreseeable future.In short, Good prices and selection, bad signage, and generally unhelpful/unknowledgeable staff.

Menards is my Go To place for so many things. Electrical, Paint, Tools, Hardware and limited Groceries. Expanded Pet food Dept with tons of High Quality foods, etc.

Menards has great cabinet making wood trim supply. The best modern cabinet design.

Helpful, friendly people, like Jay at the construction counter, that have great follow through until your needs are met. Cant say more about this store. Im there at least three times a week and always have wonderful service!

I like shopping at Menards but they are requiring people to wear masks to enter the store. If you dont have one you can pay a $1 to buy one. I personally will not be shopping at menards till they do away with the policy. Unless its a N95 mask, masks do nothing.

I came here to buy an air conditioner for my apartment. Brittany (or Britney, I dont remember the spelling) was very helpful, and also reminded me about the 11% rebate too!

I`am a contractor and I always go to Menards for my supplies but recent trips there have been terrible, they moved the order desk all the way to the back of the store and it takes longer but it`s okay except when they get your order wrong and you have to run back into the only set of doors that you can enter through, then you have to go all the way to the back of the store again, then go back up front the cashier to have them fix your receipt, then back outside and drive through the gates to pick it up. Today was really bad I went back to order all my materials and a girl named Stephanie was at the counter she was extremely rude and did not have a clue how to figure out a big order, I was so mad about her attitude that I had to just tell her forget it and leave. I have been shopping at menards since they opened here in town but the Oshkosh store has gone down hill so badly I think I will start going to Lowes instead. Very disappointed.

It was alright they had what we needed. We had to hunt down an employee to help us and the prices were a little high.

Ken refused to do anything about a fan that I bought that was defective. I spent more than the fan is worth in labor and now I have to do it again without being compensated even a few dollars. Ken is the store manager and he refused to do anything!
