I really like this store. Lots of good selection. The blonde manager in the paint area is very knowledgeable about nearly all things finishing. The hardware department is less knowledgeable, but their selection is great even if they dont know they have it! Good prices and easy returns too.

My favorite place to shop for clothes that are made to last, especially for people who work hard.

Running an add 5 days early to mislead ppl into coming to the store to be disappointed is not good customer service. At least the cashier was pleasantly disinterested.

I loveFleet Farm they usually have what I need. From cars to clothes to hunting and fishing. All of this at a fair price. I really like there hardware department were I can find stuff I can’t at other stores.

Soup to nuts! Fishing, Farming, maintenance, clothes, food . . . If they dont have it, youll never need it. I never get a cart when I walk in, because I dont need anything, but I always leave after having to use a cart. Great Prices!

Its not that I dislike fleet farm its just seems like no ones there to help you with some of the kids there known what theyre doing but there seems to be no leadership the few times Ive been there lately. The gas station is a trip I think they could use a few more pumps its a dog eat dog world trying to fill up there sometimes but the attendants are quite pleasent.

I was looking for a particular item, I asked where it was, and was told by 2 young workers where they thought it might be. Did not offer to show me. And the items in the department were pretty much sold out.

They have a bunch of stuff. It would be hard to to find what you need there. The problem is finding it. Jars, candy, weed eaters all in the same isle. Walked around forever trying to find mix fuel. Couldnt find anyone to point me in a direction. Check out was slow.

The store itself is phenomenal. The selection and variety can’t be beat. Our one problem though is that even before the pandemic when staffing didn’t seem to be an issue they always only have one register open on each side. These registers always have a line at least 2-3 sales deep if not more. Many times we skip this stop if we don’t want to spend a lot of time there. They’d get a lot more of our business if they’d schedule a few more cashiers. Appleton seems to handle this a little better and we always stop in there when we are near that location.

We were very much impressed with one of the staff in the automotive service department. Her name is, Molly. She helped us with our blown tire dilemma when the department was about to close. We were traveling and trailering a boat from Indiana and she was understanding of the situation.This Fleet Farm Store has a great staff . Thanks for your excellent help, Molly !!

Disappointed in Fleet Farms sale posters above product NOCO Genius Smart Charger $10.00 off price sign, sign didnt say off selected units.When I checked out the unit was not one that included the cash off. Guess I should have returned the unit and bought something else, I will be more watchful at Fleet Farm going forward.

Excellent store with alot of product options and good pricing. Theyre short on ammunition right now, but that appears to be a nation wide thing.

Employees had good customer service on my visit, but sometimes the high shelving makes it hard to view the whole of the store to see where departments are. I had to walk around a lot to guage where I need to go. Feel like store could use more natural lighting.

Smaller store but they have a decent selection of goods. Lower stock and completely empty shelves the day i was there. However, during my visit they were stocking shelves all over the store. Most employees Ive ever seen stocking shelves like that during regular hours.

Stopped for bird seed but everything was very empty. This happens too often. Not sure if it is actually out or if they just havent restocked? I was able to find other items I was looking for and the cashier was very nice and welcoming even though she was busy.

Not from this area, but fleet farms is one of our go toplaces when in Oshkosh annually. They have a variety of things at competitive prices. We try to get as many food staples (especially nut/trail mixes) for our trip.

Great never been one until today, it sure had alot of great stuff . I think are Bill came to like $75.00 .

I have never had a bad experience at this Fleet Farm. The employees are always helpful and friendly. If you are having a difficult time finding something just ask and they will show you where it is.

One of my favorite places away from home. For what its worth, in another lifetime, I managed a retail competitor.But... I always know what I can expect...And... Priced competitively, I can always get what I need.... at the Oshkosh store, transferred or shipped from another store, or FF online.If youre a fellow Redneck, and like the notion of buying your tires, work clothes and boots, great snacks (Southwest mix and Dates), firearms and ammunition, yard supplies... and fill up on fuel; All at One place.... This store has went down drastically in the last 2 years. Over and over you call them and they check availability to find out they dont have it in stock. You go there and there it is on the shelf right where its supposed to be. Last experience was trying to find a product. The tell me they have them in stock but cant find them. 1 check out open. Multiple people sweeping floors. How about instead stock the shelfs!

On business travel, had to stop for sundry items and fuel, Looks like older store that corporate could give face lift to. RRs, fuel depot areas clean. Could tell like other stores short on staff

Staff has always been helpful and friendly however, shelves are damn near barren and things I need are never in stock anymore.

Still okay place for a lot of things but they do not keep nearly the inventory they used to when they were family owned.

I always go to Fleet Farm with a list....I always go home empty handed lately. Not much on the shelves.

Love this store! Though we dont go ro Oshkosh often this store is clean, well organized and staff seemed friendly.

The inventory is sold by vendors who supply on consignment who credit this business with the inventory. I often find the inventory to be inconsistent and unreliable. The popular items are often not available in the brick and Mortar locations. FOR INSTANCE GEORGIA PACIFIC BUILDING MATERIALS, OR the Size coveralls and shoes I wear, since I am average height and weight. I feel bad for the Managers and employees who are often belittled and treated rudely by angry patrons wo dont understand the accounting and inventory procedure used by the corporate board of directors and the CEO. Unfortunately the loss prevention agents are poorly trained and often target the wrong individuals, for instance honest working men who wear clothing that they work in and may fall victim to stereotype. One thing they dont understand is Dairy Farmers and Mechanics who own their own operations are actually millionaires who always pay and are never thieves.

I made a special trip to get a calendar for my son who is in the military that loves only their calendars and they would only give me 1 instead of 2 the service desk said to walk back outside side an come back in pretend they didnt notice me an give me the second this is the second year they did that to me not going their no more for my sons calendar he waits all year for there calendar. I can if you asked for 5 but 2 an he serves for our country.

3 stars because their online order fulfillment is slow. If you order you will have to wait 12-24 hours for them to pull the items. In other store locations the same order takes a couple hours at the most. They screwed up one order and I had to drive back to exchange for the right product, which is a 50 mile round trip for me.

I placed an online order on November 30, my order was canceled, because Im assuming out of stock issue. I would have gotten a good deal, because of cyber Monday deals going on. I was disappointed. Long story short, the manager of the Oshkosh store (Kyla, not sure if I spelled it right) did a price match on a similar item which I accepted, and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Better fleet farm than appleton for sure

I want you guys to succeed, but you need to evolve in order to do so. Store is moderately disorganized, and more focus should be put towards customer service/online orders and pickup desk. Its like a slow dagger seeing brick and mortar perish right before your eyes. Super helpful employees though I might add, in all fairness.

Always one of my favorite stores but not today. Completely unorganized. No one seems to know what is going on. They couldnt find my order because the didnt even bother to check if it was ready. When it was determined the order was there they couldnt find it. So much for ordering online to save time . What a show

This store, and brand, has truly crumbled. I have shopped here for more than 25 years. Over the last 5 years I have been increasingly disappointed by the experience culminating in todays visit.It used to be that you could shop here and find helpful, knowledgeable employees. There was a good selection of outdoor gear thru a variety of price points.Now, what little this store has in stock for outdoor gear is cheap and overpriced. Most of their fishing and camping gear is out of stock. Better not look for basics like treble hooks, slip bobbers, or split-shot. Hunter? Dont bother to look for any gun or ammo.If you want junk food, Under Armour, or Carhartt this is your place. Its no longer mine.

Mask rule not enforced. Less than half of the people were wearing them. I called. They said if someone comes in without mask, they offer them one. Lol. No they dont. Way to look out for your employees and customers fleet farm.

Didnt have everything I wanted. A little disappointed. Christmas decor sells out so fast. Shouldnt put it out so early. Couldnt get everything on my list.
