I have worked in the automotive repair service business since 1993. I have worked with some great people and some shady characters in all of those years. It took less than a minute for me to recognize that I was in good hands at this shop. I’m on vacation over 1000 miles from home. I had a complicated tire issue and Boulevard Tire made the replacement easy and hassle free.Ed at the front counter handled business exactly the way it should be handled. He cares about his customers and his tenure as a service advisor really shows. Jeff, the service technician, took my van into the garage and went straight to business. He changed my tire, performed my requested Lube, oil, and filter change, and returned my van to me personally. The folks at Boulevard Tire deliver an experience reminiscent of years past in the terms of customer service. Boulevard Tire Ormond Beach is highly recommended!!

Honestly the most honest shop I have ever been to. Never try to sell you on services not needed. Friendly staff. My go to shop for all auto. This is not just a tire shop. They do everything but transmission.

I was leaving the Daytona Beach,FL area on 7/18/2020 and around 7:15 I ran over something in the road in Ormond Beach which punctured the tire on my car. I changed the flat tire and put the “doughnut” spare on but I didn’t want to drive over 300 miles home on the spare so I just happen to pull into this tire shop and they were able to repair the within 15 minutes and even put the regular tire back on the car. They also checked the air in all of the other tires before I left the shop. I asked how much I owe and the guy which I believe was the owner told me nothing, but I gave him $25.00 because it was well worth it to me. If I lived in Ormond Beach, FL this would be my go to tire shop. In this day and time you just don’t get this kind of customer service.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. I woke up for a road trip only to find a nail in my tire. Stopped by 3 different tire locations before stopping here and none of them would ever try to squeeze my repair in. They looked at my tire and backed it in for a quick 20 minute fix and sent me on my way. I’ll be back whenever I’m in the area and need assistance!

Brought my 1942 Ford Jeep to Ed and Clayton for brake and electrical items that had me stumped. This is a class act business. The entire staff is friendly, well trained and above all conduct professional and quality work. The place is like Grand Central station yet is fully accommodating and well organized. A rare find in FL. I actually look forward to bringing my other vehicles there. Money well spent.

Low tire pressure came on my Subaru Outback dashboard as the temperatures went down..Went to WAWA and both air pumps broken.Lost air pressure in all the tires as I checked them with my tire guage after using the WAWA machines.Was going to Pep Boys but remembered this place.Walked in told the gentleman at the counter my problem and he said pull up to the garage door and a man did all 4 tires and I gave him lunch money.Will only buy my tires for my 2 SUVs from this place.

Our tire blew out on 95 & AAA put our donut on. We drove to the next exit, Bushnell, & to Boulevard Tire. They were very nice, but didnt have our size tire, called their Ormond Beach location to see if they did & sent us there. The Ormond Beach location was awesome. Told us about 20 minutes & it was. The gentleman who waited on us, Tim, I think his name was, made us feel right at home & turned our nightmare into a great rest of our day!

This place is the best. I came in to get my air pressure checked and had no appointment. Upon inspecting my tires they suggested I replace two of them. They got me in and out under 30 minutes. The manager was so friendly. This is my second time here and I’ll never go anywhere else for tires!

While on vacation they probably saved my familys lives by helping us replace a tire on our rental. The tires were dangerously low on tread. They did things to go above and beyond normal service (things they did not have to do) for our family while we were on vacation. They treated us like family and I would never go anywhere else for tires if you are even close to Ormond Beach. This place has heart. I wish they were close to where we lived. Id never go anywhere else.

These guys are great! I started coming here on a national fleet program for my company car years ago. After I changed jobs, I continued to take my personal vehicles here and the guys are excellent. They know me, know my car and always accommodate my crazy schedule. Ed, Rich, Chuck and the rest of the crew work well together and have a good time which keeps then smiling and singing in the shop.

This is the absolute best mechanic in Ormond Beach. Rich and Ed are wonderful. Truly honest people that are never trying to pull the wool over your eyes or charge you unnecessarily. Their team works very quickly to perform your service without an unnecessary wait. They also will go the extra mile to make sure you understand your repairs, and wont charge you for every little thing under the sun. I wont bring my car anywhere else and recommend these guys to everyone I know.

I received excellent service with a very quick turn time on 4 tires, oil change and wiper blades. I was in and out and witnessed the staff interacting very professionally with other customers.. With a smile. Had to add that as unfortunately its not always easy to find.Mike helped me and made me feel right at home. I will be back!

Good customer service, very slow shop service, one hour 50 minutes to install two front tires. Looking in the shop the techs were standing around talking to each other while my car was on the lift. I asked owner to have the tech to check rear tire pressure, he didnt until i asked him to. Balanced new tires with the stickers on then once bolted on car and on the floor, then he adjusted new tire pressure.All i can say is...pack a lunch, youll be there awhile ...

The guys were very helpful and very nice. My tire pressure light came on after I left, I thought it was low oil and I had just gotten an oil change, so I went back. They were very nice about it, explained what the light actually was, put the car back in the air, checked the oil filter and levels then checked the tire pressure. They did all this the day before hurricane matthew was supposed to arrive and ten minutes before they were to close because of the hurricane. They were super nice and did a great job on my oil change, new tires, and brakes and rotors. I do need to go back and get the tires balanced though.

Brought our motor home in because one of the tires had a leaking valve and all the tire pressures were low. Unfortunately I dont know our technicians name, but I want to thank him for great service. He ended up having to replace two of the valves, brought all tires up to correct pressure and even checked the tires on our tow vehicle and my wifes bicycle. He also imparted useful information, things I hadnt know about tire pressure, maintenance and the automobile tire pressure system in our Honda. Thanks again, you probably saved us from a roadside disaster.

Had a blow out near their parking lot and was told I had to use their services or move my truck and trailer, nice... Not. FYI-they dont carry my type of tire and I had a spare.

Had an appointment for my day off booked 5 days ahead of time and showed up at the moment they opened in the morning for my appointment. Show up and they tell me they cant get me in and tried to have me wait 2 hours and add on work before even looking at my vehicle (new brake pads is all I was supposed to have done). Place is a joke and run by unfriendly morons who treat people like they know nothing.
