On our way to the Keys from Savannah and had an emergency tire issue on our boat trailer. We were instantly greeted when we pulled in by a young gentleman who took our information. Within minutes a salesman came over to get all the details. It was a Saturday and very busy; however, they took excellent care of us. Two additional guys came over and went to work on getting us a new tire. They went above and beyond even making sure all the other tires were torqued and didn’t have any issues. We were in and out within about 45 min to an hour. Our group couldn’t get over the professional and caring staff. We are forever grateful and would use them again in a heartbeat. Great place to buy tires. Good staff. Free air checks. Large comfortable waiting room and some outdoor seating. Make an appointment, drop off your car then walk to one of the many closeby restaurants for lunch. They will message you when your car is ready.

Refused to air up a perfectly good spare because of policy. I drove in on it and his joke was, “looks like you’ve got TWO flats. Proceeded to drive across the street to Tire King where my vehicle was aired up and tire was replaced.A bad policy is one that makes someone go out of their way to fix something they’re told a professional can’t or won’t.My kids first job was busting tires at Discount. A good friend of mine is a manager at one. I’ve told people about the help I’ve received from them for years. Discount/American has replaced well over 20-25 sets of my tires since 1995. This is the last one. What if my wife, or daughter rolled up. Would they have been told it’s too low to fill up a spare? Just go get it aired somewhere else?Crazy..

Wonderful service as always. I got there pretty late unfortunately, so I was ready to drop off the damaged tire and go back the next day to get it. The guys actually took my car in and got it done. One headache less thanks to their team!!

100% customer driven operation! I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with them for 20 years and 4 vehicles. This shop is here to professionally serve the communities tire needs. They not only sell tire at a competitive price but also offer world class honest advise. Lifetime rotation is a bonus. Over the years the service has come with a smile and within their time estimate. In and out within an 30 min with an appointment is the norm. The waiting room is clean, airy, and has a beautiful water front nature setting view. Located right off the highway which has to be a plus for the many visitors traveling up and down I-95. There’s also multiple dining options within walking distance including one where you can sit at the pub and see your vehicle enter or exit the work area.

Super friendly, professional and efficient. Made the impossible happen and I was able to get to my brother’s surprise birthday on time. The staff changed my BMW’s flat tire within 10 minutes. I went today because I apparently ran over something and my tire deflated completely within about 2 minutes so with the spare on I went to Discount Tire and they found the problem, plugged it and secured the spare back up under my truck in about 30 minutes. Richie was the technician that handled my truck and was so professional and nice. He showed me what caused the problem and was just so awesome to deal with! When I went to pay, they said there was no charge! Amazing service and no charge to me! I will always buy my tires from Discount Tire always!

Pricing was not as advertised. Was not advised until after the fact that the TPMS was $60 each. When other tire places only charge $49 for 2. So it was an extra $120 more than expected. The staff is very nice and friendly but $120 EXTRA is not ok!! I cannot recommend this place due to the added charges well over fair market value.

The prices and work done is always exceptional.I have purchased 3 brand new sets of tires from discounr during the last few years, but on my 4th return, I was greeted by Mike.Initial greet was simply what is your name Not how are you, or welcome, just what is your name Refusing to give him my name considering he does not need that information at this point in conversation, I ask him ...who do I need to speak to to find out the availability of these tires I would like to purchase. Since you cant make an appointment to have tires installed that are not in stock. I was then asked if i signed in with greeter? I replied no i walked in and waited in line to speak to a sales person... i was then told that the greeter outside is letting too many people in the store...referring to me as being too many people then mikes continues with the greeters name... and said he must not be doing his job then asks my name again, telling me there is 3 customers in front of me...while There are 5 customers in the store with nobody being helped Only thing that was missing here was the popcorn and peanuts. All my kad to do is simply ask me how he could help me and this situation would have been much easier. I will probly be taking my business elsewhere has this experience made me rethink my loyalty To discount tire.

They even put tire shine on them so they looked pretty! Pressed for time and caught in a bind, I pulled into Discount Tire in Ormond Beach, Williamson Blvd., with a flat tire.They offered to put on my spare tire since I was close to home, asked for my business, and had me back on the road within moments.I need 4 new tires, and I will be checking in with Pat & Garrett later this week.It’s the simple things that matter, and while they were protecting me and themselves by wearing masks, I felt like they were smiling through the whole process.Acts of kindness - can’t get enough of that these days.Discount Tire has my vote on this Election Day! Great customer service from Mike. The were slammed and still got me squeezed in. They have guys out in the lot directing traffic and making sure you get acknowledged right away.

Even though they were ready to close for the night, they fixed my tire after I had run over a screw. You could hear the air escaping. They were very friendly and full of energy. Great tire place!

Wow! Discount Tire saved me today, for sure:) I had a nail in my tire and apparently, my car has very odd size tires that most other shops either do not have in stock, or wanted $150.00 for. After not sleeping for another night, trying to get my tire replaced, phone call after phone call, I found Discount Tire on Google Maps and gave them a call. They not only had my tire in stock, but the out-the-door cost was only $100.00 for the full-job. They scheduled me an appointment to be there within the hour and estimated it to only take an hour. After a very relaxing wait in their clean lobby, another one of their friendly team members brought my keys to me after maybe a 30 minute wait, totally impressed:) They not only replaced my tire, they topped off the rest of them and polished all 4 tires up for me:) When I left, the car drove so nicely and after having so many problems with other tire shops, I felt like I could finally breath. I will be exclusively getting my tires repaired here, no other shops for me...this one is everything I need:) Thank you so much for being the wonderful place you are and taking care of me. I was tired of waiting for Walmart to have time to put tires on my car. They dont do appointments & their wait times are always 2 to 3 plus hours. So I went to Discount Tires. So glad I did. Discount Tire was less money for a better tire. They took me in on an appointment that was in 30 minutes from the time I called. They were very busy but still had 2 new tires on my car in 30 minutes top. They are so polite. They look so professional & sharp in their work attire. (no pun there.😄) Rolling on...Excellent service as well. They blow Walmart right out of the water!! I totally recommend Discount Tires for your next set of wheels. Oh and their warranty for each tire is only $7.each. Its a better warranty than Walmarts also. Walmarts is $10.each tire. And everyone knows the kind of service you get at Walmart. Theyre famous for it.

High priced. I had a tire with the steel belt showing on the edge. Staff member told me the tire was fine but had some road wear.

Fast and friendly even without an appointment. Had an emergency need of a new tire on the way home to SC and they fit me in very quickly. No indoor waiting, must wait outside or in your vehicle so prepare for heat. Their tire insurance is a little more expensive than my regular store, but still worth it.

The best tire store to shop. I have been with them well over 10 years and recommend them to friends and family. My first dealing was for a tire repair that I didnt even buy there. They repaired it at no charge. From that point on, I shop 1 store, Discount Tire. They beat most all prices. Have their own credit card that offers discounts plus on alot of buys 6 months same as cash. No interest. They will check your air for free at a drive up area and quick check your tires. No high pressure selling. You tell them what you want, and they will try to complete your need. Next time in need of tires. Check there first

Many other places told us that it couldn’t be done and you can’t find tires at that size for these rims but Curtis did! Discount Tire on Williamson is definitely the place for your tire needs! Went there today for a slow leak and everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. Then when I went to pick it up, I was shown how they had to replace the valve assembly and that there was no charge. This is how businesses used to be run and its nice to see it today. After years of using this business they continue to shine. Please dont hesitate to use this business - they are amazing!

The most knowledgeable and honest staff in town. I had 5 defective tires that separated over a period of a year. After replacing all these tires at almost no charge, the new tires also started separating. Discount offered to install a complete new set of a different model at absolutely no charge. Very satisfied with their service and for taking a huge loss for a problem that was not their fault
