I ended up with a leak in my tire on the way to St. Augustine, and knew I needed it fixed sooner rather than later. Thankfully, Tire Kingdom was able to take me right away! They estimated that it would take about hours, but they were done closer to a little over an hour! Very friendly staff, and super clean and nice waiting area! Great experience!

This store was awesome. We were traveling a long way with an rv trailer and our back tire valve stem was leaking. Caused the whole truck/trailer to swing uncontrollably. They were the only ones open for miles and when we pulled up an associate served us quickly. Great service.

This store is the worst one I have used in this area. They always have a problem and cant do what they offer. They cant do the service you make an appointment for. They cant get to you for a couple hours after your appointment time. The lift just broke last night so we cant do your services fully. Wasted my time once again giving them a chance. Wont happen again. I will go to some place that can give good service.

After having a problem with a tire on our road trip through Ocala, the team here were phenomenal in their customer service to me. Worst tire store Ive delt with in my life! I bought from them only because boulevard tire was to busy and I needed tires that day. This store is so sorry and lacks any kind of professionalism that Id rather pay boulevard to do tire kingdoms warranty work! Ill leave it at that

Well.... When I talked to the sales representative and told him my story ( bottom line, a blade was stuck in the inside of the tire, in the center ribs of the tire. I took the blade out and found this store in my area) regarding my tire situation he wanted to sell me a tire. Wait time was supposedly and hour and couldnt take the time to check it.I went to my local tire store (Which is a Tire Plus) and they took the time to check it and wouldnt you know it.... It cost me 21.21!Im giving it a two star rating because the sales person at least have me the option to fill my tire up so I could go with a fully aired tire... From Daytona to Lake Mary!...It is what it is...

I called this place before I went down because I wanted to make sure there wasnt a really long wait. I was told that they were not busy and there was no wait so come on in. I was there within 15 minutes and a different guy said I dont know why you were told that theres at least an hour and a half wait. he then asked if I wanted to make an appointment but of course at this point I was irritated because I drove over there being told that there was time. So dont believe them, there are better places and you wont get charged as much.

Went to Tire Kingdom last Thurs. for a scheduled tire rotation, balance and oil change. Bought my tires from them last Aug. and paid for the package that provides free balance and rotations. On Sat., my low tire pressure indicator came on. Called Monday morning driving out of my way after work to have this checked out. Tech told me my tires had been overinflated to 37 lbs. and this can trigger the indicator. Reduced pressures in all tires to 32 and said after driving for a while my indiactor light would turn off. It didnt. Called the next day speaking to Brandon who said he would not be in when I arrived after work and told me to ask for Service Manager, Joe. Got there after work and Joe told me that what the tech told me the previous day was incorrect. He manually reset my indicator. 25 minutes when I pulled into my driveway, the low tire pressure indicator came on. I called Joe and he asked me to come in - now for the 4th time saying he would take a look at it and it may be a Honda Dealer thing. If this is a Honda Dealer thing-why did I ever waste my time going to Tire Kingdom? No-Im not returning! Im up at 3:30a each day for work and home by 4:30p if lucky. I just moved and made time for 3 visits. Returning for a 4th? Dont think so.

Very good service. Friendly, helpful Very good price on Michelin tires, and we are fans of Michelin. We like the quality and we like the longevity. Tire Kingdom has impressed us. Within the past six months, we have purchased two complete sets of Michelins from Tire Kingdom, Defender series, and have been more than pleased. One set replaced Michelins that had 75,000 miles on them and were safe with adequate tread, but we were planning a long trip.

Im very thankful they were there when I needed them. My car just started overheating suddenly yesterday and we had to pull over and inspect the car. Tire Kingdom was right down the street and still open on a Sunday. I called and told them my situation and also that I had no money to pay for services. The gentleman on the phone said just to bring it in for them to diagnose. At first when I got there the manager told me there would be a minimum $30 charge but after I told him the associate didnt say that on the phone he waived it for me. There was a bit of an awkward moment where the associate then misplaced my keys but that was quickly rectified. I was given a quick estimate in which I was told I had a crack in my radiator and would need it replaced. They wanted more than $800 for that, and although I had intended (and said) that I would bring it back for the repair, I cant justify paying that much when I know a local shop can probably do better. Thankfully a bottle of Stop Leak is doing the trick for now. But I am still glad they were open, got me in quickly, and honored the waiver of any charge for services.

I rarely give reviews, but I felt compelled to do so here! I don’t live in this area and something started dragging from my car. They had my car in the back with 3 guys on it within minutes. I bought my tires from another Tire Kingdom and boy have all of them treated me well. I highly recommend this location. Get your tires here, folks! :)

Went in with low tire, found nail, pulled and pressure tested (watertank). No leaks, they broke down tire, checked and retried pressure test (watertank) no leaks. Installed back on car. I would say theyre very honest, No Charge and said if leaked bring back and would fix at no charge! Very Pleased! Very busy still got us in and out in approx. 50min.

Labor was ridiculously expensive but was the only place i could get into on a Saturday for an important issue. Very disappointed.

The worst! Been going there for 5 years. I made an appt on line and when I show up they tell me I cant have my oil changed that the online system should not have made an appt. I wrote an email to the manager and he called me when I was unavailable and when I returned his call he was too busy to speak to me and never returned my call. How DISAPPOINTING, they care so little about a loyal customer and treated my so badly and cant even apologize. They are the worst!

Had 2 nails in my back right tire! I pulled in to the business just as they were opening and they took me right in pull the nails patch the tire and had me gone in 30 minutes. The managers were great the guy working on my tire was wonderful and I walked away happy camper. The big thing it was no cost to fixing and pulling the nails out of the tire. First and last time ever going to a tire Kingdom.Never actually got any services done, because they apparently work what hours they want, and not the hours listed.I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change set at 7:00 a.m.Got there 10 minutes early, because you never know, they might be fully scheduled at 7:00 a.m. .When I arrived, there were no cars in the parking lot, or the side employee parking lot. Didnt think too much of it, because I was there early.At 7:10, which was 10 minutes after theyre supposed to open, there was still nobody there.Lights are off, doors are shut, I called the number just to double check myself, no answer of course.Triple check the time they were supposed to open, it does in fact say 7:00 a.m. for this location.I waited until 7:20, at which point I left.doors were still shut and locked, lights were still off, and nobody else had pulled in since Ive been there.Im sure someone will say I was probably Im at the wrong location, or something of that nature. In that case you can check out the timestamp photos that Im posting with this, which clearly shows Im at the right location, at the times Im saying.

Unknown to me they did NOT put the plastic cover that goes under the car back on all the way. So I drive off and get on the interstate and it starts to sound like my wheels are falling off. So I am forced to pull off on the side of the freeway to realize their mistake. Will never come back here again!!!

These people know what they are doing not just with tires

Had rear brakes done and an oil leak fixed. The brand new breaks squeak. Got an explanation that it was due to the cold weather. However 3 months prior I had the front brakes done at another business no squeaking ever cold weather or not. I paid over $400.00 to have squeaky brakes. Seriously unhappy. I need, supposedly, new rear tires. Not a chance I will return to this establishment to do more bad work on my car.

Wrote my glowing review too soon. So I dropped $1300 to fix a number of issues on my car after asking them to do a thorough inspection. The staff seemed wonderful and I was just grateful that I could finally get some issues fixed with my car. 9 hours later, I got my car back. Seemed great until less than a week later when it overheated and died in the middle of trying to pull over - it had never done that before. I called and Tire Kingdom and asked for the store manager, was given the service manager instead, who told me I WOULD NEED TO PAY FOR MY TOW AND POSSIBLY THE REPAIR after I spent $1300 less than a week prior, when no one else had touched my car. He put the store manager on the phone after I asked for the corporate number, who also said I would need to pay for the tow. All I wanted is for them to have a helpful attitude after I had just spent so much money there, and they werent seeming to comprehend that until I called corporate twice. I had gotten my car running myself and was offered a free tow as I was driving to the shop. They couldnt find anything wrong, but then a week later I was still leaking oil (a problem they were supposed to fix) and my engine light came back on, so I went to another Tire Kingdom and they at least had the decency to let me know that my oil leak is going to be more expensive to fix than my car is worth. Wouldve been WONDERFUL to know that BEFORE I spent $1300 fixing a car I just had to replace. So now I have a new car payment and that $1300 to pay back for a car I dont even have anymore.

Had a great experience here and would recommend 100%. I was driving from out of state Saturday night to take a cruise out of Port Canaveral on Sunday. The low oil light kept coming on during the drive; we would add oil, then would come on again after a little driving, so we knew we had some kind of leak. We got into town late Saturday, and as the dealer was closed on Sunday, we found this Tire Kingdom was open first thing Sunday. We got there right at nine and explained that the car had just had an oil change before we left home, and something is now leaking. They pulled the car right in the shop and found the oil filter and gasket hadn’t been properly seated when the oil change was done, and was leaking oil from there. Since it was a relatively new BMW, they didn’t have the oil filter or gasket available that day to fix. However, we were able to order one and have it delivered to the store while we were on the cruise, and were able to bring the car back the morning the cruise came in and they fixed it right away and had us back on the road. We worked with Brandon Bosclair, the manager there, and he was great. Very understanding of our issue and helped us immensely. You don’t find places like this often, and we are very grateful for their help.

Used my coupon from back of Winn Dixie receipt for oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to look for other stuff wrong. They topped off my other fluids. Gave me the list of things to fix now and what could wait as I was driving to SC tomorrow. Love the extra attention. Great lounge area with TV and coffee to wait. Easy access for all with handicap parking in front.

Hurricane is comin, they were open, so I got 4 new tires and a brake job. Everyone from the sales people to the mechanics were friendly and helpful on explaining all the work they did. 110% satisfied.

I have had a couple of experiences with different vehicles, and Tire Kingdom. Both times with flat tires, both fixed or replaced at no cost, the warranty is 100% worth it. I also take the car in periodically to get the pressure checked, the technicians are always helpful, and happy to perform the service. You have a life time customer here.

Came in for a simple oil change and patch 2 of my tires. I wanted my tires rotated, so they put it on the scope of work. Im now in the market for 2 new tires because they were not rotated. I now have two dangerous bald tires on the front of my car thanks to tire kingdom. Lost my business and anybody who asks for my opinion will here this story

I gave this store a 3-star rating before but I am now upgrading it to a 5. Im fair so I thought I would give them a fair chance to address my ongoing problem. They now have a new manager and he was able to get my problem addressed and fixed to my satisfaction. He should be given all the support he needs from upper management to continue the good service at this store.

Will NEVER get our service again! Horrible experience. Went once before to get new tires. They ordered the WRONG tires and when we told them they argued and said those were the right tires (they werent), put the old ones back on and didnt even balance them out!!!! We drove all the way home with unbalanced tires! And went there today to get new rims put on and they couldnt do it because they didnt have enough air pressure, so they put the old rims back on and broke the center cap of the rim and scratched it. Now it looks like crap. We wont be returning! I wouldnt recommend coming here! Try rent-a-wheel. Went there after and they fixed it and for cheaper and they were great.

I have visited this facility several times now and am so impressed with their costumer service. Quick oil change. My low air tire light came on and they took care of that as well free of charge. Very impressed with this branch.

They took my car in for an emergency situation and got me in and out quickly. They explained what they would do and step by step came out and told me where in the process my car was. They were totally inexpensive and staff was awesome. I totally recommend this place to anyone!

The staff was very personable and knowledgable. They worked on my wifes car on Sunday(brakes and oil change) and was very pleased with the service. I came back with my car on Tuesday and had an oil change. The mechanics were great to talk to and work with. Their prices are very competitive. I will definitely be back for future services.

A large metal rod flew out from a truck on I-95 and I could not avoid hitting it. Consequently, my left front tire blew from the impact. I called AAA for a tow, and despite this location not being affiliated with AAA, the driver recommended this place due to their outstanding reputation. He was right to recommend this Tire Kingdom!! They had me in and out in about 10 minutes! The staff was exceptionally courteous and very professional. I would definitely encourage anyone to use this facility for their tire needs.

I went there for a oil change. I made an appointment and they took me in early and my van was done in less that 30 minutes with a full inspection. A regular oil change was $19.99 with the inspection. Im going back for a front end alignment.

Tim and Big Country are always upfront and honest. Take my car there even though the local Toyota dealer gives free lifetime oil changes. I dont feel that I can trust the Toyota dealer so I go to Tire Kingdom in Ormond.

They were very nice and helped me with some questions I had about pricing.

Went in to get a quote on some brake work, and they came in literally twice as high as I was quoted from another (reputable) mechanic. When I pointed this out to them, the manager wouldnt budge, so I had the repairs done elsewhere. They might be competitively priced on tires, but get a second opinion before having any mechanical work done there!

Waiting area has games, tv, coffee, and a vending machine for cans of soda. Went on a Sunday without an appointment and there was no wait to get seen. Still took 2 hours for 4 new tires and alignment. I like that there is a window between the waiting room and the garage so you can see the work being done.

So it’s pretty amazing. I brought my car in for an oil change and they told me my rear brake pads were worn through. The amazing part being that I just replaced them within the last year, and they account for no more than 20% of total braking power. They wouldn’t even look me in the face when they finally rang me up for the oil change, after calling them out....which they were obviously disappointed about, seeing as how they didn’t hit their “per customer dollar quota”. Stay away unless you do all the work on your car. Because otherwise, they will recommend stuff that is mot wrong on your vehicle. Crooks!!

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. I went in with my car and my wifes. She got tires and an oil change. Everything thing seemed good. I purchased 4 tires and a good price, when I was being written up I was EXPLICITLY clear to take care not to scratch or damage my wheels. After an hour and a half which I didnt mind waiting because I had asked for the extra care my car was done. I went out side to inspect my wheels before I spoke with anyone. The first three wheels I saw no damages and was happy. The last wheel they damaged twice. How they managed to mount and balance 3 tires with out a scratch then chip a 4th wheel twice was beyond me. I went inside to pay and speak with the manager on duty. I showed him the scratches and chips. He tried to tell me they used plastic to protect my wheels. They did not I watched them the entire time. He took pictures and asked what I wanted to resolve this, my reply was for them to pay to have the wheel repaired. He said he cant make that decision, but would have the store manager call me in the morning first thing. That didnt happen either.Which leads us here. A bad review, an upset customer, and I own life time rotates and balance Ill never use Because I dont trust them not to damage another wheel.

One of the reasons I made my purchase was because of the 12 month interest free and $75 gift card rebate. My credit score is in the low 800s yet I was approved for only $500 for a $800 plus bill. Now, I have had to pay off the amount over $500 to avoid interest and it shows only a six month interest free period. Your store and personnel were great. The credit arrangement sucks and leaves a negative connotation with Tire Kingdom. I bought my previous set of tires with Tire Kingdom also, but my brand loyalty is not so solid now. I will likely shop your deals in the future unlike this time. It is unfortunate but not beyond your control- that is why I chose 4 instead of 5 star rating.

Amazing service. Fixed our tire at 6pm on a Saturday night before Christmas. TV in lounge and some games to keep kids occupied. Clean and trustworthy.

The measures they went to find a specific part to get me going awesome

They had the tires I had called and ordered and made an appointment but my appointment got set back due to a lack of employees. I had an extra wheel and I wanted the best-used tire mounted and put in place of the doughnut spare. I had premeasured the well for the spare to make sure it would fit but I was told it would hang down too far. After they did what I asked they found out I was right and the spare fit fine. Then I got home and found out they had replaced my valve stem caps with regular caps instead of my expensive Willie Davidson skull caps. I called about this and was told the technition that worked on my truck was off and was told they would call me back. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN !

EXCELLENT SERVICE, FRIENDLY STAFF.My driver side tire valve seam blew the seal while I was I-95, they stay open an extra 10 mins waiting for me. When I got there they met me at the bay entrance and replaced it and had me back on the road within 10mins. They were super nice about it and did not make me feel like I was imposing on their time. I cannot recommend them more.

I had an emergency tire need (yeah that is a split in the tire) .... Big Country made sure I was taken care of that day! The staff was awesome. No need to go anywhere else!!

Had taken my car to NTB (sister company to Tire Kingdom) in MN 3 yrs in a row to get air conditioning fixed. Paid to have it recharged, then it would be empty every summer again. After 3rd attempt at having them recharge and try to locate leak, we found it ourselves. Didnt have time to take it back before relocation to FL. Brought it to Tire Kingdom. Henry couldnt find a replacement line and took it to a line repair shop. Replaced line, recharged system and charged us exactly what he said he would. Very happy. Air conditioning works great. Will be back.

The tread and belt of my tire came separated at 80 mph on the interstate and nowhere had the right tire for my car, or, as it is memorial day, were closed. Tire kingdom had already locked its doors, but the clerk picked up my call and gladly got me a new tire. I greatly appreciate the smooth service.
