Due to staff shortage the store may close for an hour so the employee on duty can have a lunch break.The selection of shoes is great but shortage on shoes due to the wonderful word C is having an impact on all companies that buy outside the USA.Another company that has Hiring signs up employment opportunities.

Low inventory, employee more interested in putting things away than helping the 2 customers in the store. Had to chase her down, call out to ask for help

They have most common shoes at a decent price. Not too busy. Kind and helpful staff. Usually has decent discounts available on most brands. Rarely busy. Best variety of all the outlets in the area.

Not Outlet if youre selling price is MSRP. Wouldnt give discount for shoe pair that was part of the floor model (shoes were scuffed). Missing variety of sizes. Of discounted shoes: clearance shoes I would not wear on my death bed.

This place has a bunch of shoes every where in it, its a good thing thats what I was looking for. . I even was helped there finding some boots to stumble around in ..Sorry if I dont remember the young ladies name who helped me, but I would like you all to know Ive never had that kind of help getting shoes I would say since I was a kid . I even saved money by not driving all over WA to find boots to wear.Thank you so much..

Famous Footwear Outlet at North Bend Premium Outlets is what you expect it to be. They are an outlet store that sells many different brands of shoes, mostly for casual, business, and athletic functions. Do not expect to find any high end brands here. They have a good selection of dress shoes, everyday casual and walking shoes, some hiking boots, some athletic shoes, and many business casual/fashionably casual shoes and heels. Check them out! Their prices are cheaper than t the retail store but dont think that they will be as cheap as half off. Discounts are maybe anywhere from 5% up to 25% off everyday retail prices. Discounts may be greater during special sales or during the holidays.

They never have my size and the customer service is so bad. Don’t waist your time just order it online

Good selection of shoes at generally good prices. They carry wide widths, but wished they had more... but thats just me. I can usually find something in my size there.

While there wasnt a huge selection of girls dress shoes we did find some. The biggest problem was there was only one person working the register and he was new! The other two employees stood at the counter greeting and doing other tasks. It would have been nice for them to open a second register. It took me longer to pay for my purchase then it did to shop. Very annoying!

10:30 Am on a Sunday and the store still isnt open. thats gotta hurt your revenue. Good luck!
