I went to this fedex and the woman who attended me was called maryele macoe was very rude. She asked me to take a paid envelope from the shelf, she charged for the envelope and in the end didnt want to help at all. I dont go back to this fedex to be treated with disrespect.
Excellent Customer Service at FedEx !!The staff at this location go above and beyond to make sure your print, fax, copy, scan and ship experience is the best. This location is clean, organized and well stocked. All the machines I used were working flawlessly. With the help of the staff here, I got what I needed to do done very quickly. There is plenty of parking with easy access to the front door.

Excellent customer service experience. All three associates were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I needed high resolution color printing on paper for a sales binder. I went to another print shop that printed me something very dark and banded claiming that my PDF would need to be sent out with a one week turnaround and $50 minimum if I wanted high quality. I only needed 5 pages. The associates at FedEx printed it within minutes and it came out beautifully. Every bit the high quality sales flyer I needed.
The staff are so kind to my mother and so helpful when she sends packages. She always feels so comfortable going there!

My friend and I stopped by to print a picture book that we had made on PDF, but we werent sure of the materials/the best way to put it together after printing. Rachel helped us pick the paper and went over all the binding options (limited, as we needed it by the next day). She went above and beyond to help us put together our preferred end product, which required reformatting the 28 page PDF into an order that would be printed in a booklet form.We were in the store for 2 hours--Rachel was incredibly patient, professional, and informative; she offered many helpful suggestions to help us get our project to look exactly how we wanted!
I m giving only 3 star for product, it should be 2 or less but for customer service definetly 5 stars. Everyone is nice and professional except I needed to lamite 3 big pieces that I cant take care of home.First piece is horrible cause there is a lot of bubbles and i think associate put it up side down...second is better but still bubbles. I think if you are professional and charge 25 dollars for 3 pieces should be perfect. All pieces are originals so i cant let them redo it.

Was a very quick visit. Had my shipping label but needed a pouch which was only about $3. Jordan was really nice, saying hi and helping as soon as I came in. Took like 3 minutes.
If you live in the 21st century, please go ship at a place that allows you to pay with Apple Pay because this place doesn’t offer that service in 2021. (Unless you already have your shipping label.) 😑

Was turning in DirecTV equipment and this is a designated turn in spot. Process was smooth and quick. The clerk was a good guy and very polite. He got us processed and out the door in a few minutes.

I had an issue with a print job and the staff was super friendly and helpful to get it quickly resolved. On a business trip and it was a critical job and they handled with aplomb.Negative reviews of a place are often more about the groove of the reviewer than the place. Have reasonable expectations, treat people with respect and good things happen! Funny how that works!

I went in to make copies of some old blueprints for my company. Vanessa was extremely helpful with showing me how to make the copies myself. After I did so the machine did not print. I waited as another employee helped several walk in customers. Vanessa had taken a break but as soon as she found out I was having an issue she stopped her break and came to the rescue. After several tried she got the printer working again. She did not charge me for having to wait to long to get the copies.I am in the customer service industry and I GREATLY APPRECIATE her and her understanding to help her customers out. Thank you Vanessa for all your help. I will be back.

This is a great FedEx location, and has some of the best FedEx customer service I’ve ever had. Tyler especially was a rock star, and was incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient.
I work near Orlando International Airport and needed a document bound this afternoon.I arrived just after 4pm. There was one person in the store and they were helping another customer while the other staff member was on break (I cant criticize them for that given labor law restrictions, etc etc). At no point was I told that someone would be right with me.I waited about 5 minutes, during which time other customers were arriving with boxes and shipping envelopes. Eventually, the employee (Clarke) asked what I needed while he was working on the computer to get a price for the customer. I explained and he said he could help me in a moment. A few minutes later it seemed like he was almost finished with the other customer and while the person was finishing a form he gave me the binding options. I chose one immediately and said Id take it.However, once hed finishing with the first customer he began helping someone else with a shipment. Id been standing in the store for almost 15-minutes by this time and waited for another few minutes as he took time to help another customer, just to see how the transaction went.After another 3-minutes of standing around and watching a customer whod arrived after me get help I decided that the level of service provided was so poor Id rather not give them my money. Im often cautious about online reviews but seeing several bad reviews commenting on the poor staff at this facility I have to agree with them. Although I work within a 1/2 mile of this facility, Ill never use them again out of principle.I hope FedEx trawl online reviews and can use this as a customer service training example.
Was at this location at noon on a weekday (Tuesday); as expected they were pretty busy. Two staff members out front; both competent and working fast. I was helped in order; they very efficiently dealt with dropping off one large monitor on a prepaid FEDEX retrun label, and creating a ground shipping label and accepting another package.
Rude staff! DO NOT ship here! They are not knowledgeable of pricing or requirements to ship fragile materials. The white guy who helped me name tag said he has been there since 2014, but he knew absolutely nothing!
Was told packaging and shipping in total would be ideally around 120$. Which was no problem to me. Came in next day to ship it out and once again I was going to ask what would the estimate be and he already started to fold and package my items without even being told to. My estimate the day before was roughly at highest 130. Then after all the packaging he told me it came out to 210... How big of a difference I almost denied the service but Im moving in matter of 4 days so I need things shipped. Will never use fed ex again after this.
I used to print here from their computers many times. Today I came to print and there is a new process. Myself and another person were needing help because it wasnt working. The staff was rude and not very helpful. We were told we just had to wait for a code to print that never came to our inbox.

Had to pick up a package I missed being delivered. This very disgruntled, rude, angry woman asked me what do you need. Explained why I was there, and after a pathetic excuse of an attempt to look for my package she said it wasnt there. I asked if perhaps it was in the locked steel looking cage behind her. She said there was no way. I asked her politely if she could just check because the package was important. After an eye roll and and what felt like an eternity for her to find the key (that was in her drawer) she located my package in the cage.The rudest staff I have ever dealt with. I would rather drive 20 miles out of my way than go back to this hell hole of a store.

Terrible customer service, I dont know her name because she does not wear a name tag, but this short, long hair, big woman is the ruddest person ever, she does not greet u at all, she ask what do you need like you are going to beg for service, she has absolutely no manners, very angry person... I rather drive to another fedex location than to deal with that woman, she truly deserves to be fired, I understand somedays peopleMight be tired but this woman is always in a bad mood.
Brought in a medium sized car part (front grill) and they said the box will be around $20 and the shipping about $40 since it was going to NY. I sold the part on Ebay for only $120. Went to UPS down the street and got it shipped for $25 out the door including the box. First and last time Ill ever go to FedEx.

Staff is nearly always tired and cranky here. One time there was a friendly woman working here when I came in (dark hair, average height), hence the 2 stars, but otherwise I hate going here just cause of the rude staff. They always give you the impression that youre bothering them. Theyre more interested in sipping from their fountain sodas and looking annoyed than helping their customers.
I had a visit to this location 6651 s.semoran blvd. 32822. For a simple drop off. I had a fedex shipping label that the employee had a hard time scanning.. So i emailed her the jpeg file of the label. And that was also not working. She became annoyed and was not ready to offer any other solutions. So I almost left the store. But another employee stepped in and told her to reprint the label from the computer. She was never friendly, smiling or helpful. I was made to feel like a nuisance.My receipt has an employee # 2629075. She was short and stocky approx 27 years old.I would not go back to this store, if I could help it.
I shipped a package to New York and it came damaged!! Painting was wrinkled, with dents and even had a hole in it.Tried to file a claim and they said it was MY fault.Horrible service, use USPS they are a lot cheaper, reliable and nicer !!!!
The staff wa very helpful, but the price of the service was unreasonable. $200.00 to ship a 3lb package. Ok so it was out of the country but thats twice the price of UPS and ten times as much as I paid at the USPS.

Went there to print an email statement but was having issues with the card reader. The employee was not very helpful. She keep making excuses, saying that it was my card that wasnt working or it was not connecting to my bank. I had an issue with them before and hope that they fix the problem but apparently not. Dont waste your time with this location.

Very bad parcel, they lost my package that came from Mexico. The address they write down in Mexico is changed when they get here and they are sent to another address and they are not able to call you, nor to compose the address well even if calling them several times, it is better not to pay express service because they do not comply. I will never use it again. this parcel.
