Depending on which store you go to, your experience can be very good or unpleasant ... I regularly go to the John Young Parkway store And despite the long waiting time, the people who serve you in the printing area are very professional and they know about it ... my experience in the SandLake Road store is completely the opposite, none of the employees is willing to support you and the people who work in the printing area do not have any knowledge about it and they simply tell you to do everything Online on the website ... when I asked them they had no idea that they have a catalog of stickers and labels where you choose the size you want and again they ask you to go to the website if you want to see something .. Office Depot has always been a help for my small business but I think Ill keep going to the John Young Parkway branch because definitely in SandLake they dont have the slightest idea what theyre doing

If you’ve got an entire afternoon to kill and you need some printing done. This is a great place to wait around for a few hours.

We had our business cards printed here and they came out PERFECT. The cards are good quality and priced decently.

Horrible service at this Office Depot and is always the same thing. By the way, you should give your cashier Cecilia some costumer service classes. How are you going to ignore a costumer that walks up to you and then tell them you will get the manager to help the costumer because you dont speak Spanish? I can speak and write both English and Spanish very fluently. On top of that I never saw her calling the manager and we were standing there like nothing.

Today I went to buy a chair for a desk I bout at another office depo. I ask Jordan for help just to get the chair we were sent from the previous store I got the desk from. He was putting paper on a calculator type machine, but he decided it was more urgent to put the paper on the machine than helping me, I got tired of waiting patiently for him, went to get help from another associate, when he hear me asking someone else for help thats whe he decided to leave the machine alone and help me. I think he should be better trained on what customer service is. No wonder why you guys have such a low rating.

Very POOR customer service, unfortunately it is the store that is close to my house and my office whenever I need something I go, they do not know how to treat customers and they do everything in a hurry, I tried to print business cards or receive information where I can print it because I didn’t know that You don’t printed only the orders have to ve online first, the associates service was very poor she did not want to show me the papers that I could use or where I can set the order at the website. Another day I went and needed a mask because mine had fallen off when I got out of my car and another associate answered me rudely and said that generally They don’t provide masks but just for that time she would find me one, under the law all stores in Florida require a hand sanitizer and a mask for the public with COVID-19. My review is to take into consideration the bad training of costumer service that many employees of this store repeatedly provide to the public. I decided to print my cards somewhere else and do my office shopping too . You lost a costumer for not knowing how to help the public, something to pay attention management team.

Very poor customer service every time I come in here I honestly don’t know why I expect anything else at this point. I waited in line from 3:42 to 4:19 only to be told that they weren’t going to help me, literally she helped the person behind me. So I left without getting my 1 single item laminated because I guess that’s too much to ask for.

Don’t place online orders in this store! I received a call because there was something wrong with my personal information, so they told me to go inside the store. Keep in mind I was on my way, having my mother make a 30 minute drive and was expecting to do curbside pickup. As I go inside the store I go to speak with the store manager (who was pretty rude) and let her know about my situation. The only ID I had was a school ID. I am a minor and student who happens to make a purchase and don’t have a state ID. Not only did I have my ID but I had to show my debit card. The lady tells me the item is kept for 7 days (basically telling me to leave and come back when I have a state ID) This rude store manager doesn’t say anything else, takes the item away from the counter (as if I am going to steal what I have ALREADY PURCHASED WITH MY MONEY), and left me hanging. I proceeded to call the person that had called me earlier (I believe she is a supervisor) and explained to her my current situation. This supervisor calls the store to speak to the store manager, and when the store manager receives the call she turns her back on me. After the call she grabbed my item and without saying a word she hands it to me. To the owner or head manager reading this, just know that I will never go back to this store. Also, let your store manager know that when a customer makes a $200+ purchase, she shouldn’t treat customers like she did to me. Extreme poor customer service!

Print department in Orlando at Sand Lake store #3261 is the worst. There is an older lady who works by herself and is not tech savvy at all. Can’t open and print simple jobs. Nice lady but definitely needs additional training and more help.Print dept. in Store #2634 in Orlando Hunters Creek is the best. Very knowledgeable, friendly and fast service.

I wish that I read the reviews before I go to this store. This is the worse place to go for printing. I went there today because I had a deadline to meet the printer at my office would take much longer so I went to this Office Depot off Sand Lake. The lady at the counter told me that she would charged me .15 cent per black & white copies which I didn’t have any problem with, until she told me she would also charged me her service fees of $1.00 per pack. I was shocked. It seems like she’s making her money on the side besides her regular pay at Office Depot. She also had a nasty attitude. So I decided not to print and take my business elsewhere. I will never, ever step foot in that Office Depot. I will not recommend anyone to that location. Worse place ever!!!

I dont what their problem is here, but it doesnt even make any sense. Theres a line to just printing out a document. I show up there, and you have to check into a computerized kiosk in order to print out documents. In there system it says 18 minutes. 20 minutes go by, and still my name doesnt get called out just yet. There were not even shorthanded either. They had more then people to help me out. Another customer right beside waited about a half hour, and had to get a cashier that wasnt doing any work at all, just standing there talking with the other co-worker. So Im they need to work on their customer service.

If you have all day to print your documents this is the place. Waited 1 hour and 20 minutes to get 12 documents printed and cut. They are disorganized and one employee in the service area by herself trying to give the best customer service she can with so many people on line waiting. She had the best attitude towards helping the customer but she only human. Management should look and fix this issue since it could be resolve and also is not fair to the employee working there by herself. They loose me as a customer because I won’t be coming back to that store for any of my business printing needs.

This store is absolutely the worst. I waited over 30 minutes to run off one copy. The store has only 1 employee working in printing. The other associate do NOT know how to work the machine. The other associate when asked could he run me a copy stated he had to write down a cell number for someone, and Zori the sales associate was so the rudest talking about me to another employee that I’m in such if a hurry. Being that I have been in this store over 30 minutes waiting just finishing up taking care of patients all day yes I’m tired and yes this lady Zori need to take a customer service class on how to treat customers especially those traveling from out of town, before this day I’ve had exceptional service, but TODAY it was far from, as I’m still typing she’s still saying indirect comments but I’ll leave that for her superiors to deal with. The only reason I gave 1 start is because the guy whom normally help me finally came to assist me with a SMILE.

These people are so rude I went in there to buy a couple of items and no one can seem to answer any of my technology questions and about the ladies at the counter got all discombobulated about a coupon and decided to be super rude towards me about it I ended up walking out of the store without purchasing the item that I went in there for and wasting a giant amount of my time answering my own questions because nobody in that store knows what’s going on what day it is what time it is what in the world do you know year it is they just are in there trying to make their little money as in not worried about actually helping anyone

Horrible customer service and Census service. Employees are very rude. I wish I caught the name of one specific employee; this older grey haired woman had a terrible attitude when brought over to help my boyfriend and me, then later proceeded to put her hand in my boyfriends face to tell him not to talk to her and that he was wrong about a legal document that was in fact acceptable, as we called after we left. Worst. Office. Depot. Ever.

Ive been to Office Depot numerous times and Ive never had an issue like I had today all you had to do was print out four pieces of paper. I dont understand why you had to hold up a line instead of telling the person you were helping to hold on for literally 60 seconds. Shes been there for 30 minutes while you tried to fix her picture you kept printing out. You didnt even bother to get someone else to help.

Wow! Great experience today. Marilyn went above and beyond to help me. Its obvious she puts the customer first. I had huge easel pad and it started raining. I was determined to run across the parking lot but she wouldnt let me leave the store until she helped cover them with a new garbage bag. Thats cool. It went a long way with me.

The worst store I have ever been to, they left me waiting for more than 20 minutes and they helped to all the people who registered after me and they did not call me I spoke with the supervisor and he said that the computer was telling the truth and I did not, he called me a liar!

I hate this place! I really liked it my printing I order used to b done before time or by the time I was given but now its never done! I go in after the estimate time I was given to pick it up and Im always told ph I havent even looked at that yet or I havent done it she is not even aware there was an online order placed hours ago!!!! As with all the other one star reviews you see here, do NOT print here!! We went on line, uploaded the document we needed printed and selected 100 copies (straight forward quick job). We got a collection time. We went to collect the documents 3 hours later and here is where the poor customer service shines. The “supervisor” told us that they have not printed them yet because there was 10 people ahead of us..... so wait, I chose to go online to order the prints because I don’t have time to wait in their disgusting dirty store. So the “supervisor” finally starts to print my document and of course the job only took 2 minutes and 12 seconds. So fact check .... this store has no processes and if they do. they do not follow them, because it is clear that they do NOT process the online orders regardless of the size, but they are very quick to lie and insult your intelligence by thinking you would believe their story about 10 people in front of you ... let’s recap, we placed a 2 minutes job ONLINE 3 hours ahead of collection and the rest was lies and worst customer service ever ! Choose another company for your important work and If you wish to receive any level of customer service ...

Find another store to patronize, will not sell you anything without a mask on.

This is one of the best Office Depots I have ever visited. They went above and beyond on two rush print jobs when a carrier lost my training materials, management was very friendly as I search for supplies and also were able to email a receipt - all with fantastic customer service.

I give Office Depot located at 1744 Sand Lake Rd Ste A-120 Bldg ASte A-120 Bldg A, Orlando, FL 32809 FOUR STARS. They have so many options for one to buy and they did have the Item I was looking for, but the Item (cardboard shipping tube) was not the correct size. Office depot only had one option and to me thats not good. 4️⃣ ⭐ 👎🏼 😞 minus 1 star from FIVE.

This place is disorganized with a severe lack of urgency. Placing an online order for pick up rarely works, and when it doesnt go through, you have to wait for 30 minutes to print one copy because they try to help multiple demanding customers at the same time. Cashier is even slower...I need a better option than this place.

A regular Office Depot. Nothing special. They had an awesome sell on the Charmin toilet paper though, which was the reason for my trip.

DO NOT PRINT any document there because those witches working (on any of their location) have trouble minding their business; they read your stuff and they will COPY it and on the PC to go an read it later. Also expect to wait in line at least 15 minutes, no matter if you are next. Customer service is so nasty.

Large store with minimal inventory and associates who hide better than WalMart employees. If you go...you better know what you want and where it is or you wont have help finding it.

Not at all happy with the print area of this store. I had a print job and was told at every juncture possible how that job could not be done! Not once did the person on the other side of the counter mention any possible solution to any of the problems he simply quoted what he was trained to do and lost my business because of it. That day my office depot location had a printer problem and couldnt help so I ended up going to kinkos. Totally unhappy with my experience here.

This place did not have anything i was looking for. It makes sense why staples bought them out. The workers were helpful but the store needs to be able to compete with best buy on devices or have more office supplies than Walmart.

Placed a phone order for a 2 x 8 banner with a single line of text. They printed it in 12 point font - what were they thinking? Staff was courteous and worked with me to get it right.

Both self service printers were down and only two employees in the entire store. The wait to print one document is over 30min
