Wow! What an awesome experience!!!! We attended an Airshow and came home with a Piano. Our Representative was Jordan, who has such a magnetic personality and made the whole experience so much fun, for both my Wife and I. We now own a beautiful Yamaha Clavinova CVP Piano. Nooshin, our sales person, went above and beyond in helping me. She would text photos of pianos that came into the show room frequently even sent video of the owner playing the piano, so that I could hear the quality of sound. So happy with my beautiful piano. We bought our second Clavinova from Bill at Orlando store this April and received the same great reception and consideration we received several years ago when we bought our first. I dont play the piano it is my wifes and she is very happy with everything regarding Bill and the store.

I worked with Anthony Maher in purchasing our Yamaha NU1X. He was an absolute pleasure to work with from the initial discussions about the piano all the way through the purchase and delivery. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and engaging. We are very happy with this piano. It has everything we want and it was Anthony who gave us the comfort to purchase the piano....he was right on all accounts. Delivery was quick and efficient. The guys did a great job getting the piano in the house and didnt leave any mess. They made sure the piano was where we wanted it and working properly and they answered all questions before leaving. They were also very pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend working with Anthony if you are interested in learning about pianos or buying one.

She was extremely patient, and she got me an excellent price and financing that worked best for my needs. I highly recommend buying from this company. Cant give any more than 2 star for Orlando store. while Bill was more than happy to take my money, I can not get him to respond to me now.Drove 50 miles one way to ask question on my Brand New CVP709GP, it was his day off, 2 weeks later am still waiting to get the call I was Promised.Now at this point I have no Interest in hearing from him. Yamaha Webb site dont work, suppose to have videos on how to use. I registered 3 times and can go no farther on Webb site.I wish I never bought this piano, or bought from this store.

Having had to sell my piano a few years ago because it wouldnt fit into our retirements places, I missed being able to have the pleasure and relaxation of playing. I decided to look into a digital piano. Visiting the store in Orlando I was very pleased with the demonstration of a Yamaha Clavinova and the answers to all my questions at the store and by phone calls. I was pleased with the delivery and setup of my purchase. I am now thoroughly enjoying the quality of playing on my Clavinova for pleasure. I definitely recommend this store.

Great experience. From the time I was just a browser to the time I became a buyer and beyond, this is a first class company to do business with. I must have gone in fifteen times before I really considered buying a piano but every time they let me play any piano (badly) and answered every question. Great source of music and piano knowledge. I am talking to them yet again about another piano and would deal with no other firm in the state of Florida.

I purchased a piano from this company, it was my one of best experience I ever had. He were very patient with me, I was in the store for about 3 to 4 hours ask millions of questions, never showed a bit of inpatient. I usually shop around my goods and never took first offer, the costumer service and dedication made me didnt want to a different store, so in less the 4 hours I decided to buy my piano from the Piano Distributor. Piano Distributors is truly one of the finest facilities for piano sales because they truly care about promoting music education and young pianists. There are many stores that sell pianos but Piano Distributors is different then most. They have an amazing selection of the finest pianos and their pianos have always been is proper tune and well set up. We live in New York City but travel a few times a year to Orlando. My son James is a 16 year old pianist and a multiple first place winner of many International piano competitions. He needs to practice when we are on vacation and Piano Distributors has always welcomed him even though we dont live in Orlando. Mr. Bill Strahl (the manager) and the rest of the staff at Piano Distributors have such dedication and love for the piano and music. I highly recommend Piano Distributors and Mr. Bill Strahl if you are considering the purchase of a fine piano.

Nice if they would have been openShowed up Sunday. Hours posted 12 to 5 but no one was there store closed.Both sign and web page said open Sunday. Drove an hour to get here

This store is amazing. I took my 13-year-old daughter and her friend to try out pianos. I thought I was going to get a sales pitch, but the floor salesman asked if we were prepared to be amazed. The girls were at a digital yamaha that could pick up nearly any instrument — even choir sounds — and sound like it through an ipad connection. It also has tons of sheet music that it can access from an ipad. It even lights up the keys for sheet music. Then, he asked if they were prepared to have their minds blown. He did it again. Its very hard to amaze my teen, but when they say a baby grand playing a Sarah McLaughlan song, their eyes popped open and their jaws hit the floor. I felt like they were on a field trip. My daughter wants to work to save up money for the first one I mentioned. She came home and started immediately doing some work.
