Nick and Randy were extremely kind and helpful scheduling my mulch delivery and installation. Dani, Mitch and a 3rd crew member arrived at my home around 8AM, as scheduled. They were awesome!!! They took the time required to do the job right and listened carefully to every request I made. They were very friendly and professional. They knew exactly what they needed to do and how to do it. Their equipment was top of the line and very well maintained. They were very careful around my plants and added water to the mulch coming out of the hose to help keep down the dust. The mulch they use is a special mix that helps keep it in place and helps prevent it from washing away in heavy torrential rains. The property looked absolutely beautiful when they were done and it came out even better than I had hoped. One of your drivers ran me, my husband and my children off the road. They didnt maintain their lane exiting a round about in Viera and if we didnt slam on our brakes we would likely be in the hospital. Then when we got up next to them they just sat there, too many people in the front seat smiling like they thought it was funny we almost died. You need to hirer qualified drivers for your giant trucks or someone will get hurt.

How do you honor a company in a review with such high regard.....Let me say, as a single women, people try to take advantage of me all the time. I can only trust referrals for this reason.One week ago, I wanted mulch to be placed at my home and I knew I could not do it in my own! Once I set out, nothing was going to stop me from getting answers and finding the BEST... First I met Dani, when she was on a job and I was inquiring about a project. She immediately stopped to offer help and guidance. Her team, including Melbin and a worker (unknown name) stopped everything to answer more in depth questions. They all exuded professionalism and kindness.Melbim offered his card and suggested he come out to quote me for free. After he arrived for my consultation, he immediately heard and recognized my needs and gave me a straight forward explanation and quote. This quote was not only fair, but it surpassed (in a good and lesser amount) the greedy quotes of others I sought out before!Today, they arrived 30 minutes early with a crew of three and the owner him self, Randy, was with them to assure my needs were met! Not only did this team communicate with me but Melbin the operations coordinator checked in on the progress and my satisfaction (EVEN THOUGH HE WAS OFF SITE)!I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AND URGE, anyone to consider Mulch, inc for their mulch services! Their accuracy, cleanliness, hardworking and kindhearted team made my property SHINE!No project was too little or too big for them.
