Brought my BMW R1200 GSA for detailing today at Performance Motoparts and I confess that I was a little concerned at first because my Madona have lots of sensors sensitivity, and one wrong move could end up costly but my worries went away when I saw how the guys from Garage23 (Fernando) and Performance (Ronaldo) team up and handle my bike with such professionalism and precision. The result was nothing less than just amazing, looks brand new bike. I was extremely happy and pleased with the results. Spent about 25 minutes in this store. Now my boyfriend and I are both active individuals, from motorsports, motorcycles, mountain biking, and just about anything you can think of. In 25 minutes, both individuals working there (which seemed to be the owners) looked like they were going to have a panic attack every time we picked something up, or tried something on. It was an uncomfortable feeling when shopping. We literally felt like we were being watched like criminals, and I assure you we were not dressed like a set of criminals. To add some of those prices were marked up. We would have actually bought a few things, if we didn’t feel so uncomfortable to shop.

Their online stock is not reflective of their in store stock. They order from a distributor. Barely speak english and had a hard time communicating to them what I wanted. Dont waste your time here.

Google says open, but no one there, doors locked, lights out. Too bad, was going to buy couple of helmets, Amazon it is!

Love being told I will need to drop $100+ more for the visor I want, then come to find out the one I want was right under the counter for like $30 but wasnt pulled out till I was about to leave.

Theres a lot but not everything in stock. Order demand. It took a while for the seller to understand that I was going to buy. At first little attention but then turned out to be excellent advice. Worth the visit.
