Great spot there are always willing to help me out work done on site tires sold and installed
Final cost more than estimate. Left air in brake system, spongey feel. Installed junk quality tire, out of round. Not balance correctly bounce and shake at low speed, vibrate at high speed. It was painfully obvious a rush job. Took it back and was argued with, pointing out several things bad that were already replaced. Maybe this guy was among the best at some point in the past. However, not in my experience recently. I work in a machine shop and offered to put the rim on a shaft with an indicator to show him how bad the tire was out of round, spin it around and show him how bad it was out of balance. Moral of the story is next time I will just take time off work and do it myself. I dont feel this place is trustworthy.I took the wheel / tire off the bike. Went back to ernie and ask that he check it on the machine to see for himself that its bad. I brought with me a new replacement better quality tire to have put on instead of the junk one. Ernie proceeded to make fun of me by saying you take the wheel off the bike and bring to me, what are you wanting a job working on bikes? he then asks me to repeat myself multiple times pretending that he doesnt understand what Im saying. Then he says you need me I dont need you. He took the wheel from me and literally threw it out his front door then said, have a good day. I asked can I have someone remove the junk tire to bring it back and return it. He said no, you are not my customer, you can not bring things back and complain, you can go downtown to the court if you dont like it.So thats my story and the experience I had with ernie. I have since found a very down to earth knowledge guy named Pedro at wonderer cycle and will be taking my bikes to him instead.

Very reasonably priced service and not a long wait time.
I’ve been going to see Ernie for more than 5 years. Great service, fair prices and has great advice for how to take care of your Motorcyle. I couldn’t say a bad thing about their organization and this is the only place I would recommend for service.
I took my 04 Gl1800 to Ernie for an insurance company inspection after I crashed into a BBQ GRILL on I75 heading back to California and he was very professional and helpful with talking to the insurance company. I have sent people to him and they are all happy.
Love this place! I feel like I can ask any questions and I get really helpful answers. Ive been riding a motorcycle for 20 years but new to Offroad. This place is super helpful and affordable. Five out of five stars from us.
They were professional and quick to work on my motorcycle. Very friendly. Will return here again if I need any more work done on my motorcycle
I took my bobber to him with a brand new fuel pump and he changed out the coil and threw away my fuel pump.when I asked for the fuel pump to be returned he said oh well not my problem. Now the bike ran for 2 months then the coil went out again!I have used this guy before but never again ! How’s that for not your problem??
Man Ernie is my saving grace. I high sided my 2015 Gsxs 750 and cracked the clutch case open and starter solenoid case broke my right rear set and my front brake and mirror and boy, when I tell you, Ernie is a WIZARD I mean the mans a wizard. Cheaper then ANY OTHER SHOP and I spend days upon days looking as far as Melbourne pricing around after taking it to the dealership for bad news. He gave me nothing but good news. He worked on my bike timely and as soon as it was road worthy he let me take the bike which was super convenient. I honestly received my motorcycle back in better condition then when I first purchased it. Not to mention, great customer service. Nice to meet a mechanic as passionate about working on motorcycles as I am about riding them. Thanks Ernie 💪
Ernie hopped on my CBR 600rr for like 90sec and could instantly tell what was wrong. He’s like a motorcycle guru from another time. Had it fixed same day, and for a lot cheaper than expected.
Very nice shop and and parts supply, you will not find a nicer fellow to work with, very helpful, very generous, I would highly recommend his service
I had new tire installed was fast and fakr price.
Excellent customer service. Went in for a standard oil change. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend this shop.
Amazing place super clean, Profesional and always willing to help
I like the old guy who works here. Not always the best about calling back, but hes very knowledgeable.
Ernie is fantastic! The most knowledgeable, professional, and efficient mechanic above all dealerships. Great price.
They have great intentions, great mechanical skills, and great communication. Im very happy with my experience here. Im very glad I did.
First off Ernie is the boss. He is very professional and knows his craft in motorcycles. Forget about those lousy bike places that only do certain bikes. Ernie and his team does it all and have parts for your bike. He did for my 1987 Honda rebel 250 . You guys rock. Went there Friday 10/09/2020 to get my brake master cylinder done and the gas was leaking. He fixed what’s listed and more without me even knowing, he truly study’s his craft and takes his time. Long story short it was a quick and professional work. Spend well over 490$ and I’m happy I did because he got me right🔥🙏
Talk with the owner Ernie he was very nice and thorough with my motorcycle would recommend to anyone
I got my bike fix there front and rear tires new and front bearing new got my bike back with 1 bye 1in hole and they side they couldnt look in the camera to see who did the damage that they cant do anything about it,, I spent 518.00 and am never going back there again,, I have 2001 busa that I live and take good care of it
Great store! Most Honest and reliable, informed motorcycle shop Ive seen....new location: 5335 W Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32808
I came in for a rear tire and the price for the tire with the install was very competitive - Outstanding service!!!
Had the parts I wanted
I’ve been going to Cycle one for years the owner is honest to a fault if that’s possible. He doesn’t let me buy anything I don’t need for my bike. Saves me a lot of money and their service is great. When I wanted to put a tachometer on my VTX 1300 the owner said you Don’t need a tachometer on that bike. I really appreciate Cycle one and the people who work there.
Ernie is not gonna try to hassle you. He is an honest person and is great at troubleshooting any issue. Helped me get started on my 05 Honda shadow
Great people and great service
Ernie diagnosed and repaired my CanAm Spyder in 1 day at an extremely fair price. Will probably never return to my CanAm dealer again. Thank you Cycle One!
Ive spent well over 2-3k in repairs at this shop over the past 6 years or so with two different bikes. The owner Ernie is very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He will literally fix your motorcycle back to perfect. Prices are average in my opinion and he has made a life long customer out of me. Thanks Ernie.-Rob
Small garage with a nice mechanic. Fixed my tire quickly
Then I have time to work on my vehicle Work I need done was too hard for them
I like the owner, he always tells me his honest opinion. Doesnt seem to be much for small talk, gets to the point and doesnt recommend or sell things not needed.
Im comfortable with them felt good
Ernie is the best! He absolutely will not do any work that is not needed, and the work he does is at a great value! Highly recommend!!
The Orlandos best vintage or old bikes mechanic. it is my 4th bike and he fixed and fair price. No surprises.
They fix my motorcycle with fair prices nobody else could imotorcycle lost parts and miss diagnostics
Affordable price good personal
Ernie is a good guy and doesnt try to over charge you!
This is a great shop.Ernie and his crew have serviced our familys ancient and late model Japanese motorcycles for more than 13 years. Whenever Ive got a repair too intensive to tackle on my own, I know I can count on Cycle One. This shop is knowledgeable and has always given me a fair price on parts. The labor rates are sometimes a little hard to swallow, but Im more than willing to pay for professionalism. Cycle One delivers friendly service, quality repair work, and longevity you can count on when you need them further down the road.~M~
Great service. My master brake cylinder was leaking fluid. They got new parts and it was still leaking. Ernie had me bring it back and they got a better seal for it. Good work and in a timely manner.
Have been going to this shop for years. With three different bikes Ive had. Ernie and his team are awesome.... Ive told him I think I might need things done, like carbs cleaned... He checks it out and says, no you dont, just an oil change, thats all. .. Always honest and up front. ... Ive seen things like my mirrors with new screws in it or lights fixed that I didnt ask for and I wasnt charged for it... Thats a good shop. .. Looking out for the loyal customer. Good people. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you cycle one! I recommended you to all my cycle friends!
Spent 1,300 dollars on motorcycle repairs here and motorcycle still doesnt run properly. Dont go here!
Ernie always is amazing and looks out for me at every opportunity, i wouldnt take my bike anywhere else!
Great service! Ernie is very knowledgeable and has always serviced my motorcycles very fast and at a very reasonable price. He is very honest and has plenty of parts in inventory to get me back riding in no time at all.
Ernie and his team are very professional and good at what they do! They fixed my bike up in no time and at a reasonable price!I highly recommend!
They had a good variety of fluids and accessories for different motorcycles.
Definitely a big fan. Ernie and his guys always perform quality work. Always gives you trusted recommendations and the repairs are spot-on. I take all my bikes to him.
They always have what I need thanks
Had a very good expirience here. Traveled to orlando on my bike and noticed i needed a new front tire or i wasnt gonna make it back to Miami. So i called. They answered fast and kindly. Helped me with what i needed. I got there and i was kindly received and they did the job super fast. Loved it.
Always has the parts I need. Great place to get a tire change 👍.
I met the owner, honest guy, do not overcharge for repairs and does not want to get your money just because, great work, and excellent customer service, after several motorbike shops in the area he will be the best I can recommend to anyone.
People are very friendly makes me want to get a bike cuz I was walking past and I saw a bike I liked and I hope when I save my money they still have that bike
They worked on my motorcycle and did an awesome job. Great experience overall and have absolutely no complaints. Honest work with a fair price. You can take your bike in there with confidence.
Where do i begin? I have been going to Ernie at cycle one for 2 years. I thought it would be a better option than the unprofessional, money hungry, time waisters they call the Dealer, but i was soooo wrong. I saw so many red flags and i kept ignoring because i allowed Ernie to convince me they were helping out and they never did.If you ask Ernie a simple question he will answer you with another question. And you almost have to fight him just to get a simple answer. For egsample i walked in and asked hey Ernie how much is it for a weather cover for my bike? He responds do you ride your bike everyday? Do you have full coverage insurance? If yes, then let the hurricanes or bad weather blow the bike away and you get a new bike from an insurance claim. Still to this day Ernie has not given me an answer as to $100 or $300 for a bike weather cover.I take my bike to ernie because i am noticing that i have been having issues starting the bike even after i just finished riding a few hours before. He says electrical takes time to diagnose and i have to leave the bike with him. I inform Ernie that without the bike i can not get to work and if i dont work i can not pay my bills much less pay him for the job. He says no worries i will call you tomorrow. ERNIE NEVER CALLS YOU BACK. You have to harrass his phone for you to get an answer. IT ALWAYS TAKES A MONTH FOR ME TO GET MY BIKE FROM HIM EVERYTIME I DROP IT OFF.he changed the stator and the regulator on my bike and did not change the battery claiming there is nothing wrong with the battery on a used bike that we have no idea when the battery was purchased. I ask him what kind of parts did he use and he says i always go by the book and i order good liability parts mostly OEM. Two weeks later i have the same electrical issue so i return the bike to Ernie and he takes almost another month because he is changing parts under waranty. Same issues, same parts just installed. Here is the twist, i make a surprise visit to Ernie so i can check on the progress because i need my transportation, i surprise him by saying i need to see my bike physically, take me to my bike. He fights me on it but eventually walks me back to it. MY BIKE WAS NOT EVEN IN THE WORK SHOP, IT WAS HALF PULLED APART IN A WAREHOUSE IN THE DARK COTCHED UP AGAINST A WALL. i say ernie i need my bike now and he says i dont see the problems you are complaining about with the bike, the bike starts when i want it to i still need time to diagnose but anyway MY FRIEND i want to do you a favor, did we not do something similar to this job before? Yes? Let me look in the computer for the RO. Oh MY FRIEND i can not find anything on your bike in the computer with me doing this job beforeI HAD TO GO HOME LOOK UP MY RECORDS AND CALL ERNIE TO GIVE HIM THE RO HE CAN NOT FIND IN THE COMPUTER JUST SO HE CAN CALL THE COMPANY AND WARANTY THE PARTS WE JUST CHANGED A MONTH AGO. And he pretends he is doing me a favor when i am the one paying for a service and still doing half his job. ERNIE DID NOT TEST RIDE THE BIKE NOT ONE TIME FROM THE MOMENT I GAVE HIM THE KEY. HE TOOK THE BIKE PUT IT IN THAT DARK WAREHOUSE AND LEFT IT. HE DID NOT REMOVE THE PLASTIC FEERINGS, HE DID NOT INSPECT AND DIAG THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS NOTHING. HE DOSE NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT HIS OWN MONEY THAT HE CAN STEEL FROM YOU.Its been a year of the same issues on and off. Cost me over $1000. So the issues returned again the thurd time. I call cycle one to speak to Ernie and i say give me the name of the company that we ordered the parts from i dont have a month for you to take my bike i will order the parts from a different company and give you a day to swap parts if thats the case ERNIE REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE PARTS MANUFACTURERS NAME HE LIED TO ME AND SAID THEY ARE NOT CHINESE PARTS AND YELLED AT ME SAYING IF HE GIVES ME THE INFO THEN IM DOING HIS JOB FOR HIM AND IF I DONT LIKE HIS WORK I CAN GO TO 1,000 OTHER BIKE SHOPS. ERNIE HAS NOT GIVEN ME WHAT I ASKED FOR AND REFUSED TO ANSWER MY CALLS. HE IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, A THIEF, AND DISORGANISED.
I have a late 70s Suzuki that was running rough. Nobody else in town wanted to touch it but Ernie accepted the challenge and rose to the occasion. I was immediately reassured when he told me he worked on that model when it first came out. They did clean work and shes never run this good.If I had one request it would have been to be more communicative as the found out what was going on. It was no problem, they graciously answered my questions when I called to check in.
Great place. Ernie is super nice, prices are fair and work is fast
WARNING! Dont take your bike here! I asked them to do a full analysis of my bike because I bought it used, and my sale was contingent on it passing a mechanics inspection. They called me and told me my bike was fine, so I registered it (several 100 dollars). When I got there they told me a heap of things it needed. If they would have just told me that on the phone I would have returned it the bike. The bike has turned into a complete lemon.
As always, Ernie and his crew were awesome. Took a set of tires to him, at last minute notice, and within 1.5 hours I was rollin down 441. Thanks again guys.
Ive been getting my bikes worked on there for 8 years. Its the only place that I will ever go to and its the one I recommend. They tell you how it is and they do quality work.
Pretty nice guy. good pricing for mounting and balancing a tire. had me in and out in less than 15 min.
Awesome people and they have everything you need for your best motorcycle experience. I shop here for the price and the best part is they are close to me.
Erney was extremely helpful and patient. My bike had after market parts. He measured and found the correct item. He actually had it in stock!
Ernie is terrific...fair prices and quality work. Fixed my bike when others wouldnt.
Ernie has 40 years experience and is and honest guy. Never pushy no pressure and works with your budget.
Great place Ernie is so honest and does not try to oversell on anything. In fact he stopped me from buying unnecessary items on a number of occasions . Their work is excellent.
Really!! $60 dollars the owner guy tried to charge me to take out a stripped bolt. The guy is ridiculous and has over price labor hr. Its a bike not a Ferrari; cheap place never will go there. I can see how he gets his business by praying on people who have no clue. The guy swore i would come back because i refused to do the job well i got it done by myself. at the end its not about the money i own 4 motorcycle and 2 dirt bike, i dont call myself a full blown mechanic but i do know we people wanna BS. Again if you like getting ripped off this is the place. i will never recommend this scumbag who preys on the weak cause you have no knowledge in motorcycle.
Not what you would except
Ernie is great..
Great service
I always come back here. They are great, they get the job done. I havent had any bad experiences. I really like this shop
This is the only place I go to have any work done on my bike and four wheeler
Excellent tire prices! New fork seals fast!
Ive been to this place a handful of times. Nice store, nice shop, nice staff, and okay work. It wasnt 100% perfect.WHAT WENT WRONG:* Underwhelming work: I paid upwards of $80 for scheduled maintenance (routine service that typically involves oil change, oil filter, air filter, chain clean/lube/tighten, tighten various nuts and bolts, etc.) on top of a minor repair. This operator-level maintenance takes me on average 30 minutes to complete by myself and costs $8 in materials. At this place, the oil and filter were changed and the chain was tightened and sprayed with lube (no chain cleaning, no bolt tightening, etc.).* Additional mistakes: When I picked up my bike, the speedometer cable was unhooked and dangling. It only took 2 seconds to put it back on, but speaking as a former mechanic, this kind of thing should be caught in a final PMCS inspection before returning the vehicle to the customer.* Price: This place costs a bit more than average.* Area: Theyre located in possibly the worst spot in Orlando (OBT).WHAT WENT RIGHT:* Competitive (relatively): Id been to about a dozen motorcycle repair shops in the greater Orlando area prior to this place, and all of them were horrendous. This is one of the better shops.* Adequate: Although the work done wasnt as awesome as it could have been, it was definitely sufficient. The big stuff was taken care of and done properly. Only little stuff was neglected. It almost seems like it might be different people who do the hard stuff vs. the routine stuff, and whoever is doing the routine stuff is bad at it.CONCLUSION:If they opened up shop in a nicer area AND I couldnt find a better shop, Id probably be a regular customer.
I had a bad experience with cycle one.l strongly advise that anyone that has a old school bike to carry it somewhere else.ernie ended up having to give me back my money because he could not do the work.Take my adise and go somewhere that has more knolwledge with hi performane bike.
Great customer service and knowledgeable about work
Bought my helmet and other quality accessories for my bike
Great and fast service definitely should have used them a lot more
Awesome please staff is wonderful and helpful
Ernie has serviced a multitude of import bikes for me, every bike has come back from him no less than 100%. Prices are great and Cycle One has my vote for Orlandos best import motorcycle repair shop.
I needed a front tire change on my sv 650. Brought in wheel & tire. Done for me in 15 minutes. This is probably my 5th or 6th tired done their great work will return
I went over there to change a front tire for my dirt bike when inside the store check the store out its nice and organize the only thing is I was surprised no AC inside the store overall good customer service
Very knowledgeable guy, the only place i trust to work on my motorcycle
Erney is a great guy very straight forward I been going to his shop for 9years now.
Resonable price, great job, frendly and honest staff. And many good reviews before me.I will back and recomend this motorcycle shop to anyone 100%.L.A.M.A.
This happened last year. I was reminded of it when a friend asked me if he should take his bike here, so I decided to write a review. I had sent my bike there for a bad pickup coil. They pointed out my valve covers were leaking, I told them not to touch it, I had purchased new gaskets. Also, told them not to worry about the shift pedal when they offered to fix it, said I bought a new one (was bent 180 degrees back from laying down the bike. Of course, when I go to pickup the bike, they had already fixed my leaky valve covers... completely covered in RTV sealant, and I mean it was slopped all over the place, even with several fingerprints on the engine... RTV fingerprints.... Anyways, I had to do a valve lash check, so off the covers went, and extensive cleanup of their mess. Unbelievably poor craftsmanship... oh and they conveniently bent my shifter back foward and charged me for it. I should have refused to pay, but it was my only source of transportation... I went there because they had good reviews. I will never return.
Good and friendly service. Ernie and staff are great.
They couldnt help me with a motorcycle because it was made in China, but they were very helpful in referring me to another shop. This is good customer service.
Did an awesome job at a fair price he definitely knows what hes doing!
Great place...honest and high quality work...Ernies up front with everything..When he quotes a repair price thats exactly what you pay,,,,no suprises..
