Good selection of Tumi goods. Not much of a discount offered

Amazing store, great customer service JASON was very friendly and nice.

The worker here monogrammed for free the Tumi backpack I purchased several years ago. The shop is not large, but there were some good deals. Just be aware there are items made for the regular stores and other (lesser) items made for the outlet stores.

The original TUMI was great. But since they were bought out by Samsonite, the quality has dropped terribly. The products look very cheap. The store has great service though.

This is not this particular stores fault, but the handle on my Tumi carry-on (which was super pricey btw) broke. I returned to the store to have it repaired and they charged me to ship the bag to their Repair Center. All things considered, this (small) shipping cost should be free since the bags are so marked up to start with (and the whole point is... the handle broke!).

Honestly they don’t have much items with reasonable pricing. Cross body is still 200$ after sale while they have some backpack with 200$ which doesn’t make sense at all. They don’t have price tags and you should always ask the sales guy for the price.
