I have bought several bags here the past couple of years and have been pleased with them, however last month I purchased a bag and within a few weeks the strap came off at both sides ( rivets came loose) It had been so recent I took it back to the Orlando location where I purchased it. (11 International DR. Orlando). On arrival I was greeted with a smile can I help you? I showed the person the bag and explained I purchased a couple of weeks ago and the strap came off, she immediately went to a frown and rudely said you have to call the customer service number for that. Even though I just bought it I ask? she said we dont handle anything like that, call the number. This was Saturday the 14th 2021 around 3PM and the last day I will buy from this company.

Ladies were patient it took me forever to find the purse I wanted but one lady heavy set mid shoulder hair had jus signed on her shift she walked over an said I have a wallet to match that one &out of them all that’s a perfect choice for you I smiled an said I’ll take it! Lol I jus always wanted a Dooney& Burke that suits me

Can always find what I am looking for. The lady that helped me was so pleasant. We had a great conversation about all the styles of bags over the years.

A little disappointed with the prices. I love the purses but when you go to an outlet, you expect to get great savings on them, but they were not. A little sad about that.

Always loved their bags but the staffs (7/23/21) were not welcoming, very unpleasant, bad service. Despite, we still bought 3 bags cause that’s the only outlet store in town. Hope they do something about it.

Great staff. Had more questions than anything else and the staff was willing to answer and help me with my inquiries. A womans dream store! Lol

Loved thier products, when I first purchased them in burdines which is now Macys, wasnt to crazed by the sales assistant but other wise nice store had lots of color options. Would definitely recommend buying matching sets of bags and wallets because they last forever if well taken care of originally purchased in 1998 & still have wallet, my purse met a untimely death to due to a teething german shepherd puppy who liked leather . But otherwise set was in good condition .

I live in Atlanta, GA, and just called the Orlando location to see if a certain bag was in stock. Iris was so helpful, and kind. I felt like I was talking to a friend. She explained everything to me, and even offered options as an alternative since the bag I wanted wasnt in stock. You can tell when someone loves their job, and this girl does. Avoid devastation. Not worth it!Very disorganized company. I just want to say do not waste your time. Read every review and avoid buying anything from this company. I was excited about purchasing a Dallas Cowboys purse and matching wallet and I never received it. I even paid an extra $40 for express two day shipping. I paid more so that I could have a new purse in hand when I went out of town but unfortunately their company did not care. It took three days for a supervisor to call me back. And all she did was report a lost claim. They never refunded my money. I had to go disput the charge with my capital one card. Avoid at all cost! Your better off walking into a store and purchasing. The website declined this review very typical.

My Salesperson Hannah was incredibly friendly and helpful. She helped me select a purse and a matching wallet. She was very enthusiastic and clearly loved her job and had excellent customer service skills. I will definitely visit this store again.
