Incredible product knowledge and AMAZING customer service! We went into the store realizing we needed another carry-on bag to take home purchases made on our vacation. Paul guided us toward what wound up being the best solution for us now and for the amount we travel, and at a very reasonable price. When we got back to our hotel, we discovered a bonus item as missing. I called Paul when we got home to NJ. He knew exactly what was missing and told me to email him with our address and he would take care of it. I emailed him, as requested. 1 week later Paul CALLED US and said he never got our email and then proceeded to take down my info. HE WAS PROACTIVE and REMEMBERED he was supposed to send us the missing piece. A few days after the call, the piece arrived. Who does that? I was floored that he remembered and made sure we got what we were supposed to. He could have easily never even sent anything at all, let alone proactively call. I would not hesitate to shop there again or online!!

Found this store when on a layover in Orlando with a broken bag. Searched google and found good reviews so I figured I would give them a try. WOW... not only did they have a great selection, Paul was amazing. He spent over an hour with me and my wife explaining the different types, weights, and features. We picked out our luggage and never looked back! Got back to the airport with our new bags and realized there was a issue with mine. Being from Michigan I knew there was no way I was going to be able to take this bag back. I called Paul upon returning home 2 days later to explain my issue. What does Paul do... he not only spends time with me on the phone to really understand the issue and try to resolve it, then turns around and sends me a new suitcase out the very next day! I am in the customer service industry and let me tell you he is top notch. Paul my hat is off to you and your store. You are AMAZING!!!

We saw the signage for this store while sitting at a traffic light on our last day of vacation. We knew we needed an extra bag for the additional items we purchased so thought wed stop in. SO GLAD WE DID. This is luggage...right? This is luggage at a whole new level!! The owner was incredibly helpful. Offered assistance in a non-intrusive nor aggressive manner and he quickly gained a sense for what we were looking for. As we wandered around, bewildered by the volume of items, he made several recommendations and suggestions, pointing out key features and design functionality that we never would have thought of or considered. Pricing is very competitive and the selection can cover any tastes, sizes, and needs. We went in for 1 item and left with a full set. Yes....that good! GREAT service and selection!! Thank you.

POOR quality + Critters = the cheap price.While the individuals who work at this location are pleasant, willing & helpful; please do not be fooled. The 6.5 out of 10 customer service quality is much higher than the luggage selection quality.Also, there are NO refunds and no exceptions. We found 6-legged critters in the wheels of our piece, were extremely turned off, then extremely disappointed by the exchange only policy even in this circumstance. Had to notify management of the place were staying so that our neighbors arent affected. We tried to come to an agreement for few days but the owner & manager were unwilling to compromise. Critters in one means critters in all ... to me.#HighlyDisappointed

I recently went to Luggage Super Outlet after spending an entire day looking around for the perfect luggage set and here is where it was found! I went to plenty of other department stores and was unhappy with the quality and prices. The store owner here was also very knowledgeable and taught me things I never knew regarding what to look for in luggage depending on how much you travel, as well as suggestions for cheaper options if you are not looking to spend $300 on a name brand luggage set. I ended up going with the Delsey Hyperglide Collection and absolutely love it. I compared the price at store with online sellers and it was clear I was given the best deal here at the Luggage Super Outlet. Very pleased with my purchase but especially happy with the great customer service from the owner. The shop has a quite big variety of luggages of different qualities to choose. The owner (or the employee) was calm and patient.

I would really love to give it no star. the people who worked there were so rude. they followed us everywhere we went and grabbed the luggade from us when we wanted to test it. they acted as if we were going to steal from them. the lady actually sarted rolling her eyes at us when we asked questions. they were WAYYY too enthusiastic about saying that there were other places with way cheaper prices. they DEFIANTLY did NOT want us there. the bathroom was out of order but i am almost 100% sure they just didnt want anyone there.DO NOT EMTER ITIS A HORRIBLE PLACE

I stopped because I saw the sign of Victor inox and was interested in buying a backpack and a watch of the brand. Unfortunately I was very poorly treated by the clerk in the store. I went in and he was fiddling with his cell phone, he didnt stop for a minute to give us some attention on product prices. My 15 year old daughter soon realized the neglect we were treated and decided to leave the store, politely thanked the employee who did not even respond. I left shortly thereafter and even being badly attended, I was cordial and thanked, the clerk or owner looked at me, did not respond and still scowled. He leaves Extremely upset by the treatment he received at the store, especially since he had a keen interest in buying products. It may have been a bad day I spent at the store, given the many positive recommendations, but for the treatment we received, I do not recommend the store.

We just visited the store, and now we understand why it has such good comments. I love when they sell you things not because they are the most expensive but because they really want to offer you what suits your needs. Super friendly, and cool!
