My daughter has been craving a snow cone in Orlando for quite some time. Very tough to find! Freeze your brain hit the spot hard! Incredible flavor and attention to detail made these by far the best snow cones we’ve had!

The snow cones themselves are incredible and so is the service. The attendee went above and beyond with helping us and did it all with a great attitude. Will definitely be back!

Softest snow cones I’ve ever had - this guy puts bahama bucks to shame (and that’s saying a LOT). Majorrrr snow cone enthusiast here and we stopped by visiting the theme parks here in Orlando.Amazing flavors, and seriously wish this was located back home in Arizona!

My family was in Orlando on vacation and happened to find Freeze Your Brain Shave Ice while looking for something cold after a hot day at Disney Springs. It was wonderful and charged us back up for the night. The service was fantastic and this location has so many flavors to choose from you could go there many times and have a different flavor each time. For a change of pace, you can also have Hawaiian style with ice cream in the middle and sweetened condensed milk as a topper. There are three sizes to choose from ranging from $4.25 to 6.75. The kids will get a kick out of the color changing spoons that turn color from the cold ice. If youre looking for a change from ice cream, frozen custard or Italian ice, Freeze Your Brain Shave Ice is just the thing.

I have been looking for the Hawaiian Shave Ice that the one’s we had while visiting Hawaii. So 8yrs later I found Freeze Your Brain Hawaiian Shave Ice in Orlando, Fl. Oh my goodness! So awesome, super soft ice, great flavors! The owner was so nice & he definitely did not disappoint. So happy we found his business.

Worth it! Dont second guess yourself, go here. This is great shaved ice. Very delicious. And Im not one to overstate things. You can get anything from a simple shaved ice to one with all the toppings imaginable. And this is a clean and quality operation. For example, if you get the shaved ice Hawaiian style - they will put an individual Blue Bell vanilla ice cream into it, not just a scoop of cheap random junk. Even if this is out of your way, like it was for me, Id still recommend making a special trip for the best shaved ice in Orlando.

Amazing service and outstanding taste. We had the Superhero, Unicorn and the tropical. All were good, however the tropical with passion fruit was EPIC!! Highly recommend!!

When we first got there we must say, the owner was so nice. He recognized my shirt as a place where he lives. We told him we came from Texas and we’re looking forward to eating some snow cones. No we don’t have as many snow cone places as you think! My son ordered the rainbow and I ordered a coke float. I was a bit nervous when I saw him put ice cream in the middle. I can confidently say we think this was the greatest snow cone we have ever had. I will be by again before we leave for Texas. If you have a chance please come here. It was absolutely amazing!!

This is as high quality as shaved ice comes! The ice shavings are softer than snow, the flavoring is intensely sweet and flavorful but not overwhelming. The owner was very kind and happy to take the time to explain the menu.I personally love the cream, passion fruit purée and the toasted coconut on top!!!

Just got back from Hawaii, looking for real Hawaiian shaved ice, and this was it. Great flavor, fluffy powdery ice, and real Hawaiian style with ice cream and sweetened condensed milk. So good!

The gentlemen attending was a very nice fellow, weve been in the area since there are alot of food trucks but never tried him out and he does stick out alot since hes technically not in a truck. Regardless he has very good products and he seems to read reviews and is interactive with his clients which is excellent...

Wow! This place is a hidden gym right in the middle of all the theme park action. This location is right across the street from Disney Springs. It is located right between Burger King and Denny’s. There are so many flavors to choose from and the staff is extremely friendly. This is a must visit. I still can’t get over how big the portions were! If you live in the area make sure you ask for a punch card. You will receive a free topper on your 5th visit, and free shave ice on your 10th visit. With how tasty this treat was, I know I will hit my 10th visit in no time.

I never knew there was a difference between the “Snoopy snowcone” I grew up with and a legit Hawaiian shaved ice. There is!! It’s like eating delicious powdered snow. I love that they offer a sugar free option too. I am definitely coming back!

A friend and I visited the World Food Truck location in early August. We are both long time residents of Orlando and hadnt heard of it before, so we gave it a shot. It was great, but the BEST thing there was Kurt and his Freeze Your Brain dessert location. The caramel apple, and root beer float shave ice cups (with Blue bell ice cream in the middle) were extraordinary, as was Kurt, who accommodated a pretty rediculous request for a photo, which he immediately agreed to with an enthusiastic YES) . GREAT guy, GREAT icy treat... who could want more on a scorching Summer afternoon in Central Florida?
