Staff was great! Clean place, good location, and excellent price. They forgot my reeses in my blizzard and immediately the girl apologized and added them in. She was very sweet! I would definitely recommend.

Don’t let the appearance fool you! My fiancé and I were confused when we pulled in as we expected the usual place with a drive thru, but we decided to dine in anyways. The guy that was in there (10/20/21 at 11:50) was very nice and super helpful! He took our order and made our food, which was really good! And made our ice cream a little later so it wouldn’t melt while we ate! The only con we have was it was a little warm in the store but it was also right in the sun with the windows so it was understandable!

This was a first-time visit to this DQ location. I saw the sign while heading home on I-Drive and immediately had a specific craving (rare since Im not a big sweets eater). They met and exceeded expectations, and I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in a clean (albeit small) dining room to enjoy my treat. It is VERY easy to recommend this DQ for anyone who might be in the area. Thanks!

Super fast... when we have arrived each time during on our vacation, there has been a long line. They still had us in, out, and everything correct, in a timely manner. It was a great experience and everyone has been very nice.

Might be the nostalgia but this dairy queen is great. Hot chili dog, hot fries, cold crisp soda. Great service, friendly polite staff, etc. They even made me an off menu older blizzard - Georgia mud fudge, my old favorite - with chocolate ice cream, brownies, chocolate syrup and pecans. Theres a mask mandate and a social distance rule, which I appreciate.Bathrooms could be cleaner, but its a dairy queen on north I-drive so its not a big issue for me, Im just glad they had one. Theres no mens room, instead theres a unisex/family restroom, so if youre trans or nonbinary you can use that, and it functions as the mens room too.Oh, and the food was great too. Hot fries, hot chili dog, cold crisp soda that wasnt flat or low on syrup, and a great nostalgic blizzard.

Was totally disappointed. They were closed for worker training. We were so looking forward to enjoying some of their products, considering it was very hot.

Im here for the blizzards and they are decent I much rather prefer twistee treats on OBT south Orlando for ice cream though. No mistake though dairy queen is decent.

Lets start with this, when I worked at a restaurant I was told the full menu was available until the moment we close the doors. You cant have 3 people standing around and only offer a portion of the menu just because youre getting close to closing time.5/7/21 There were 3 employees standing by the counter chatting when we walked in, there were about 3 pairs of people eating at the tables. We didnt even get a hello as we entered. With a few steps in we were told ice cream only, no food. How can you offer that lack of service on a Friday night on I-Drive of all places.

Soooo dirty inside. Fan on the ceiling hasn’t been cleaned in what looks like months. Blades are completely black. They have black towels under the hand sanitizer. Which is so weird because they are extremely concerned about people wearing masks, but the walls are covered in food, everything is covered in a film of dust, and all surfaces are completely disgusting. Also they kicked us out minutes before they closed. This experience was weird.

Drove over 30 minutes to come here just to not get my order taken. I was completely ignored. Good thing there was a twistee treat ice cream place across the street. I needed something good and cold and got it there instead of at DQ. Never coming to this Dairy Queen again

U have to really look for this place as its not a regular freestanding building and has no drivethru. Its located between 2 hotels. Right across the street from a twisty treat. Had an oreo blizzard and it was as good as ever!

Saturday 01/23/2021 5:05 pm.Very rude cashier, the cashier with the wavy brunette/brownish looking, half up, half down hair. No customer service whatsoever, I could have been a secret shopper and this is how she greeted me “Go ahead” and I told her my nice “Hello” 1st impression lasts! And this is not a good first impression especially when this is my first time.

Came in at about 10:20 and apparently needed a mass to get in one of the few places still doing that so walk all the way talk to my hotel room to get a mask arrived back in about 10:30 to be told that theres a 20-25 minute wait for food and by then the kitchen will be closed so I cant order dont waste your time at the s*** hole

They were quick and fast and real good as always expected. Every time I go to Orlando we always go by it there especially on Tuesdays I get the banana splits because are always $2 on Tuesday what a fantastic deal cant beat it!

They were really good my only issue was that pecans ended up in my pumpkin pie blizzard. I am no allergic to nuts and I know when you say you are they will clean so it doesnt happen but this is still not okay. I would still recommend. 4 out of 5.

The two workers were very nice and helpful, polite and patient man and woman who gave us great and quick service today. My boyfriend has been looking for quite a while for someone who knew how to make an old fashioned soda, which they did! So we were very happy and satisfied customers.

A one time see only...the folks that ran it were nice but not worth the price....$41.00 plus for a child and adult...1/2 way through my child told me he was bored and the attraction was lame...

Great location for a DQ, stopped here with my family after having dinner. I got the Oreo blizzard mini sized. I say this because I don’t recall other locations having that size. It is perfect for those wanting to fill that ice cream craving with out ordering something too big.

This specific DQ is horrible. I went last night they were rude while I was ordering, it took 15 mins to get my food, then they left out my gravy I let them know then the lady got an attitude and she was so mad she stayed in the back and had some other guy bring it to me. I would suggest going somewhere else or at the very least pick a different DQ. This one is absolutely horrible!!!

We had 6 different blizzards. They were a little melty and most of the stir-ins were at the top, but they still tasted as good as any blizzard has tasted before.

I cant give it a bad review, but I can say that theyre letting people dine in close together. I can understand its not a big place and you cant wear a mask while eating, but youd think a place like this would at least require people to leave with their food to practice safe health practices. I cant say anything about the service or food quality because again, I didnt go inside, but I would rather not with the lack of health practices. The employees did seem to be wearing masks, though.

Food is a set menu so no surprises there, but good food.🍚🍨🍧🍟🍔🎂 Now the staff is a little strange, they are very helpful and friendly yet at the same time unprofessional 🙄 it would appear that they are running with nobody in charge 🤔 the other thing I would add is the owner needs to update the electronic payment system you cannot leave a tip if you using plastic and that is unfair to the workers, I would have been happy to leave 20% but had no cash on me. 😣

Very bright with a few little adds that make it above average.The prices are set by corporate, so theyre average, and the service was good.We had a banana split that was tasty and well prepared.A little thing I noticed that made it feel messy was that their boxes of syrup for the drinks are sitting right out where you can see them. Looks unkempt, and semi-pro. Im not sure Dairy Queen Corporate wants that image, but I guess the franchisee is ok with it.Ultimately, though it was a better than average experience.

I was probably the most hungry i have ever been when i entered that store so really anything would probably have sufficed however the burger i was made was still so outstandingly delicious that i just had to write this review. It had far too much sauce on it but i couldnt have cared any less as i mashed that burger into my face with such a ferocity that i actually sprayed some of the sauce onto my clothes. 10/10 would starve themselves and go back to this dairy queen for the same experience.

Pointed out an error on the menu saying the their Hot Glazed Chicken tenders (6 piece) w/ drink are $9.19. Asked if I could get it for that price and the young lady went to ask the manager, the answer was no.Other than that the staff were pleasant and did a good job, so this rating shouldnt reflect on them at all.Management / Owner better get their sh-- stuff together.
