Small place without much option. They were out of everything but six flavors and first five mins in line no one was there. Only add in was sprinkles but what I had was good.

Extremely disappointed. The price was overwhelmingly high and its a shame that its representing the coldstone brand... not sure how $7.13 for a small icecream that has no additional flavors (that I couldve bought a whole pint for for less)... is okay...

Absolutely ridiculous. After being told our flight was delayed 5 hours me, my father, my sister, and my brother-in-law waited at the empty counter for almost 15 minutes before my father asked to see if anyone was working at the counter. All we wanted was some good ice cream on a bad day. Almost 5 minutes later a young woman came over and my father pointed out that there were only 5 flavors out (2 chocolate, vanilla, sweet cream, and strawberry) and my father asked if there were any other flavors. The woman replied “no,” giving the explanation that that was all they had even though it was noon. My father took a step back to then decide and my brother-in-law went and stated he wanted the Peanut Butter Perfection, but with sweet cream ice cream substituted and the woman had no idea what we were talking about and had zero knowledge about the product and explained that the sundaes were pre-made and weren’t available until the evening. She also stated the other flavors of ice cream that were being advertised wouldn’t be made until the evening. All they had were the 5 flavors with NO toppings. Their loss and our gain. We will never go back to Cold Stone, and definitely not at an airport. I don’t recommend.

No fudge on the ice cream, not matching advertised description. Also does not taste fresh. No better than a regular Walmart ice cream.

Horrible service. This place doesn’t have anything. I asked for milkshakes and the guy told me he doesn’t have it. Then I asked to try some flavorsand he told me he doesn’t have testing spoons. The associate has a nasty attitude he seem like he doesn’t want to be bothered with clients. He also told me he is closing. I went to google and I found out the place close at 9 pm. It is not 7 pm yet. The associate is an overweight guy I don’t know his name but is clear he hates his job and he doesn’t care about customer service. This place is a disaster. The worst experience I ever had!!

Went their, staff looked like they had no idea what they were doing. Asked if they could change the ice cream but leave the same toppings that are in Chocolate Devotion. They said the ice cream was already pre-made, proving they had no idea what they were doing since all they had to do was serve what people ordered. I ended up ordering the first selection since it had cookie dough which I love. I ordered the smallest size they had and it was $7.24. After I got it I ate it but it was like soup. The ice cream wasnt even cold it was warm and melted. They had the biggest chunks of cookie dough that tasted disgusting. There was no fudge and no chocolate chips in it. Again, tasted like soup. I love coldestone like the one in New York, but this one was just horrible.

Theres rarely anyone at the counter. After asking someone at a nearby food place if it was open, they sent someone over. Wouldve gotten another star if they at least had a sign with hours or instructions. When the lady did come over she was nice, but was unable to make a milkshake because their blender was out of order. I saw at least 2 other out of order signs taped to various other pieces of equipment too. Place seems like it has potential, especially if they started offering blended coffee drinks considering the ridiculous line at the Starbucks next door. Unfortunately they let it get kind of run down.

This place is a joke!! If you like to people watch and have some extra time before your flight. Go sit outside this ice cream shop and just watch. Employees have no clue they are suppose to be working while behind the counter .But I suppose thats why you have to wait 30 mins just for someone to come serve you.its been fun counting the amount of customer who leave bc they cant find any employees. I would be highly embarrassed if this were my Cold Stone store. But if you want a good chuckle just sit down in front of this place and watch!.

I had ordered a regular chocolate shake and the stupid guy gave me a smaller size yet charged me for a bigger one. When I pointed it out, he asked me what it was supposed to be and blamed it on tax. There’s no way tax would add an extra dollar. He claimed it was his first day (which I doubt) but he should have been trained better at least. I typically like cold stone but this one was terrible

Showed up shortly before noon and no one was at the counter. My father waved down an employee from the restaurant nearby and he retreived the Coldstone employee from the back. When my boyfriend tried to order from the menu, the employee told him she couldnt do it because they were premade items and she was sold out. When we inquired how they could be sold out when it was only noon she said they only prepare them for the evening. The only flavors they had available were chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, and half of sweet cream with NO TOPPINGS AVAILABLE.

Went here with my girlfriend on our way to our way to our gate. I understand the limited menu, I asked for Birthday Cake Remix, and the incredibly rude employee began scooping the wrong ice cream. I informed him that I wanted a different one, and he begrudgingly scooped the one I wanted, treating me as though it were my fault. Then, when I ordered Chocolate Devotion for my girlfriend, the same (and only) employee informed me that there was none left, even though I could see that there was plenty left to make the size she wanted. Then when we went to pay, this employee began helping others while we sat and waited to pay for the one ice cream, despite wanting two originally. We waited as the employee finished helping the next people in line behind us before rudely telling me to swipe my card, then failed to give me a receipt. This is not the first time we have had a poor experience at a Cold Stone Creamery, but will likely be the last. Avoid this location like the plague unless you like limited options, overpriced ice cream, and outright rude and unhelpful staff who clearly do not care about you.

You cant sell ice cream with no employee at the counterI have walked past 4 times 3 of the 4 had no employee

The Oreo explosion was so melted that I was served tonight had to be thrown away. It was like soup and tasted funny. It was the end of the pan of it and instead of the employee getting out a new one he served me the last of it that was melted.

$7 cup of refrozen ice cream that didnt have any chunks of anything advertised as being in it. Rip-off compared to a normal cold stones.

Nobody ever there. We saw the woman arrive after 30 min not there and then serve 2 people as we tried to run over and then she left saying she was closed Its not even 6 pm.
