We love twistee treat, cant beat the prices and the selection. The ice cream taco is a favorite! Clean and shaded picnic benches outside to sit at.

I like this place but the experience I just had makes me feel like I wasted my time and money. I ordered a large cup of cheesecake ice cream and they hardly filled it up to the halfway point. I looked at this like, “is this a joke?” Very disappointed.

I had a good experience at Twisty Treat, but I felt bad for all the people that came after us. Google clearly states open until 11:30pm and at 9:30 they decided to close. They turned away at least 4-5 cars of people. Quick suggestion…fix your hours online as many people rely on them.

Omg they have the best twisty soft serve here! I love the candy coating dip that they dip the soft serve in, and all of the different cone options. For some reason, the ice cream also doesn’t feel too heavy, which is nice!

We were on our vacation from SC and we wanted some good ice cream and look up Twistee....great fresh flavors 👍

The staff can be rude at times and they are always in a hurry to leave early. Times on Google says their open til 11 but they close at 10 regardless if you been in line waiting to order. I rather drive more and spend my money at a different Ice cream shop than having to deal with these entitled employees.

A great southern experience a building shaped like an ice cream cone!

Its ice cream. Its delicious. Its thoughtful, and the service comes to your window, instead of waiting for you at the drive-thru. Love all of this.Except the fact that theres no sugar free or lighter items, whatsoever. The ice cream is good, but it wrecks your stomach, if you dont check yourself between bites.Other than Dairy Queen, who has a few extra options for sensitive patrons, theres no other quick-service ice cream nearby.(Standing in line at Kellys with people, struggling to understand how to wear a mask properly, doesnt count at all)If this spot had at least a few extra alternatives to help, Id go a lot more often.

Visitors out of town. Was disappointed. Waffle taco tasted freezer burnt. Ice cream cone was already melting after just getting it. Didn’t like the fact the raspberry cookie dough was advertised and we ended up paying extra for toppings .... WASNT EVEN ADVERTISED!!! What the world.. definitely finding a different ice cream place to visit next time my family comes back to Florida.

I come through the drive thru every couple of months and the young people who work here are always friendly and professional. There is always a line but they never look flustered nor do they forget to smile and be courteous.

Horrible. I don’t enjoy paying $2 extra for toppings and they weren’t in the cup of ice cream. Definitely feel like my money was stolen. I didn’t realize this until I had already gotten home. I’m very disappointed.

This Twister Treat is killing it with the customer service!! Weve come a few times where they have an employee outside taking orders and I was very impressed each time with the customer service of both the employee outside and at the window. The quality of food is also amazing. 5 Stars for sure!

Nothing special.The icecream is not Artesanel,home made, gourmet.IT is as an industrial icecream that you buy at fast foods restaurante. No restrooms, open place, drive thru, few tables and chairs under Sky. Take your hat,cup on. Use sunblock. Clean, good service. Price $, $$.

I have been going to this location for years and love it! The portion sizes are huge and they have a big menu. The staff is very friendly and accommodating as I have picky eaters. The drive through is very convenient and they are cleanly. Not sure why they open at 1 because I crave ice cream during my lunch break and I know Im not the only one haha. Consider opening at 12!!

I love this place usually but the other night my family and I were so disappointed..I ordered a banana split that they put in a cup and a mint chocolate chip shake that the didnt even blend the chocolate chips so it wasnt even drinkable.. When I tried to eat the banana split I couldnt enjoy it because I either got all topping and no ice cream or just all ice cream and the whole chocolate chips kept getting stuck in the straw...

They decided to close 2 hours early on labor day weekend, turning away a couple cars full of people.

The last few times me and my family have visited, the strawberry flavor ice cream tasted somewhat musty, like the smell of mold. This is very concerning, and we made a comment about it to the person who had serviced us that day. He had said he would look at it, however, nothing has changed. Please be careful of the strawberry flavor, I dont know what is different, and I dont want anybody getting sick. Maybe the machine is dirty, which is reasonable, but this sudden flavor change happened very suddenly, in the span of a couple days. I dont know whats going on, but please fix this!

This place has contributed to my double chins, zero stars for that, but pretty tasty.

Have been in line for over 45 minutes... no one coming to the window. Found out the poor kid is all by himself. People called out, including the manager... you would think even being sick, the manager would get him some kind of help. He is trying to wait on the drive up and the 2 windows... very poor management... even if the manager is sick, he should have got him help.

Sat at the speaker for the drive through for five minutes, and no one said anything. Then, a girl came out and told my husband that they were closing in two minutes and would not be able to make an Oreo Twirl, which is what we wanted. Not sure why he had to wait five minutes for anyone to acknowledge his presence only to be told that they wouldn’t make a Twirl even though they were still open. This particular location seems to always have slow and poor customer service. Go elsewhere.

It was the first time wed been in awhile. I always got a Fancy chocolate waffle cone. It would have a thick chocolate candy like coating around the top. What I received this time was a waffle cone, dipped in some very thin, runny sauce. My daughter always gets a strawberry shake and what she received was very thin. Almost like a strawberry MILK. And no whipped cream. We were very disappointed.

It’s ice cream. It’s pretty hard to mess up. They have a good sugar free line up, when it’s in stock. It’s a hit or miss if they have it. When they do, it’s pretty good!The staff is a bunch of high school kids, but they’re friendly and cool. Honestly, they have better costumer service than I’ve received by adults twice their age.

I have been here several times at this location. Love it!! But tonight with my family was not as pleasant as the other times. We ordered a large fancy chocolate sprinkles waffle cone with vanilla icecream and chocolate sprinkle on top, and a large vanilla pineapple sundae. First they had to read and ask me at least 5 times what my cons was, and took two people. And when we got the pineapple sundae it was served in a cup, not a boat. And the cup wasnt even half full. They forgot the nuts and whipped cream topping as well. I asked if it was a large and they said yes. Just was not happy about the service tonight. To make it more confusing on my end was they were all shift managers as well. Youd think they know what I was asking or the portion on the sundae.

Love the ice cream but would like a contactless payment so you dont have to hand over your credit card at this time. Plus putting ice cream cones in stand for customer to retrieve rather than trying to manage taking ice cream from server so you dont touch their gloves.

Kids running the place, ice cream melted all over. Kids running place more interested in goofing off than getting orders right. Ice cream melted out the bottom of the cone within 5 minutes and only given 1 napkin.

Fernando is their star employee, it usually takes a minute to get your ice cream but whenever he is working I always get my ice on point and wayyy faster . Besides that great ice cream slowww service ..

Ice cream is sooo yummy! Soft serve is my favorite! So many different flavors here I wish they had a blueberry flavor. I have never had anything I didnt like here. The wait is very long and service is slow but the customer service is okay.

Strongly would not recommend going. Staffed by less than enthusiastic teenagers. Got my order wrong multiple times and charged for more than what I received. After the 20 minute wait in the drive thru, it wasnt even worth the trouble to try to get my order fixed. Would recommend to go elsewhere.
