The customer service was awesome. I researched their gluten free options before walking in and chose dark chocolate, just so I didnβt have to ask. Well- turns out, they were out of dark chocolate π so I asked and chose cheesecake ice cream with walnuts and strawberries. Without asking, he was thoughtful enough and volunteered to mix it in the back, so there was no cross contamination. Seriously, it the little things and it made my day. Genuinely it did, thank you for that.
Always a fun experience at cold stone. We donβt have these back home so I make a point to stop here on vacation. Yeah the prices are steep but itβs a vacation treat. Lots of options to choose from, just wish they had a sign with all the topping options (stuff like strawberries and pineapple were not labeled on the case).
So good! This is where we first tried cold stone ice cream and fell in love! Staff was super friendly and patient whilst we chose what we wanted and of course the ice cream tasted great. It would be great if there was additional seating as there are only 3 or 4 tables available, but that wasnβt a big deal.
Extremely over priced. Had a Peanut butter ice cream, that was chalky, and stretchy. . Actually couldnt eat it. Husband liked the vanilla ice cream, but portion was too big for a small outrageously priced dessert. The best part WAS the waffle cone. Didnt realize you pay extra for a cone. Almost 20 bucks for two cones, Ridiculous. Absolutely Ridiculous! Never again
Is this actually COLD stone? Cause this place is on fiiiiirrreeee!! My wife and I stopped by for a sweet treat tonight after leaving the parks. There was a line out the door because everyone had the same idea as the parks closed but we probably didnβt even wait a full ten minutes until we had our delicious frozen goodness in our hands. Big thanks to Ashley from Brooklyn and Melissa from Kissimmee for being lightning quick but also super friendly and helpful. I canβt wait to come back!

Went in to this location today 9/28/20 -- ice cream is ok but the waffle cone was like a piece of rubber. Very stale like is was made yesterday and sitting out all day. Stay away from waffle cones at this location. Especially if they have to disappear to the back to get your cone. Never recommend a place that sells overpriced ice cream and stale waffle cones. BEWARE!!!!!

Waited in line for 15 minutes to be skipped right over by the lady taking orders to a family of 5 with ignorant kids behind us. Made a mention but βshe is already started with this orderβ. We walked out This review may not lose them business but it can bring attention to the supervisor to get your employee to pay attention in a busy atmosphere and not be so dismissive

Great service! I tried the blue berry muffin mixed with cookie dough and the server told me if I didnt like it I could come back to switch it for something else free of charge which was considerate. I ended up loving it.

My first time here. Loved it!!Lots of flavors and toppings to add here!Want to give it a 5 star but it was crowded plus I informed the employee thats my first time and he didnt really explain how they do it, he just said you get to choose 2 flavours and add toppings but it turns out they actually mix the 2 flavours with the topping at the same time and the final product is a mixture in a cup!Was good!
My go to place when I feel like having ice cream at night. Staff is friendly and helpful. Love their signature creations! Their portions are generous as well.

Good as always. This is one of the best places to get ice cream at universal. The German Chocolate ice cream is my favorite. Itβs quality and you get a lot for the price, at that quality. It can be busy at times but this is one of the more hidden places at city walk, at least until your leaving, so itβs not usually too busy, most the time.
False advertisement menu says mix ins are 99 cents but price is 1.19 actually will definitely not be returning Ill just go to twister treat instead at least prices are true on menu

Love the ice cream. Iβve gone to Colorado and Californiaβs Cold stones many times but Iβm here in Universal Orlando city walk for the first time and I think this is the worse when it comes to how much of ice cream they serve you for the kids cup. I understand the price because of the quality. $4 for a kids cup. But they donβt have to be ridiculously stingy.
Tasty icecream, kids loved their flavors, big size scoops, people serving were very nice.
Left my hotel, went all the way to CityWalk because I wanted ice cream and they were closed at 10:30 PM but the sign clearly states 11. Furious.

I come here all the time but this time I was given terrible service. I asked for a Got to have it and the girl gave me a Love it and I politely told them I got a Got to have it. They gave me a huge attitude about it and remade it literally the same size but just in a GTHI cup. Not coming back. She was a slender black girl.

Come on cold stone is the best Ice cream spot in the world its literally amazing, the spot itself is very good and its right outside of the three parks, the staff can handle the people very well because the amount of people that go after the parks close at 10:00 pm is insane but they stay calm and collected.

Itβs ridiculous that this location claims they donβt accept ColdStoneβs Gift Card because it own by Universal. Iβll check with Universal to make sure that is the true reason. Also, if it is so then again itβs not fair as you are attracting ColdStone customer but not providing same service. Itβs just sucks...

Creamy and very tasty ice cream. The flavors are freshly prepared and in front of you. The portion size is compatible with the price and the location is very pleasant, being located within the City Walk. We ordered caramel with cookie and it was great, as well as the service provided.
The ice cream is very good. And, in my opinion, of the side dishes you can choose to mix with the ice cream, the brownie is the one that stands out the most, because it is really very tasty. In addition, the service is always excellent. The only problem is the price, which is not the cheapest, however, due to the quantity and flavor offered, it is really worth trying.
