They were so very helpful. Matching a paint from a swatch was precise. They can also keep a record of which room you paint with the brand and color you purchased previously. The staff also gave us guidance on solving some surface issues.

Excellent service! This is the only store we use for paint. Nobody beats the quality of Sherwin Williams Outdoor Duration paint. We have used this location for all of our home design projects

Went on a Saturday and the staff was very friendly even though they were busy. Once we got service the young man with the beard was awesome and helped us pick the right product to paint the inside of our house. He even gave us a coupon we didnt even know about.

All employees are up to par. All really cool gentleman in their twenties. They are always helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Walmart should really take notes about their Customer Service Associates and how they treat people and use Sherwin-Williams sales associates and employees as training modules.

Whatever paint project youre going to take on, Sherwin-Williams will recommend the brand of paint for the job. I have never been disappointed with their recommendation.

Sarcastic Pushy and just over all not pleasant just overall didnt feel welcome. All this because of a paint brush that Anthony refused to return due to a smudge of paint on the SIDE OF THE PACKAGING! LITERALLY THE SIZE OF MY THUMB. I had to remind him I just spent over 250$ buying paint and hes going to deny me a return for 10$....come on. so just to recap lots of tension and rejection over a small smudge that didnt cover the bar code didnt cover any logos. so thank you Anthony and Sherwin Williams by the Florida mall for showing me how it feel to NOT be treated kindly and with respect. your No Longer CustomerAngel,

Store near Florida Mall on OBT ....Walked in and was treated like a ghost, three service reps working the counter, none of them took the time to greet us or at least say well be right with you ! I had to go in the back myself and find a manager. Once the manager got involved, we finally got service.

They serve well but the store is extremely dirty, it seems that it had never been cleaned, dust everywhere.the attention was fine, but the store is completely dirty full of dust and dead insects as if no one has cleaned it since they opened. It really grossed me out.
