Recently I needed to re landscape a new home in the Conway area. I knew right where to go, ACE. My experience was one of sheer excellent service. Service that is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.Nicholas( I hope I am spelling it correctly) is one of the guys to go to. I appreciated not only his help, I welcomed his patience. I ordered a pallet of mulch. He willingly helped me and a couple of co workers load it into two vehicles. Nicholas actively participated and made the work so much easier. Thanks to Nicholas I will be shopping at ACE other than .....#satisfiedcustomer, #returningcustomer

Always friendly and helpful, youre gonna pay a very small amount more here versus the big box store, but you also dont have to deal with the big box store issues, and the sales associates here dont run from you.

Got key copies made, lots of options you dont find other places. Of course, personal service and not a machine. Easy in, easy out. Ill be back again!

Mr. Mike is the best! He is patient and willing to help. I was able to complete the repairs for my fridges water hose thanks to his guidance and knowledge. I needed to replace the compression sleeve and insert to repair the leak. He helped me find exactly what I needed and even showed me how to install it onto the water valve. thank you!!

The staff is friendly enough to people with you, and not have it seem like you are being check up on when shopping. Tho every time I have been here so far, there seems to be some discrepancy with what it is that Im trying to get. I asked for a tow chain rated 6000+ lbs tension strength and was told that the Stihl guy was not in to cut the link for me. Then I asked for a oil wrench and was told they never order them and dont have any.. couple days later I found where the stock pile was right behind where I was standing and talking with an employee literally out on display... Thats both our bad. I then again went to find a dc converter to splice wire from battery source to plug in.. again did not have the item and never order it. All in all if you are looking for a basic chore to be done and not a specialized request then this is your shop.

Great Hardware Store -ACE is the place with the helpful hardware folks - holds true for this store. Everyone here was very helpful. The store is clean, organized and well stocked. Plenty of parking in this shopping center and easy access to the store.

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. We had a faulty ACE branded surge protector. All of the lights worked, but the outlets did not. We took it back and they switched it out for a new one. Appreciate the helpful staff and service.

The so called manager names Logan has a real attitude problem. I tried to return a “lifetime warranty ace product” that didn’t work and Logan’s attitude was buy a new one or leave now. Then he proceeded to say that I was switching boxes on what I was trying to get an exchange on. I was confused and annoyed with the whole experience. Called corporate and they were on my corner but Logan the so called manager wasn’t hearing it. Ace hardware stores are independently owned and operated and he wasn’t obliged to honor any returns or warranty. Also was made to feel like I was trying to pull a fast one on them. ZERO PEOPLE SKILLS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Go to Lowe’s or home depot and save yourself the headache.

The Ace people are always the best. Very friendly and they go above and beyond to assist. The assistant manager approved a non sale item that I was looking for. The ad showed it on sale but the register showed a different price.

Everything seems like its organized but cramped into this little space.. I ask a gentlemen for help with reference to wood stains, he looked at me with a smile and left. I wondered around aimlessly and then I left. I came to this location thinking it had the some of the same products as the one one Narcoossee, I was wrong.

This place is really clean place. cashiers are very nice and polite and I 100% recommended places youll find everything you need if you never enter Ace hardware store. A customer for life

I went online to order some products. On the website I selected the S. Orange store, you know, the one on S. Orange? I went there to pick up the product and was told I had ordered them from the SOBT store. We all know that will take an hour to get there half of the time, but before I could get mad about the website, Jake came to my rescue. It was like one of their commercials. He was able to allow me to pick up the products in his store and have the SOBT count the sale as completed. So Jake really is a helpful hardware man who can make the customer feel pampered...and maybe save your day too.

I love this location. They always know the name if what Im looking for and have helped head off a few WD-40 related disasters. I didnt even know penetrating oil existed.

ACE REALLY is the PLACE. Once again shopping at my local Ace Hardware was a pleasure. Amit, the Store Manager and all the associates are always so friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I thought as I drove home how people often seem to post complaints when they receive bad service but good service should be acknowledged as well. The store is small but well stocked and a pleasure to shop at. Thanks to you all for your great service!

Went to return a simple ladder I bought yesterday. Emitt the store manager and Logan were not helpful at all. They claim the ladder is beat up because it has a little dust or dirt which I said I would more than happy to wipe it down. I only ask 2 exchange the ladder not a refund. After asking them to show me there return policies they wouldn’t, I was told to look at the receipt which said nothing about returns. So they said to call corporate. Unprofessional!!!!!!!

Victor was a great help. He went above and beyond to help me. He took time to help me find what I was looking for and even went outside to help me put the zip ties on my car. He deserves a raise! Great customer service! Thank you Victor!!

Ace hardware is always busy but they do have great staff at this store

I want to give a big shout out to Amit and Beth the are wonderful people and very friendly and helpful. We have been looking for a Stihl product and both Amit and Beth went above and beyond to help us locate the product we needed. I will always call on them for help when I am in need of Stihl products.

Basic customer service skills a lot of people lack. I came into the store I got a few things I checked out I rented a vacuum. The lady who handled me at the register through my receipt onto the counter did not hand it to me. Did not bag my items I purchased. I bagged them myself. And the vacuum that I rented she failed to explain how to use it. She didnt even telling me I had to clean it out to get my deposit back. Smh 👏 😮 PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF

I use them almost weekly. My last trip I bought a pickup full of bags of mulch for the yard. Their price was substantially lower than Lowes. I get better service from Ace staff and dont have to wait.

Absolutely LOVE this store! I could spend hours just looking around. The staff is always super duper friendly and there is always several people walking around asking if you need help finding anything, in which is refreshing. The only down side is when you go to check out. Theres never enough cashiers and you tend to wait in line more than what I would consider to be an acceptable amount of time.

Very disappointed with the staff in this store. Drove here to get shiners (live bait) to take my son fishing on Fathers day & as Im pulling up the staff is bringing everything inside. Now its exactly 6pm... not 6:01, not 6:03. They tell me the registers are already counted and put away and they cant sell me the bait.The attitude and condescending tone the staff had when delivering that canned sorry excuse of why they cant do their job shows me what kind of business this is. I get it... closes @ 6pm. But a little compassion goes a long way, and instead of a 1 star review it could have been a 5 star review for taking an extra minute, and making the customer feel appreciated.Personally, I dont care to come back here. Ive already reached out to a friend that knows Thomas (Tooltime) & let him know about the horrible experience I had. Lake Nona is a little bit further of a drive, but I would rather give that Ace Hardware my business than to come back to this store.Hopefully the owner reads this and has a conversation with his staff, because theyre costing him $ and future business. Im all about supporting local small business, but they have to earn it & deserve it too. Unfortunately this one falls short...

Customer service disappoints me lately. I have been waiting on an out of stock pool item I prepaid for. I understand there are supply issues but they have advertised the same product almost monthly. Supposedly item is now in stock and have asked them to set one aside for me. By the way I prepaid for this and thought there would have been a little more effort to contact me. I am only aware of the current availability because of my own efforts, not theirs. :(

I hate the big box stores, poor help, never have what I want and your left feeling like they dont care about helping you complete your project. At ACE Im welcomed when I walk in, always asked if I need assistance, if some doesnt know the answer they will find someone who does. They just about always have what I want including hard to find hardware and their prices are reasonable. They appear to treat their employees very well which I value. I would rather spend my money with a great local company than a less than mediocre national corporation. If I cant find it at ACE, which is very rare, I dreed the thought of having to go to a big box stores.

My last few visits have 5 star. Inventory was good service was as well.

Outstanding. Anna was able to cut a key for my 06 Tacoma without using a coded chip. I took a chance hoping it might work with it being on the same key ring with the factory key and it worked. Saving me good amount of money. Thank you.

Conway ace is large and Im driving the 10 minutes to utilize this location rather than the downtown one because the service isnt as friendly or professional at that orange ave location.

So convenient, everyone is always helpful and they always have what Im looking for!!

The staff here is excellent. Things were chaos for the hurricane prep and they kept things moving despite long hours and a line of people outside (some rude). Great service while we got a generator and chainsaw for the storm.

This store cares everything you need. Its much closer than driving to a large box home improvement store

I purchased a lawn hose that had a price of 29.99 but it rang up as 59.99 at the cashier. The manager walked back with me and honored the lower price because the items were not priced in the proper place. I really appreciated Julie for that.

My husband called the store to see if they had a certain item, the man he talked to said they did not have it. So, he went to the store and guess what he found the item!!!!Lazy customer service.....Not just 1 but 40 of them.

Price Gouging! Taking advantage of Hurricane Dorian due to possible hit Florida. I went to the Orange Ave location in Orlando Florida. I am disappointed and outraged. I asked how much was a 4 pack C cell batteries by Duracell and Energizer she said it will give you a price at the register. Those batteries were $14 for a 4 pack. Outrageous! Wow! Im contacting the news about this. Ace has seen the last of me.

Wanted to thank the staff at this ace! They are working long hours and they are still in a good mood and happy to help! Special shout out to Roberto(I think his name is, he seemed to have blue/gray eyes and really curly hair and thin and tall) he was incredible helpful in knowledgeable about where everything was it made it super easy to get my last minute hurricane supplies! But overall every one did a great a job by getting the line moving and the cash register people were quick about checking every one out quickly

Had trouble fitting my new tv on my old wall mount. Roberto helped me find the right parts and drilled out the old wall mount so the new tv would fit. Bottom line, I didnt have to purchase a new wall mount. Im very happy with the service I received at this ACE store.

This location has very helpful staff. You can get most anything you need here. They are very knowledgeable when you are saying what you want to do but dont know what you need or directions on hiw to do it!
