Excited that I found a lids in the airport, very excited that I found a hat I really liked that was a non local team. Unfortunately one of the staff did not want to be at work. Guy with curly hair hat and glasses answered multiple questions with one word answers and walking away. He made it known he did not want to speak to us. He had the ability to make our day instead he chose to do the opposite.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Huge thank you to Crystal for the stitching ideas on my hat and Yasmeen! It came out great! Everyone always asks me where I got my hat or how I got such a cool design! And it was all thanks to those ladies! Who would have thought I’d get my own unique hat in an airport!

Wow, great customer service. The managers are very nice and respectful. They have helped me out with picking the best hats and the stores hat has good prices. I was able to get a nice jersey for my little brother. 10/10 store and would recommend to others.

Terrible customer service by the store manager in this location, refused to let me use my brother in laws employee discount saying that we were not related and didn’t seem to care at all. Needs new management pronto!!

The staff was awesome, and the selection was great. The items were a bit overpriced--I guess thats the airport convenience fee, but whatever, I knew what I was getting into when shopping in an airport shop. Those things are not the reason for my poor review. The reason for tthe poor review is because the hat I bought (a 47 brand hat) was defective. It was made lopsided!! Unfortunately I did not notice this until I was home from my trip. Selling defective goods is not cool--especially to customers that will not be back to return them. Or... maybe thats the idea... Hmmm....

Over priced over priced over priced and some of the worst coustomer service I have hade in a long time. All they cared about was up sell and when you didn’t buy any extras I was treated like I didn’t trash
