There is a young girl wth wavy brown hair long that definitely need Customer Service Training just simply Nasty Attitude. We had a Hat Customized and she seams to had a Probleme with how we liked to have it. Unfortunately I would never go back

AWFULL CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! ZERO STARS!!We tried to take a look some options and didn’t know that was a restrict area. The attendant Maria ( told us that she was the owner) was TOTALLY RUDE!Will never see my money again.I will tell my story to everyone that I know.

Great service and amazing staff!!! Only thing is that I thought I was going into a hat shack and its actually a lids store. Thankfully I was able to find the jersey I wanted. But in my opinion the name should be updated in the internet. Still a great place to shop at. Will be coming back to LIDS!!

I went to go get an order from online with my husband and the lady that attended us gave us a hard look and had no customer service at all, I currently work as a customer service representative and have been in that line of business for years now and she clearly has no idea what it means to make the customer happy. We didnt get no hello no how can I help you nothing at all very horrible customer service there was just one guy that was nice to us thats it so I suggest did that lady get some customer service classes she kind of look like the manager too so its really embarrassing if she is the manager and has poor customer service
