The people there are nice. The prices are on the lower end. Dont go here if youre looking for something nice, but of you just need a limited use tool, this is a great place to go.

Ive been coming to harbor freight for about 10 years now since it open. And the people there are very helpful very kind. And theyre always willing to ask if you need anything. Its not just about trying to get you in and out of the store. I believe its just to make sure you find what youre looking for and if you have any questions theyre there to help. Thats what I like about coming here. I get what I need. And Im on my way. With the economy the way it is I hope they never go out of business because we need stores like this with good people that they employ. Thank you Harbor Freight. Decent prices on varied tools. Not name brand items, probably good not superior quality. If you want a tool for something you do occasionally this is the place. For daily hard use tools, this may not be your store. Staff is helpful and friendly. They also sell greenhouse kits. They have them in store for easy pickup. They have several sizes and price ranges. Ive included a couple examples.

Unfortunately i cannot rate with zero star.I bought a wheel for a garbage cart, but the size was wrong, I went to the store to change it for another one of the correct size. but unfortunately I was without the receipt.the cashier didnt even listen to me and immediately said that without the receipt they cant do anything.I said that the wheel would not serve me and she told me that nothing could be done.In conclusion, I threw the wheels in the stores own trash and went looking for the right size to buy, but they didnt have one.the manager noticed that i was upset about the situation but still did nothing.I will never enter this store again. shoddy tools and rude staff who dont care about customers.

Great store. Helpful, adequate staff in store, clean, organized, minimal items out of stock compared to other local Harbor Freights. My new go to location now that Ive moved to Orlando.

This store has a wide selection of tools and gaggets. Most of the products are made in China and faulty. But the return policy is decent. We went through 3 generators before one ran more than four hours. Ive found most of the tools break easily.

This is not my usual Harbor Freight. I was out of town I needed a tool that my local Harbor Freight did not have. I stopped in here to pick it up. The employees were very friendly. This is a good Harbor Freight.

Tom and Debi are horrible managers. Promote the female cashiers and fire management!!!Cant perform simple exchanges for customers. Openly having communications on their headsets on how to avoid customer exchanges when customers have driven hrs as a recommendation from partner stores.Even the partner stores recommended filing a complaint with corporate!

Always find what I need and sometimes things I didnt know they had

Lazy staff. Asking them to search for an item that is clearly stated as available on the tag in the isle and online is almost impossible. You have to ask multiple people before you find someone that will check.

Awful customer service and awful store. Dont come here it is honestly so worth paying more and shopping at a company that will back its products up.

They have various levels of quality in the good, better, best frame. Good quality storage, many, many power tools from low quality to mid level prosumer grade. Some excellent hand tools (Icon) but alwaya great prices. Get clamps for a few dollars that are quite useful. They also make really good machinery (really good generators, according to some tool reviews). They dont carry most popular brands because they generally make their own tools (contracted oem).

Wide variety of tools, not bad quality, and inexpensive enough for most that replacing something doesnt kill your wallet

Harbor Freight is a good place for economically priced tools, this location is a little on the ghetto side though. The staff are knowledgeable and they had almost everything I needed in stock. I use their air tools just about everyday and they last for years and years

I buy my some tools from harbor cause they are good prices but on Monday afternoon my jack stop working on me. mind you I am not from the state of Florida I am from nyc this manager from this particular store seen me rolling my car jack and told me you don’t have a receipt I can’t help you I never never had this situation I told her I am not from Florida I have one at home she didn’t care. how I go next morning to a different location and they help me whit no problem. The manager that evening was the worse I ask her for her name she told me why lol you need more people training

They will look up an item and tell me thry should have it I say it isnt on the shelf, they say then they must not have it.Not worth saving money if they never have anything and I have to make a new plan. Clean store and organized merchandise. Easy to find if ya know what to look for. If not the customer service is impeccable. All employees are well aware of the merchandise and where its located. Great prices and deals alone but with coupons its even better. Its a good place to shop for hardware or simple home repair items.

Harbor Freight is a great place for hardware and so much more. Visit today was just before hurricane and the woman manager was great answering questions, telling where things were. Everyone there is always nice especially today. Lucky its nearby.

I have gotten in the past screwdriver sets, tarps, flashlights, tape measures, and magnetic bowls among other things. Tools are good quality at a very good price. Nice place to shop and they have more than just tools. I go there any chance I get.

Harbor freight is great. The problem are the people. I needed a big strong wrench to get a hitch ball loose. THE MANAGER, just showed me the crescent wrench section, and gfs said thats all he had, pointing towards the section, and talking to another customer at the same time. He immediately left me dangling. I left the store without purchasing anything. Really disappointed at the level of service.Before leaving in my car, a man pulls up and parks besides me. I noticed ghee had a hitch ball. So I stopped, got out of the car and asked him where can I find a place that sells tools big enough to loosen my hitch ball. Amazingly, the guy says right here in harbor freight. Come with me, Ill show you. And he was right. The tool was in the back of the store.The point here is that the manager didnt want to help and didnt know. How can that man be a manager of a store?

Really great prices on tools and more! People bash there tools sometimes. Purchased my paint spray rig there 7 years ago.... still humming! 😀 Some things I wont buy again, returned it!!They stand behind their product line..... (word of warning!! Hold tight to that receipt.. with out it.. money down the drain! ☹)Really cant go to wrong, outside of a lost reciept!!Dont use there masking tape out doors ...falls right off in no time.. 🤔....but then again !! we are in Florida!! Humid!! Great inside! Lol

The discounts and free merchandise they offer are the best deal! I’m an avid do it yourselfer and they have the best deals on tools, and their warranties are mostly lifetime.

You get everything you need. I have even more or cheaper than on the internet. For the electronic you can pay an additional guarantee. Not everything is of high quality but at least 90% is very reasonable and of good quality. Its my favorite store.
