The hot food is decent but overpriced for the portions but taste good the issue is Ive noticed they deal with other Hispanics and Spanish people one way and then deal with us blacks another they will skip you and they will charge you a different price I seen it they charge me one price for the goat and then charged some Hispanic guy $2 less. For the same meal..One of their workers recently posted a plate of oxtails and rice 🤣 they forgot to tell you that plate cost $18 now does it still look worth it

I love this store because they are very kind and polite. If I cant find anything someone always come and help me and if I cant reach everything someone is always there to help me.

The prepared hot food is delicious BUT the Spanish people stick together. Especially if there is a Black person next in line. Theyre skipped and the next Spanish person is served.

Store is jam packed with caribbean and hispanic products - meat, produce, grocery. Some items can be purchased by the case. They also have hot food for sale that looked fresh and delicious.Service was friendly. Check out location is too close for adequate social distancing. I was asked for my ID for credit card purchase - before I swiped my card. Minor inconvenience but annoying nonetheless.

I very much disliked the way the store Manager approached a situation with an angry customer who claimed he was next in the line but the serving lady took someone else instead. Dear Manager, remember that the customer is always right You didnt have to kick the guy out like an animal. Please learn some leadership techniques.In relation to the food, the portion sizes are very small for the price but the taste is ok. However, I will not comeback to that place.

So I am walking in to the store one day. I saw the guy corraling the carts. He sees 2 bags with something in it in 1 of the carts. I get inside and order some food. This same guy comes in and tells the chef in spanish that he found these bags of patties outside in the cart. She takes the bags from him and puts them in a plastic bag and moves it to the side as she finishes up my order.I was a bit confused to why this man brought the food back in and gave it to the chef and even more confused to why she put the patties in a bag. So I got my food and decided to shop.....but I was spying as to find out what the outcome will be. She took them out of the bag and proceeded to place them back with the other patties. I told her she was wrong for doing that and refunded my money and left. I will bot be back.

The food to take out, is absolutely WONDERFUL, BEST EVER OXTAIL, GOAT, CHICKEN. I made special trip to this establishment, just for the food. My boyfriend had taken me here before, got food to go......ive never forgotten it, so i came back! Super delicious!

Its ok...butchers in meat section could de better speakers of English language and stop interacting umongst themselves and concentrate on customers needs. Prices were fair at butchers meat section...this will be my third time going because love size of turkey wings especially tips and love the way they cut beef short ribs for you

Good quality meat especially the oxtails which is the one I love. You get to choose the piece of meat that you want the butchers to cut. They even take the time to make sure that they cut it the way you want it. Tipping is always a pleasure too. Thank you guys. Good job.

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Horrible customer service! Staff was terrible but even the store manager had no customer service! Bathrooms were filthy. The meat section stunk. The Prepared Food section employees were coughing and sneezing on the food. I saw an employee picking his nose just before handling a customer lunch order. I complained to the manager and instead of correcting the employees action, he said you dont have to buy our food, get out The prices are high and they seem to think customers need them more than they need the customers. Their selection of groceries and food arent that great.They are Hispanic not Caribbean! What a rip off of the Caribbean! Id recommend the other Caribbean Store not far from there.

This market is in an idea location and has parking for your vehicle which is easy tp get in and out. The selection of product is upscaled and creative for a wonderful Caribbean experience. Stop by, the atmosphere and experience is great.

So disappointedI drove 25 mnPaid 3$ tollI got there 5 guys behind the meat cutting counter noone had the common sense to tell me and the other 2 ladies in line they were close . All fives staring at us speakin loudly to each other . We were not invisible . Wasting 10 mn standing to be told oh we done . So unprofessional . What was so hard to doEither let us know from the begening or serves us three who been standing there before the cut off time
