Let me tell you, I went here for a small glass for my coffee table, but the service was big, my name is difficult to say and I was call by my name immediately, I was advised the glass was going to be in today, when I call the lady ( I am sorry didnt ask her name) was very professional and polite, she went to my car and place the glass there and made sure was safe. I recommend this place and definitely will come back

Maybe the worst experience I have had with a small local business. Me and my friend walked in here to get a piece of glass cut for a broken window, The lady at the desk looked at us stupid and finally asked if we needed something. She had a attitude the whole time for no reason we were super polite and nice, We noticed rude signs everywhere saying We have the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime, Wow this is a glass company right not a bar? Another sign read If you want to talk on your cell phone dont do it in our office, Wow, Rude much? After we got our glass she just handed it to us with no paper wrapping or nothing,. I asked if she could wrap it so it wouldnt get broke she told us its our problem. Imagine going to wal mart buying stuff and them telling you its your job to bring the bags lol. Will never do business here again.
