We were in the middle of a move and accidentally broke a window. It needed to be repaired quickly before leaving the unit. I called 5 different companies before finding Nona Glass. Each one said they couldn’t make it out until the following month and another flat out said they don’t do small jobs like window repair. Nona Glass connected with me over the phone and text immediately, quoted the work and gave me an appointment for the very next day. They were in our home at 9am and were done before 10am. Weve called upon ACE Glass two times.The first time, our neighbors Realtor accidentally smashed a street level window and gleefully said Dont worry, Ill pay for it as he drove off. Save that for another review.ACE had me provide measurements and a picture over the phone and then Wendy went away for 10 minutes before calling me back to say well have someone there by 5pm. The window was removed, repaired, replaced and the job cleaned up before our tenant ever got home. Price never seems reasonable for any of these type of emergency repairs, but not outrageous.This morning, someone tried to break into our garage via the window. I called ACE and they quickly told me they didnt think they had the material in stock, but--get this--referred to another place that would. Im very happy with ACE and Wendy is super sweet.

I haven’t even had the service just an estimate. It’s like pulling teeth to get the lady that answers the phone to understand 2 simple request.. Worries me about moving forward. Communication is horrible

This company is awesome! They did an amazing job and days quicker than any other company. The techs were professional and courteous and delivered a quality product. They were always on time and true to their word. I would highly recommend them.

I called and asked for a quote for new windows on my house and they told me to buy the windows and get permits and then they will install it. Also when the lady answered the phone all she said was “hello...” as if it’s not even a real business line. Beware. If you pull the permit you are responsible, not the installer.

I am so pleased with the work replacing the glass to my french door though was shattered from a break in to my home. The workers were prepared and polite, respectful, courteous, friendly, timely and clean. Maria in customer service was most kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Im in the process of connecting Nona Glass again and Ive already made a referral.

Outstanding quality and amazing service -For months i’ve been searching for a reliable glass company and decided to contact Nona Glass due to the great reviews I read online. I called in and provided the measurements for two glass shelves. I expected to drive to the shop, pay for them and to come back to pick them up. Instead I was greeted by the nicest young man, Richard, and to my surprise the glass shelves were ready to take with me.The prize was reasonable - definitely my new to go glass company.

One of our windows got shattered on a Sunday evening and they were extremely quick to respond! Extremely friendly staff, skilled workers, and all at a great price, even though it was well into the evening when they responded! Highly recommend for any glass repair needs!

They charged too much plus the quality of work is very, very poor.. First time, they deliver my wall mirror, they broke the mirror so they replaced it. 2nd time, they were scratches on the mirror. I was hoping that they will replace it but they said that they cannot do anything but to offer me $50 discount. At this point, I got so frustated and decided that its not even worth arguing with them because I know it wont go anywhere. Hiring this company is a waste of money & time.
