This place has helped me considerably throughout the last few years. Any job I need done, they have come through, no problem. I even needed a 6 round, 1/4 thick piece of glass and they cut it perfectly. Ordering a custom picture frame from a frame shop cost a fortune so I make my own and go here to cut my glass. Huge cost savings. They are in a convenient location by I-4 and I think their prices have been reasonable. Any glass job I need, it will only be done here. I kind of wish the front staff would be just a little friendlier but they have a lot on their mind with orders so that wont stop me from using their services.

I ordered a glass, they told me because it was Custom Order it was more expensive, I had to pay it in cash and it would take two (2) weeks maximum, it should be ready on 08/13/2021 and it did not happen.On 08/16/2021 I contacted the office and that was when they told me that they had to wait two more weeks that my glass was not ready. My client does not want to wait any longer and does not want the glass, I contacted them to let them know and cancel the order. It is then now that they indicate that a machine was broken (they never notified me), that they will not return my money, but they will not deliver my glass, until they want.I asked to speak to someone else and they tell me that the owner is in the offices from 6pm, but the offices close at 5pm.They do not comply with the agreement, they do not notify anything at any time, they do not return my money and they do not deliver my glass. How is this called?

We have ordered glass to protect interior tabletops twice from Continental. Prices always very reasonable, quick service, quality great. Wilson was very helpful in figuring out what we needed, his customer service is wonderful, and he is just a delight! Thank you!

Very poor and unprofessional service.I was yelled and cursed at by there sales associate for there own miscommunication and disorganization. They’re very disrespectful andthe delivery service is horrible too. I wasn’t there when they delivered the glass but my two workers that’s been with my company for 20+ years were there and there’s cameras in the house showing they did not install the glass. I’m active duty military and I don’t have time for the games, disrespect, to be yelled at and called a liar. I was in there store at the time of the delivery to place a $10,000+ order. They even threatened to go back to the house and take the glass away that I paid for. I do a ton of new construction, renovations, and property management in Orlando and I’ll be sure everyone I work with dose not support there business.

Prompt, excellent service! Our sliding door now operates like new. Continental also replaced a cloudy glass panel eight years ago.

I have been using Continental Glass for over 20 years, and Ive only had one issue with them, which they quickly took care of when I brought it to their attention. They are a great place to go for glass, mirrors, screens, windows and parts. The guys in the office are very knowledgeable and helpful, and they always take care of me.

This place is fantastic to do business with, they cut a very large peice of glass for our marble dining room table and a price that very reasonable and had it ready when promised, the glass was cut and polished around the edges perfectly, top notch job ! Make sure you ask for Wilson he will treat you right!

Location is easy to get to from I-4. The price was great $20 replacing frame and window screen. The customer service can use improvement. I waited 20 minutes to eventually be asked did you need something?

Rudest people we have ever dealt with! The man who finally answered the phone said “ what cha want?” Then when we told him our situation he snarled ” send me a picture and I’ll get back with you. “. We did and we never had the courtesy of a response. Ridiculous!

We called Continental to repair 3 windows and our sliding glass door. They were very prompt and professional on the phone and got us scheduled as soon as possible. The technician, Billy, coordinated his arrival very well. Once he arrived, he respected social distancing and was very professional. We are VERY happy with the work that was done, the time it took and the price. We will use them for any of our future Windows and Glass needs! They are a stellar small business that has earned us as lifetime customers and I would gladly refer them.

Called Continental 5 months ago for a quote for our retail store front glass replacement. They came out in a timely manner and took measurements and said they would send the quote to us within a few days. Waited 2 weeks and called to ask for the quote. Left a message with the front desk and never received a call back. 2 more weeks go by and I call again and was told that the commercial department would call us right back, again NO communication at all. Month goes by and I call for the last and final time and reassured they would get the quote out to us so we can move forward. Still today we have had ZERO communication with them or a quote. Do not waste your time with Continental

I got a piece of glass from here. They have a strict no drugs policy for the employees which I think is great. Cant imagine trying to cut glass high AF and having all these glass orders the wrong sizes would fly. Might want to take a look at the guy doing the yardwork though. The weedwacker wound up in the pond again.

I ordered glass for my table top 1 month ago. Up to this point, I have not heard anything from them. I try to call them many times but they do not pick up the phone.

I walked up and was greeted by a guy who was unwilling to speak to me about purchasing glass for my office. I was looking for advice and suggestions and he did not seem at all interested in helping. I quickly left.Edit (a year later): In response to the owner. Of course you dont have a record of me. I couldnt get any help. And you are just now (over a year later) responding to my review. If that isnt an indicator of your operation, I dont know what is.

Terrible company. Installed wrong type of glass at my house that doesnt match. Tint company and another glass company verified this error on Continentals part and they refuse to fix. Note, they made this mistake after coming to my house on 3 different visits to measure, and see what type of glass I had.Update: In reading the response it took the owner 3 months to write, it is unfortunate it is so highly defensive and combative vs. productive to work with a customer to fix a mistake. Mistakes do happen, and this is something that can certainly be looked past if a company is willing to fix it, but the constant denial and defensiveness of the owner is truly unfortunate.

I looked up Continental on the internet and then I called and spoke with Wilson who was truly outstanding and professional about my glass needs. I was so impressed that I drove an hour to the company and dropped off my broken glass and paid my bill. About a week later the company who manufactured my furniture from which the glass was broken in, sent a replacement glass out of the blue, after they had told me they could not.I called Wilson back and told him my dilemma and he was able to stop my order and refund my money back. Wilson was the same as when I first talked to him professional and has a “Can Do Attitude” which is very lost in today’s environment. Great Company. I called Continental glass to replace some glass in our windows and to fix two sliding glass doors we could barely open. They sent someone the next day and the guy that did the work did a great job. He replaced the glass and repaired both of our doors. The glass looks good and the doors open with ease now. I highly recommend them.

Replaced the glass on 3 picture windows. Competitive estimate, scheduled the work and the technicians arrived on time. The warranty is for one year. They require full payment upfront because the glass is cut to customers specific needs. They did not accept partial payment upfront.

Continental Windows and Glass were great. I needed a sliding glass door repaired and they did it quickly and at a high level of quality. Wilson was extremely attentive throughout the whole process. The work was at a rental property and they were very accommodating around my and my tenants schedule.

I had a large mirror shipped from overseas with one of the airlines. I was so upset because the glass inside broke. It was an antique and didnt know what to tell my wife .It was for her . I went online looking for a place that would restore my piece. I called different places and they all gave me outrageous prices. These people must not need business because they dont return any phone calls. Was told twice the commercial dept. would call me, but no calls. I have been 3 weeks waiting since my first call to them. The prior reviews are correct. No customer service.

Tried contacting them many times to speak to someone about a job. Was unable to get any assistance until my husband called. My husband was also not pleased with their customer service so we will be contacting another glass company, hopefully another company who appreciates our business.

Absolutely Horrendous customer service. Wilson who works for this shop is the only man I have spoke to on the phone and over email. I originally called and asked him to schedule an appointment with one of our tenants as she needed two old windows replaced because the locking was no longer working on them. He asked me to email the information over to including pictures of the windows because apparently they couldnt go look at them themselves. After I got all of this information over to him which was on October 3rd I didnt hear back from him for 2 days at which point I call the shop again and he said he would be sending over a Credit Card authorization form which I received. Another 4 days had gone by and the tenant called me saying she had not heard from the shop so again I emailed Wilson on the 8th and 9th and never heard anything back. I AGAIN! called the shop and explained to him that if there company didnt want the work that was fine I would go else where and he assured me that he would be taking care of it. On the 15th the tenant once again reached out to me saying that know one had called of course. For what seemed to be the 100th time I called the shop and spoke to Wilson who at this time acted like he had no idea what I was talking about AFTER SPEAKING TO HIM FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS ABOUT THE SAME JOB! He recollected the the information from me but at this point I was over the customer service every time I spoke to this man he acted like he was being bothered by some one calling and asking for service and was just right out rude after I tried to ask why this issue had not be taken care of after it being 2 weeks since the original request was made. I asked him to have the owner call me in regards to this issue. Wilson said he would figure out what was going on and have the owner call me. Well could you imagine it is now the 18th never heard from the owner and still our tenant is telling me that the windows have still not been taken care of.

They said they would have my piece of glass ready that afternoon and it still wasnt ready by the next morning. They wouldnt offer to wave the delivering fee or even knock the price. Very frustrating ordeal.

Absolute worst customer service. The people at the desk were very rude and you would think they dont know what a smile is. They didnt seem like they wanted to be there at all, didnt smile once and put you on hold every single time you call and have horrible manners. I had to spend 30 minutes scrubbing the paint off the glass when I got home. I would never go back.

Scheduled a repair to be made for the following day. I asked for an approximate time that the repair would be made and was told I would receive a call first thing in the morning. Never received a call, so I called the shop at 9:30 to ask about schedule. They said I wasnt on the schedule anymore and it wouldnt be done until the following day now. Terrible company.

Worst company to have as a vendor, they have always an excuse for every mistake they do, customer service is horrible, they never keep teach of orders or billing, never have parts in stock, we switch to another company and the repair was done next day with no issues, after waiting for month and half for this company to do it, oh and actually better prices, so I wouldnt recommend this company to nobody.
