Had a wonderful experience at this location. I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman who helped me. Johnny? I’m sorry I don’t remember. He was phenomenal! They were incredibly busy but my appointment went faster than I had anticipated and I was able to resolve technical issues with minimal hassle. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Top talent indeed! Thank you.

Nice Apple store experience, but it seems too busy. I had trouble hearing the employees. There’s no need to discuss the experience beyond that because Apple is very consistent.Ordinarily I would not review a place I haven’t visited multiple times, but I probably won’t need to visit an Apple store multiple times throughout the year.

Had a very horrible experience with Manager at the Florida Mall. Managers are supposed to go above and beyond he was very nonchalant and displayed little empathy to our situation. I will be calling corporate. My son’s 16th birthday approaching and had the worst experience at the store. Thank goodness for another employee stepping in to smooth things over.

I had a problem with my Iphone that cannot be fixed at Sprint/T-Mobile, were I bought it. So my option is to go to the ONLY Apple store in the Orlando area than can fix it, this mall location.I was told the wait time was 2 to 3 hours in a line corralled in the mail hallway (during a pandemic, seriously) or get an appointment for next week, but the people giving the information were so rude that I just may go back to an Android phone. This way, Im not stuck with having to bring it to a specific location if I have an issue.The person I talked with literally said, look, you can either wait in line or try your luck getting an appointment in 2 weeks. I truly wish I could have recorded the conversation, just to prove how rude they both were, and I hadnt said or done anything to provoke that level discuss.If I cant resolve this problem, Im forced to reactivate my old Android phone for cell service.

Was looking to buy an apple pencil for the new iPad I had recently purchased, and decided since I was already in the mall to go ahead and buy it in store. Used the online ordering, and was able to pick up 30 minutes before my window! The gentleman who helped me get my pencil was very helpful and I wish I had got his name because he definitely deserved a raise. Even showed me a few tricks I could do I hadn’t seen online. Great experience over all 👍

Great experience, great service, smart social distancing and clear processes.I went to this location with an appointment. My only complaint was that the wait was four days from appointment booking to first availability. That’s not a criticism of this location though- it’s just a hard time with COVID. I had a great experience with Andrew, and another fellow (I think his name was Christian). Everything was immaculate and on brand for Apple. Polite staff, good service and my issue was resolved.

The worst customer service ever experienced with Apple! I went to the store to repair my iPhone. The genius was rude, unprofessional and impatient!!! He was not interested in understanding my questions, nor was he interested in giving me more information about possible solutions. He was also SO ARROGANT and IMPATIENT that he made me feel that he cant wait to kick me out of his store and he simply cant bear one more minute seeing me there. Well, I wasnt interested in seeing him either but unfortunately I had problems with my iPhone. I trust Steve Jobs would roll over his grave if he saw his brand was providing such crapy services!!!

Great store and a lot of fun with really knowledgeable staff. The usual activity with crowds of people playing with the equipment. So crowded it was difficult to get to the gadgets.Might be a good idea to enlarge the store to enable more people to get to the products.

I was experiencing rattling in one of my airpod pros - this was a common issue among some of the first pros in production (mine were purchased dec 2019). scheduled a service and was seen in a timely manner. clifford helped me out and explained the process of testing the airpods to see if they could be replaced. ended up getting both replaced for free as they were faulty. s/o clifford.

Had appointment and was earlyReal early ( Hr drive one way ) so they pushed me up and got me out with a new pencil before my schedule appointment very happy with the stores help and the people there were very nice and helpful .I will say having to go to a apple store (only found in 3 malls ) was a pain in my rear end and think they need more locations or they should allow stores that sell apple products should also be allowed to give replacements for bad apple products my opinion of course.

Said my 3 year old iPad pro can not be repaired. First he said the charging port was bad, than he said it could also be the motherboard. So is it the port or the motherboard. Totally two different problems. THE BOTTOM LINE IS, HE DOESNT KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS BUT JUST BUY A NEW ONE THAT WILL FIX THE PROBLEM. So we the consumers have to buy a brand new iPad pro every 3 years. How about I just replace it with Samsung tablets or Microsoft Surface and I wont have to replace every 3 years. Steve Jobs is gone and Apple is going out. Apple hasnt came out with anything new since Steve ⚰.

REMOVE THOSE STICKERS!Great and not so great customer serviceWe took our computer to the Apple store to be fixed. The first person at the Genius Bar was very nice but he neglected to tell us that the screen was going to be tossed. We had a variety of stickers commemorating a lot of travel attached to the back of the screen, and would’ve taken the time to remove them if they had told us the whole part was going to be thrown away. Which it was. When we called to ask about it, the representative at the store who answered the phone blamed it on a vendor, blamed it on us, and didn’t apologize until I said “all you could have done, instead of blaming others, Is say sorry.” She said then rudely “ok, I said I’m sorry. “ She said they are just too busy to pay attention to details. Basically she could’ve just said she was really sorry and that would’ve been that, but the demeanor of being “too busy to pay attention to details” is not what the “genius bar “should be known for.

Came in with a scheduled appointment. Had bad experience at other apple store. Clifford had help with bad battery. And replace my daughter iPad that had no power and forgot her password. Clifford assisted me with the password recovery. Clifford was extremely patient, courteous helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you again Clifford.

Manager is Rude and Condescending. Terrible customer service, only interested in selling you an upgrade instead of fixing the device you already have. Made an appointment, waited 30 minutes in the appointment line to be told the solution to my technical problem is just to subscribe to apple music. Not great from a guy whos shirt says Genius. Lady manager was equally useless and condescending. Steve Jobs is looking up from his perch next to lucifer and he aint happy.

It was the first day the new iPhones came to the store. There were lines of people waiting for there appointments. It was well organized. It was very busy yet they had enough employees to help you with all your questions. I had an awesome day there and got my new phone.

Was super easy to make an appointment. Was taken care of quickly even though there was a million people up in there. Have only had an iPhone for two weeks and the issue I was having was taken care of really quickly. Overall I was super pleased with the level of attention and the service I received from every employee that I encountered in this location. Even though it was a 40 minute drive to this location I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. Great job Apple

As with most people on this review page so far the security team out front is very unfriendly and treats everyone poorly. I got to store at 11AM when they opened on a Sunday and asked if I could just wait to see if they had room for me and if not I would leave as I had no appointment and understood that you needed one but was willing to wait a bit to see if morning was slow enough for me to get in. Standing out front with 0 other customers just about 6 security guards getting told I can’t wait to see if they are not busy. I ask for manager and got told no I can’t talk to a manager so I told him I am going to call the store and the security guard went inside and come back out about 5 mins later and told me I could wait in the line and they would assist me. Total disconnect from Apple Store to Security team hired. I was very reasonable and understanding that if they started to get busy I would not be seen and just wanted to wait around for about 20 mins to see if they were able to slide me in which they did because guess what they were not busy yet. Security team is very bad please at least staff an Apple employee outside with them

Went to try and see if my apple watch could be fixed at this store. The sign in front of the store said to go to a website and follow the directions to make an appointment. I was in the process of doing so when Apple Security very rudely asked if we had an appointment, when we said we were making one, we were literally kicked out of line. Apple Security pointed at the sign at a number we could call instead. When I told him that the sign doesn’t say reservations only, he was not having it. I understand the need for an appointment, but the way the sign worded it and the way this was handled was completely unprofessional.

After an appointment, I still waited 20 mins. Its like a zoo in there. To really provide how Apple are. I now want to return the half sized SE (only Apple would chop a phone in half and bezel another half), to cut the price in half. To return, you have to go back to the store. How prehistoric and unhelpful, as I cant get to a store easily as usual. Going to buy a nice Samsung on Amazon as is my MO. Teach me to go in to a store. Now I can concentrate on using Chromecasts over macs in business and promote that practice to others especially big clients. Bitter immature over reaction?, you betcha. Walk in looking to spend $7,000 on a laptop & watch at 5:30pm (store closes at 8:00pm). Was told they’re all booked up... no entries without an appointment. Can clearly see dozens of employees standing around laughing and talking among themselves. Lazy, unfocused & totally taking advantage of the slow ‘social distancing’ trend. My husband is a Frontline worker and his phone stopped working we went to our cell phone provider Verizon they told us to call and go to the Apple store we called Apple support they tried to help us we went to Florida Mall they would not see us I explained to them that my husband staff Frontline workers for covid and that he has to have his phone that its a matter of life and death and they turned us away and would not see us absolutely unacceptable. Absolutely no customer service this was a dire emergency.

Previously I have had an excellent treatment until today ... what happened to GE, this is the name of the security officer, my English is unlimited but the treatment was so unpleasant since I arrived, he did not allow me to explain him, he let me speak Alone then I send another staff that does not speak Spanish, they treated me with kindness and I explain. Horror! 6 security guards at the door. They look/act like X-criminals or Prison Guards. Standing in line waiting to go inside and guard grabbed my upper arm touching my breast and pushed me to stand on the circle. I was so scared wanted to leave. Started to walk away and guard angry told me stay in line! After inside, another angry guard standing in doorway flexing his muscles looking at us while we inside like he going to kill us or lock us inside. NEVER going back to Apple Store.

Let me just say I’m totally understanding with this whole covid situation since I do work in the medical field. I called Apple and in order to go into the store I was told I needed an appointment, not a problem. They transferred me and I was speaking to someone to schedule and I was told that no future reservations were available. So I can’t go into a store for a trade in/purchase without an appointment but I also can’t get an appointment to do so? I had this issue about a month ago also for a different issue and figured they were just that booked up. But a month later no reservations available doesn’t make sense and is a little unacceptable. And yes I know I can do everything online but I wanted to see the new watch and decide on a size, color, etc etc.

Techs are now checking you in outside the store friendly but force you to wear mask if youd like to enter and check temp every time you need to enter. No appointments over the phone however they treat you very kind. Genius knew his stuff their employees are very kind and well trained in apple technology would gave them 5stars but was a hassle to get in the store and make appointments. 4☆They did fix my screen pretty quickly and correctly A+ service all in all!

NOTE: Be sure to call ahead to book an appointment for any service issues...Very well organized considering the volume of traffic! Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Spent nearly an hour helping my sil getting her dead iPad resurrected and doing a complete diagnostic on it. She took advantage of Apples trade in policy and for $100 got a new iPad one generation newer than her old one... Excellent service!

The mall has a couple of staple shops although most stores are either closed or open later then 10am. Mask are to be warn at all times and remember to always sanatize everything you touched or will touch. Mall is supper clean just seems a bit ghost town like thanks to the pandemic.

I drove over an hour to visit the Apple store, came up and told the security guard what I needed asked the security guards if I should be making an appointment or standing in the other line. They said I didn’t need an appointment so I stood in like for over an hour just to be told that I needed an appointment & they wouldn’t be able to do what I needed today since it was too late. Probably wouldn’t have been too late had I not waited in line for over an hour to be told I need an appointment. After expressing that I was upset by what your security guard did, he said oh sorry my bad I did hear you say that. What’s the point of them standing there directing if they are just directing people to do the wrong thing?
