They fit us into their schedule with minimal issue - huge surprise given how hard it is to get just about any trades to get anything done in less than 4 weeks. There were multiple shipping delays with my cabinet company that delayed Stone Spirits work, and they were very understanding and patient with me rescheduling the measurements and installation. We wanted to upgrade our family room entertainment cabinet with a new quartz countertop. Pricing was all over the place and varied by as much as $2000. After visiting four different suppliers we settled on Lowe’s, which used Stone Spirit as their Contractor. Pricing was the lowest we found. There arent enough stars on this review form. The whole process from beginning to end was very pleasant and smooth. Mia was our CSR and she was phenomenal. Excellent communications and very informative. I had to stay within a certain budget and Mia worked to get me as close as possible to the bottom line. We were super impressed with the advanced method used to measure the template, no cardboard or Styrofoam cut outs, but precise laser measurement technology. Our kitchen has some special cuts and niches which could have been challenging, the final product was perfect. The seems are hardly noticeable, I had to use a flashlight to find them as you cant feel them to the touch and due to the exact color match filler to the stone. Delivery of the final product was super quick. The installers were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. To top it all off, the price was unmatched by any other competitor. We chose an expensive quartz and Stone Spirit delivered at much lower price than our other estimates. I highly recommend that you give them a call

We built our custom home earlier this year and worked with many custom vendors and suppliers. Stone Spirit was without question the best vendor I worked with!!We used them to do ALL our indoor kitchen countertops, summer kitchen countertops, custom closet countertops and our custom Kitchen Island counter top (A gorgeous Pegasus Marble slab which Stone Spirit was able to find for me).I worked very closely with Masha and she was beyond helpful, professional and knowledgeable about the material I was looking for and the aesthetic that I wanted for each of the countertops. They were the most competitive company and I had gotten quotes from multiple vendors. Very very impressed with Stone Spirit!!

I absolutely recommend Stone Spirit to anyone who is looking for some great countertops and best prices! We were looking for someone professional and with a lot of experience to make our kitchen dream come true! Our project was pretty unique even for our small kitchen. It had some waterfalls, some 3 inch edges and a piece of stone going into to ceiling. After receiving some outrages quotes from some other fabricators we almost gave up on the ideas we had. I called Stone Spirit and spoke to Mia who was absolutely amazing to deal with! She is the best and she really listens to what you want. We sent some pictures with the measurements even before we went in and after getting a quote from Stone Spirit we were pleasantly surprised and decided to for with it! Everything was timely and Mia made it very simple. She followed up with me throughout the entire process, it is quite rare honestly to see these days especially in this type of business! But not everything went super smooth like everything in life. We did encounter some issues that had to do we the measurements but the installer guys (I believe one of the guys was Egor) did not hesitate to call the GM and made it right without charging us a penny! Definitely the best customer service! I would definitely use Stone Spirit again and recommend this company to anyone who has some non-ordinary ideas!

Those guys came to my house couple weeks ago and did a poor job by taking wrong measurements and When called them back to fix it they want to charge me even tough that’s their fault. Working with Jules and the Stone Spirit team was great. Their selection, pricing and communication was above and beyond the other locations in Orlando. Turn around was very fast and the process was smooth, simple and informative. We knew exactly what to expect. Install team was very professional and had a high attention to detail. The install went extremely well with no issues. We got a little scared after the team left because the sink had these stains in it that would not wipe off. We called and within 15-20 mins the guys were back and fixed the issue for us without question. Stone Spirit installed my kitchen granite counter top 10 years ago and they did a terrific job. So when it came time to update my master bathroom I knew exactly where to go back to Stone Spirit. Yuliya was my sales person who made the whole process seamless from picking out the right stone for the counter with the edging and scheduling the measurements and installation dates. Having a older home and finally updating the kitchen was a big decision. We found the cabinets and counter tops we liked now the fun began.. Masha called to set the slab appointment long before the cabinets were installed and the following appointments were made. We decided to go with quartz backslash also this is when we discovered that the old houses walls were not plum. The installation guys did a GREAT JOB of handling the problem and the results are fantastic!! The only hiccups was the 18 inch dishwasher worked through that . Great job Stone Spirit!!

We were extremely happy with Stone Spirit. They had a great selection. They were very professional. Olga is awesome. She helped us every step of the way and was quick to get back with us when we called with questions. We got to see our Tuscany Dawn slab to make sure we were happy with it before they cut it. Someone at Stone Spirit came out and took great measurements with the latest technology. It was measured perfect. They delivered in a timely manner. They did a great job installing our countertops. We love them. They look great!

The entire experience with Stone Spirit was excellent, from the initial consultation with Mia to the installation. Mia took the time to show me several on-site countertop options and even went above and beyond to keep me updated on new arrivals. She was always very friendly and helpful and provided a few quotes based on different styles I was considering. She even provided a list of other granite retailers that I could purchase from and still have Stone Spirit do the fabricating, although I did not choose this option and, instead, purchased everything from Stone Spirit. Mia also took the time to explain the numerous finishing options and was very thorough throughout the entire process.Working in the customer service industry, I am a big customer service critic with every company I do business with, and Mia and Stone Spirit not only met my expectations, but exceeded them, which is extremely rare.The installers arrived on-time, were very professional and courteous, and did an excellent job as well. I was a bit nervous since the paperwork I signed mentioned that there could be inadvertent damage to walls during the installation process, but there was absolutely none. After installation, I only had to add an extremely small bit of paint touch-up where the previous countertops used to be and where the new countertops caulking was applied, which was easy.So from start to finish, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend both Mia and Stone Spirit for any countertop projects.

Masha was really awesome! Stone Spirit did a really great job in fabricating and installing a beautiful marble surround for our fireplace. I would use them again for any stone or quartz work that we need in the future. Great job!

I had Stone Spirit install their Calcutta Gray Quartz countertop in my 10 x 10 kitchen. I choose Stone Spirit because their laser is the most accurate when drawing up the countertop layout. Masha and the team were professional and everything was completed in 3 weeks time. They always keep me up to date with each step of the process. There is no need to go anywhere else because Stone Spirit has their own selection of stone or quartz and they can order whatever you want.

Stone Spirit was recommended to us by a friend and we could not be happier. They clearly communicated each step of the process and showed us their fabrication shop. Stone Spirit was on time both when the came out to measure our kitchen and when they came to instal our countertops. They used state of the art tools to measure and the final results fit perfectly and looks amazing. I would 100% recommend them and will definitely use them if another project comes up.

We worked with Jules to find a slab we could use for our customer sized window sills in our new construction home addition. We found the perfect piece that complemented our existing sills. Their rep came to the house to take measurements with the digital machine...he was polite and courteous. About a week later we were able to pick up the 7 sills from the shop and installed them ourselves. THEY FIT PERFECTLY!Stone Spirit had a wide variety of remnants we could look through. The sales reps are knowledgeable and they gave us a price we couldnt pass up.
