Experience started off great. They showroom has a great variety. Unfortunately stones are mixed together and their so called stone specialist are not as knowledgeable as they claim to be. I purchased Silver Fantasy which I was told was granite. It turned out that it is actually marble which I stated multiple times I did not want because it was going in a childs bathroom. I talked with the manager who could care less about the entire situation. She made claims that I was given information about the stone which I never was. It took her almost two weeks to contact after my initial complaint only to say there was nothing that could be done and that it was an issue between my fabricator and I. If you are going to use this company make sure you do your research before you go because they are not the stone specialist they claim to be. They will want to deal directly with your fabricator which leaves you out of the details but paying the bill!!! GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!

We just completed our kitchen remodel project with the help of the team at Mystic. They have an amazing selection of slabs available and the expertise to guide us through the selection process. They are by far the best stone distributer we have ever done business with. First class and excellent prices. Highly recommend them for your project.

Nice selection but terrible customer service. Dont want to show you the slabs and require that you buy the particular slabs they want to sell, not the slabs you might want to buy. Very difficult to deal with. Clearly, my review is in the minority - perhaps it was just the rep we were dealing with or there are new policies. We were told there had been an accident with a slab breaking and therefore they could only pull two, maybe three slabs for us to look at. How can they expect you to pay 10s of thousands of dollars for stone and not allow you to look at it?

I went to purchase 3 slabs of Quarzide .After spending a significant amount of money,($7400.00) when the fabricator started cutting the stone he was surprised with the quality of the stone. The slab was dripping water from the inside and it has lots of holes, making the stone soft and fragile to work. Also during the time it has the possibility to breakStaff was not able to make the custumer confortable while making the descision.The only person that tried to help was the lady that move the stones.Not recommended

We just purchased granite for our kitchen. Our stone specialist, Monica, was very knowledgeable and directed us to granite which met our expectations. She was able to find stone which coordinated beautifully with our cabinets. The quality and variety of slabs available made it very easy to choose granite we liked. We are very pleased.

We purchased a beautiful slab of Titanium Leather Quartzite 3cm to be custom cut for a fireplace hearth we are building in our home. Casey was our Sales Manager and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a vast selection in their warehouse and you can walk through at your leisure, looking at each slab to pick the perfect one for your home. We brought color samples from home (wall stone, wood floor board, etc) which made the selection process easy.

Great experience at Mystic Granite! We came shopping here twice looking for granite for our kitchen countertops. The selection was superior and the options had something for everyone. The sales staff were helpful and patient as we narrowed down our choices. We purchased a beautiful slab and can’t wait to have it installed! We will be back for bathroom renovations.

What a pleasant experience with Steve Holland at Mystic! I have been from Melbourne to Holly Hill to Orlando looking for marble or quartzite for my kitchen and bath. They have a great selection and very fair prices and you can get half slabs which seems much more fair than having to buy the whole slab. Plus they’ll give you pricing and not just pricing code levels which I wanted so I could calculate whether a particular piece was in my budget range. Would definitely recommend Steve and Mystic.

Stopped in a few other marble stores in the area and received less than stellar service. Fortunately we took the chance and turned in to Mystic just to check it out.Not only was Monica extremely knowledgeable she was friendly and professional. Two hours later we purchased two slabs of beautiful marble.100% recommend you check them out, their warehouse inventory alone is overwhelming. My wife and I love this place, and fortunately for us, Steve is very patient and accommodating. He has been a knowledgeable, professional, and kind facilitator during our exhaustive search for the many slabs needed for our new home. This is by far the best venue for viewing real stone in Central Florida, as we found out after visiting five others from Orlando to Boca Raton...and its just a great place to look at the beautiful art, so nicely displayed.

BEWARE! Disappointed!!! Great on sales, will sell you anything, but if you have a problem BEWARE!!! I purchased 4 slabs of marble, paid for them in full, when we got home that night we realized that we needed a different color, the slabs were never used, the owner Darlene not only would not swap out the slabs, she would not even return our calls or speak with us. It was quick sale up front but screwed after they got their money. We were only looking to swap out, and pay any difference, the answer was no and the customer response was uncaring. I would never recommend you buy from Mystic, look around there are much better options.

Arianna made me aware of some information that was very dissatisfying with certain stones in the warehouse. I may no longer buy my stone here. Unless you know your stones, you could be tricked into buying a stone you arent really getting.

My Wife and I wanted to say that our experience with Mystic Granite and Marble was very professional and and quite impressive. From the time we stepped foot inside the door the receptionist made us feel welcome and like we were returning customers. She handed us off to Nick, our salesman and our experience remained just as professional. He did everything he said he would do from the start to the very end. (This was over a several week time span) The Owner, Darlene Spezzi was very busy but took the time to talk to us about our project and gave us helpful information. Even the warehouse personnel operating the equipment was polite and professional taking time to pull out several slabs so my wife could get a better look at the slabs she wanted to use. We are now going to do 2 bathrooms and with this wonderful experience we will definitely be going back to Mystic Granite and Marble located at 2601 Ace Rd. in Orlando.

We purchased two slabs of leathered Taj Mahal from Mystic and are very pleased with the end result!

My wife & I visited several distributors and eventually was recommended by a fabricator in our area Stone Central, in Wildwood, Fl.We went in and picked out a beautiful set of slabs, bought them and set them up for delivery to our fabricator with Nick our salesman.As they began to cut the 1st slab, sugaring started and they called me to come in the next morning. Once we arrived, they showed us what they were talking about and their reasons for not wanting to work with these slabs.We drove to Mystics facility in Orlando, explained our situation to our salesman, and he completely understood. He led us back into the warehouse where all the slabs are displayed. Mystic Granite & Marble never disappoints! Its the first place I take clients because the selection of slabs is outstanding and there are so many to choose from. The website is particularly helpful as well with the live inventory feature that allows viewers to see photographs of the slabs that are currently available. This is a great time-saver in the decision making/approval process. The half-slab program is another thing I really love, especially when shopping for a smaller project, such as a top for a bathroom vanity cabinet. As an added bonus, the knowledgeable staff is helpful and patient!
