We selected several tiles for our bathroom remodel after seeing sample boards of the tiles. All the tiles were marked on our sales contract as Special Order and not returnable. One of the tiles we selected for the shower was a thin blue glass tile that reminded us of ocean waves. We planned to use it as an accent strip around the shower and also as the background in our shower niche. Since the glass tiles were mounted on paper, we could only look at the back of the tiles.After installing the first sheet of tiles, my installer said, I think you might want to look at this. He was right. What we thought were going to be beautiful blue ocean wave tiles had red streaks running through them. Lots of them. Nothing like that showed up on the sample board. The tiles were totally unacceptable. I told the installer to remove them.I contacted ProSource and told them the tiles I got from them were defective and that I had no way of checking the rest of the tiles without removing the paper cover from them. I was told that they reviewed all return requests and would let me know. After not hearing anything for a few weeks, I contacted ProSource and found out that my claim had been denied. Denied? On what basis? Outrageous! They didnt even bother to ask to see the defective tile. Is this any way to treat a customer who ordered over $5,000 worth of tile for the whole bathroom?I phoned the manufacturer and asked for a refund. They told me I had to deal with ProSource. I guess my next step will be to contact the Consumer Advocate Todd Ulrich and ask him to look into ProSources unreasonable treatment of a customer.

I will never use Pro Source for any renovation needs. Unfortunately, I was recommended to Pro Source by a contractor. As an initial issue, their hours of operation are incredibly limited, so finding a time other than valuable weekend time to pick flooring was difficult. Once we arrived, we loved the options but had the absolute worst time getting decent customer service. The one thing our designer was supposed to do - create a client folder including our choice of flooring and finding out if it was in stock - was too great a task for this company. I traded phone calls with Theresa and her assistant for over a week and probably 10 phone calls. Sometimes I was called back with no voicemail, other times I left a voicemail with no call back, and most times I was able to get on the phone with anyone, I was interrupted to the point that I couldnt bare to be on the phone. But each time, I was reminded that no one at Pro Source even jotted down our information or the flooring we selected. Then, by the time I was able to get someone on the phone to write up an invoice - 2 weeks later - I was told the flooring we wanted was back ordered. Maybe had they done their job right the first time, we would have known that 2 weeks ago, or even a week ago, when it wasnt back ordered OR we could have had time to find new flooring. Now, we are less than a week away from closing on our house with no flooring. So disappointed in this entire experience.

Lots of choices, I think you need an installer that they work with, but Im not positive, our installer is on fine there so we were able to look around. Staff is nice.

I made the mistake of hiring a tile installer that used pro source wholesale as a reference. The installers name was Doneldo Menocal. Pro source gave him a valid reference even though I ended up not buying tile from them as there prices were a little higher and I was in a time crunch.His team did a horrible job on my bathroom and a mediocre at best job on my kitchen. No finishing work was completed as I didn’t want them to mess up my house any further. The tile did not have the grout cleaned off it, they made a mess of my house, didn’t haul away the debris, didn’t use water proof backing material on the shower, and the floor was uneven.I am now tearing it out and starting all over. I would make sure you put eyes on the tilers work if they are using pro source as a reference and I would suggest that pro source doesn’t give positive references for installers who do bad work. Huge waste of time and money for me.

About two month ago we talked to Herb Telfer at Pro-Source to buy a kitchen for our home.Agreed to have their design department to take care of us, 2 in person visits, 3 calls and 4 e-mails later we never got a response back.They lost our business. This was an absolute waste of time.

I cant thank ProSource (and mainly Jenny F.) enough! She was SO patient during our bathroom remodeling process! I am very diligent with pricing and materials, so I took months and months to finally pick out the perfect items, and which company I was going to use. I believe from start-to-finish was maybe a year! She was always quick to answer my questions via email and phone, and never had an issue with how long I was taking! She didnt push me, nor did she use any sketchy sales tactics to get me to buy quickly. She was amazing! Out of all of the places I researched, we went with ProSource, and Im glad we did! Their materials are also amazing. The tiles, faucets, hardware, and other items we purchased are of very high quality but affordable. We love how everything turned out, and its because of Jennys guidance and patience! If youre like me, youll read this review and others, and I hope you will go with ProSource! It took me months to decide which company to use for materials as well, but I know we chose the right one!

Overall weve had good experienced with ProSource. The only issue I have had involved the actual supplier. When remodeling our master bath, I had ordered 24sqft of mosaic for the shower. 20sqft were boxed, and 4sqft were added to the top of the boxes, wrapped in clear plastic wrap. I didnt open the boxes until the work was being done, and only then discovered the tile distributor sent the wrong size. I was charged $40 shipping and then ended up paying another $95 dollars for them the ship 4sqft overnight so the job could be completed. I think the Prosource should have pressed the supplier to refund the original shipping because of their mistake. BUYER BEWARE....open and inspect all product when it arrives, dont assume that every box contains the same item.

I was recommended by my contractor. They have great selection of flooring. I wish I had work with Jenny or Dave which is where I see the 5 start reviews come from. They also seemed to be the right feet for what I expected to have in this store. I had few lack of communication issues but I asked to escalate to the store manager and I was transfered to Mandy. Mandy has been assisting and communicating well with us. James the General Manager called us after I posted a review and he is currently assisting with our issues. I really appreciate taking his time to solve our issue. Thank you, James! We sure appreciate the service that we received from you. We look forward to continue our home projects with you and your team. We value the work you put in to running your store.

Worst place to do business.We ordered 1850 sq ft of Tiles. they Told they will be delivering it within a week, It got pushed every week and after a month or so we received the tiles. When we got the tiles it was not what we ordered.They told us to pick another tile they have in stock. We did pick 2 different once which is not our first choice, now they want us to pay an Extra 2.5K for the new tile. They dont have a great choice or a great customer service.This place is the worst place to do business with. I will be complaining them to Better business bureau for sure.BTW: They never communicated the delays - I had to call them and check, even when they do not return your call. Once sold you are not important to them. BEWARE NOT A GREAT PLACE TO SHOP. Worst customer service.

We are redoing the floor of our back porch and patio.My wife had used ProSource previously for project, but was my first time there.Shirley helped us find exactly a solution that would work for us.With her help, we picked out a porcelain tile pattern that really appealed to us.She went over with us all of the details of the cost and how the tile could be delivered to our home.Shirley ordered some samples to be sent to our house and they arrived within two days.We have made our selection!We are going to wait till after Christmas and then were going to have a brand-new floor on our patio and back porch.

I have been with prosource for a few years now.... Herb is the guy I usually work with and has been wonderful. Unfortunately a few months ago he recommended a guy and it’s my fault I didn’t do my own research I just took the recommendation and hired him and he turned Out to be a complete con artist with no credentials, or knowledge and caused major damage in my house. The guy wanted to collect payment on jobs that weren’t complete etc... and when my husband and I refused to pay for those jobs he threaded to harm us... yes a nightmare. Anyways I made Prosource aware of the situation and Josh guaranteed he would rectify the situation and make things right. He was very apologetic and willing to work with us. We just had a carpet delivery from prosource and instal with Dwains flooring highly recommended by Herb and we couldn’t be happier with both! Thank you Josh for making us feel like valued customers and a huge thank you to Dwains flooring for installing our carpet with an amazing team! 5stars all the way!

Alesia stayed with me until the job was done. When an order was delayed she personally offered to pick it up to speed up the delivery time. I have never had better service anywhere for anything.

I bought a home and, for the 1st time, I needed to buy vinyl planks to replace the carpet in 4 bedrooms. So, I did extensive research about local stores and ended up finding Prosource.I honestly was not too impressed with their online reviews, but decided to give them a try after they seemed very knowledgeable on the phone, plus they had very competitive pricing.Then I started communing with a sale rep, Craig, who basically was not responsive enough – sometimes he would take days to respond an email from me, and his answers did not fulfill his obligations as a salesman.So just when I was about to give up on Prosource, I called to escalate the issue to James, a supervisor, so at a minimum, he knew why I was going elsewhere for vinyl planks. James put me in touch with Mandy, who finally began helping me out. But due to COVID, Mandy became overloaded, and thus had to ask Lauren to help me… and that’s when things started turning around. From that point forward, Lauren shined and I began getting all I needed as a customer very efficiently (and I am a VERY demanding customer).What I liked:- Professionalism – Lauren is always professional and cordial- Reliability – Lauren always keeps her commitments- Patient – because I am very detail-oriented, I always ask many questions and go deep into the quote details (a LOT more than the usual customer)… and Lauren always patiently responded to all my questions, concerns and requestsOpportunity for improvement:- Prosource ought to consider keeping only the good sales peopleSo, in summary, I highly recommend Lauren and Prosource for any of your vinyl flooring needs.

We shopped in numerous businesses to determine the best product for our flooring. We spent several trips to each to get the best sense of service, price, product. Changing from carpet to either wood or tile was a huge investment in cost and visual satisfaction. Elaine at ProSource clearly understood our needs and spent time listening, advising and being patient with us as we kept changing our minds. We did select Travertine and we can tell you the service, price and quality of product were exactly what we needed. We also have rental property and recently purchased tile and rather than expend our energy needlessly elsewhere we went right to Elaine. Now we are again in need of a flooring product and will visit Elaine once again. While Elaine is our main service rep, we want to compliment and thank all employees at every level for offering us a warm welcome with every visit and also on the phone calls. Very unhappy and completely dissatisfied. When the contractor suggested ProSource we decided to check it out. Sales person very accommodating and helpful. Beware from here! We were doing a nice size job of remodeling kitchen, 3 bathrooms, floors and fireplace. Picked out tile for all bathrooms and all supplies needed. Cost was a little higher than other big box home improvement stores but thought it was still a good option. We asked about return in unused items and were told there would be a restocking fee. We were still ok with this. Prior to completing order we thought the amount of tile ordered was too much. ProSource checked with contractor and was advised it wasn’t due to some possible breakage. We thought ok as we thought we could return it. Well after the fact and 3 months to complete remodeling, we were told sorry no returns after 30 days and this is special order tile. NO ONE nor did invoice indicate SPECIAL anything. We now how several hundred sq ft overage of tile and no one at Pro Source can offer a solution but sorry no returns. Plus most remodeling jobs are never completed in under 30 days of this magnitude.My recommendation is do not use ProSource. You get better customer service especially on returns at Floor and Decor, Lowe’s, Home Depot and the list is endless. With internet shopping and free shipping you do not pay delivery charges like Pro Source.Plus most things are not in stock and has to be ordered by them.We won’t use them again and in good consciousness cannot recommend this company.

I bought a tile that was on clearance (Cleveland taupe) for a 1,700 sq ft house. The display tile looked amazing and what I received in the boxes was nothing like the tile displayed. The tile had blue spots and stripes all over them, not sure why. Definitely defected tile and it made me wonder if they were put on clearance for this reason. My tile project started later than expected because of home remodel issues and my tile guys were not able to open the boxes until months after I purchased them. Once the tile was laid I then noticed over 60 tiles were defective. I called prosource and they were unapologetic and not helpful at all. They said there was nothing they could do. Poor quality and poor customer service.

I guess part of it was my fault for even trying to go in. I did not realize that it was only for contractors and when I went in the woman at the front counter was very willing to correct. They even went as far as to laugh at me while I was leaving. Very unprofessional.

Take the day off work if you plan on getting anything accomplished. Just getting someone to speak to you about a product, making a purchase or returning something can, and will, take hours. Not exaggerating. It took over an hour to get someone to help me purchase the tile I already knew I wanted. By the time that was done the warehouse was closed and I had to make a separate trip, and spend another hour picking up my order. I have a small return that has so far taken a 3 combined hours in the past 2 days and STILL isnt done. Unfortunate because they seem friendly and have nice products... but it takes an act of congress to speak to anyone who can help.

Went in on the advice of our contractor. Found supplies I wanted for complete master bath and bedroom remodel. Initial order went great. When we needed to get additional supplies it quickly turned into a nightmare. Salesman dropped the ball and never placed second order. Our contractor found a place to get supplies so we paid a fortune to have it overnighted since tile crew could not work without it. Still missing one small item and cant get sales professional to call me or my contractor back. Still have another 2000 sq ft of house to remodel and I will not be using ProSource.

My general contractor suggested I use ProSource to supply stone for my large bathroom remodel. Throughout that process I made three separate orders with ProSource, here is what I learned.#1. Very difficult to get the right person on the phone. The sales staff must work 3 days a week for 2 hrs a day, because they are hardly there. Hit 0 to speak with the operator, you might have a 10% chance of somebody picking up the phone. Go ahead, try it yourself.#2. On each order the delivery date I was given was wrong. I heard It will be here on Thursdays shipment each time. And each time that was not true. I think they just say that as a default.#3. On my largest order, which was several thousand dollars worth of stone, about 25% of it was cracked. Ah no worries, well just reorder... it will be in this Thursday. Yes, they replaced it. But, dont crack it in the first place, or check your deliveries for damage. It is still a project delay on my end, and a PITA on a large project.#4. Also, on my largest order, after 2 weeks had gone by with no delivery, I finally got a hold of my salesperson and was told the shipment must have gotten lost. More likely, he forgot to hit enter. Thats my guess. I am looking at you Robert Smith.#5. They are not open on the weekends. This is just annoying, because, I have a job. So, it is not convenient at all to have to take time out of work to pick up my orders. Heres some free advice, have a skeleton crew work the weekend so people can pick up orders. Its 2017, not 1950s Mayberry.FYI - ProSource, if you are reading, my original order was CG713259. I also have my 3rd order still awaiting delivery. You know, it was supposed to be on this last past Thursdays shipment. Surprise, it wasnt. So, again I have to reschedule my contractors. Tell your sales people that when they give customers incorrect delivery dates it has real world consequences to them.There are other competitors out there, no reason to deal with ProSource.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased $3500 in tile from here. During the install I found out 1 in 8 tiles had a completely different look. Not only could I not use them but I had to tear up the ones that were layed. When I went back to the store the Manager tried to pass on the blame to the manufacturer. Nevermind they had two large displays in the store and the odd one wasn’t in either display. All I asked of them was to give me 32 tiles so I could finish the job but they said no. I had to pay $127. After buying $3500 I would think you would get better customer service but not here!
